The Unveiling of a Killer

As dawn was breaking, the town came alive. The busses started up, people on the streets and police at the railroad. A man looked out his window at the hustle and bustle of the city. He disliked it and chose to spend most of his time at Rock Hill, a small hill overlooking a plain. His house was in the woods, far back from the road.

As he went to get his mail, a police officer stopped him.
"Excuse me sir, can I talk to to you about last night?" The officer asked.
"It depends."
"Okay, " the officer paused, not knowing what to say, "well then, where were you at 1:02 AM last night?"
"It depends on who you ask. Zach, or Dave."
"Well who the heck am I talking to?!"
"It depends. Not me."
"What's going on - " the officer was cut short when the man pulled a dagger and ran the officer through. He walked away from the dead body and left the mail in the box. A dog started barking down the street.
"Shut up." he mumbled to no one. I need to get away from this town. But then Rock Hill wouldn't be so....dark. He walked slowly back as he heard the sirens get closer. As he got home, he saw the post it note on the fridge that said,
This month you are David.
He had a new identity every month and now the strange man was David. David was a tall and well built man. He had dark hair and green eyes. Some would call him a killer, some would say he was a hero, but it depends on who you ask. To David, Zach and Dave were some old identities who did nothing but ate pizza and played video games. Now he was David, man of darkness, one who hated all and had no friends. He did what he wanted and if someone tried to stop him, they were eliminated at a quick rate. David did not like people. He was considered by many dead people as the Murderer of Rock Hill.
