Chapter 3
*Gray's POV* *the next morning*
Okay, lemme tell you, I don't know what happened. I woke up this morning, at my house, with other people than my parents here. I don't remember anything, and god damn it my head is pounding.
I silently thank god that it was Saturday as I stood up and looked around. I was shirtless and pant less, and that didn't bother me. This was how I usually was. It got me in trouble a lot at school....
I look around my room, seeing that a familiar blue and red head were sleeping on the floor next to each other. They seemed to have taken the floor and allowed me to take the bed. 'I'll thank them later.'
I then slowly walk over and open the door gently, it made an annoying squeaking noise that I wanted to murder. The door got jammed on something, so I had to push it a bit harder than I wanted, but I finally got the damn thing to open. As I walked through the door, I saw the thing, or the person, that had been the blocker. It was Loke, resident playboy of Fairy Tail High. He seemed to have a girl in his arms, and I couldn't help but feel sorry for her.
I make my way to the bathroom, and grab some Advil. I pop that in my mouth, after swallowing I decide to brush my teeth and take a quick shower.
*Juvia's POV* *same morning*
I woke up the squeaking of a door, good thing I didn't seem to wake up Erza. As I sat up, I noticed I was still wearing my cheerleading outfit. The sight was a bit blurred, and I had the urge to throw up. Too bad it happened all over the floor next to Erza. Oops.
I quickly stood up, losing my balance and getting a head rush. I blink and take a quick couple of breaths before making my way out of the room I was in and walked over the bodies of sleeping people. Some people and their indecency. But, hey, I can't really talk now can I?
I shake my head gently, immediately regretting it as I pulled out my phone and saw I had many messages and missed calls from my mom. "Shit..." I mumble, and call her back.
"Juvia?! Where are you?! Are you okay?!" I heard my moms frantic words on the other line. "Yeah, yeah, Juvia is fine." I respond. "Can you come pick me up? I'll be at..." I look around, my eyes landing on a street sign. "The Cherry lane sign near the grocery store."
"Of course, thank you sweetie. Love you." My mom says, then hangs up. "Love you too." I mumble, putting the phone away as I make my day too the street sign slowly. I hate being drunk and having this feeling, but yet here I was.
*Natsu's POV* *same morning*
I was snoring. I knew I was snoring. Hell, I was surprised I didn't wake myself up with my own snoring. But, what I was awoken too was a very energetic little girl jumping on me.
"Natsu! Natsu! Wake up! I'm hungry!" Wendy was shouting, not caring that I had things called bones. I raised my pink head and looked at her.
"And I want a million dollars." I reply sarcastically, and bring the pillow over my head. I groan as I feel her pull it off and poke my cheek.
"I want pancakes!" She says, poking my cheek again. "Fine, fine." I mumble, sitting up and pushing her off of me. Wendy, my adorable little sister, smiled happily and ran out the door to the kitchen.
I rolled my eyes, and yawned. I ran a hand through my hair and then rubbed my eyes tiredly. I look at my blinking clock, and was sure I read it wrong when I saw that it said "9:00" am. "Wendy!" I shout, standing up and walking to the kitchen. "It's Saturday right?" I needed clarification. As you could probably tell, I'm not that smart.
Wendy nods happily, the ingredients for the pancakes strewn over the counter. I laugh, and then walk over to her. I ruffle her hair, and sigh. "Blueberries or no?" I ask, looking down at my overly energetic sister.
"Duh!" She says, pointing to the blueberries on the counter. "Yeah, totally." I roll my eyes then get to work on making the pancakes. I wasn't the best chef, but they were pancakes. My specialty.
Once Wendy was sitting down, happily eating her pancakes, I went back to my room and picked up my now fully charged phone. I had many messages from Lisanna now, most of them in all caps. I sigh. Can't she just leave me alone? Yes, we're best friends but lately she's been getting pushy. She said that she liked me, and I'm not sure what that means. I like her too. She's my best friend beside Erza and Gray.
Okay, I take that back. Gray is NOT my best friend. He's an Ice Stripper, nothing more nothing less. I roll my eyes and place my phone back on the charger and walk out to where my little sister was. She seemed to have finished her plate of food in record time, but as long as she ate it.
I swiftly grabbed the dishes and started washing them in the sink. Since mom and dad were off on a "Business Trip," That left me with watching Wendy and being the responsible one. I say "Business Trip" like that, because it's not business. It's just a way for them to get away from their foster kids. Yes, me and Wendy are foster kids. No, it wasn't anything like Annie or Shazam.
