The fire finally died down as the man completely out cold on the floor.

I went and crouch down, keeping my eye on him and make sure he's not moving.

I grab the lighter that the man dropped and look at the killer for only a moment, before...

"Did you...get him?" Melanie asked and I turn my head away from the man

"Don't worry, he's unconciouness" I told her.

"Wh-Where are you?" Melanie asked.

"One sec..." I said as I stood up from the ground, and switch on the lights.

I got out from underneath the sofa and stand up as Melanie ran over to me, instantly hugging me.

"We did it!" Melanie exclaim in pure happiness and relief as I hug her back, couldn't believe we did it.

"We finally beat him!" I stated with a sigh of relief as well.

"I don't know how to thank you" Melanie said to me with a smile as the two went and separate from each other.

"Mela...nie..."

The two instantly turned and, looked down at the killer lying on the ground in pain along with agony.

"You said my name...How do you know my name?" Melanie questioned with confused, looking at the man with her eyes full of tears.

"Why did you kill my brother!?" Tell me why!" Melanie cried.

"...."

I turn my head and look at the broken down door that used to standing up as Melanie contiune to shout out at the man in pure pain in her voice.

"Melanie!" I said the girl name , making her snap out of it and stopped shouting.

She turned to look at me, "We can finally get out of here!" I told Melanie making the girl smile.

But then the girl realise something and turn back to look down at the man, "But him..." she trailed off.

"I know, he's too dangerous to leave him like this. We better tie him up" I suggested and Melanie nod her head.

I tie up the man with rope as Melanie watch on, Moan...Moan...

"He's too weak to put up any resistance..." I stated as I continue to do so until the man couldn't do anything.

I look up at Melanie, "Let's get out of here!" I told her as I got up from the floor and straighten myself up.
