Haru reached to the city district at the outside wall called Harushima, the city is unlike other cities inside the walls. The city is once a beautiful place, but now, it's filled with ruins from the battle between Resist Sun and Reborn Sun Empire. He looks through the window to see the ruins of the buildings and homes. He feels anxious that he will join them to eliminate all resistance group just so they won't interfere before the war started. The bazu chopper landed on the base camp to see a large army of imperial warriors preparing for war. He gets out of bazu chopper and head to the building. When he's inside, an IJA lieutenant-general Hayami notice him coming while he's talking to his military personnel about plans to outsmart the rebels. He goes to him and said.

Hayami: Hey, Kuribayashi. How pleasure to meet you.

Haru: Likewise, LT.Gen. Hayami.

They both shakes their hands.

Hayami: I see that they sent you here to aid me.

Haru: That's right. Although, why they need generals to be here for?

Hayami: For some reason, probably. Now anyway, the kempeitai strike force have failed to take care of insolence rebels, which is why we take action to get rid of them for good.

Haru: I hate to say this, but do we need to kill all of them? We should take prisoners instead.

Hayami: We don't take prisoners, my friend. We'll end this and soon, they won't interfere with us anymore.

Haru nodded him in sad expression. Hayami didn't see his expression as he never bother it. They both went to the wae room where the imperial officers are having the meeting to defeat the resistance. Hayami said.

Hayami: Now, as you know, the kempeitai strike force lost 35 and 41 injuries. The base is like a fortress so it's an army job to break it down.

IJA commander: Where do we start, sir?

Hayami: Major. Gen. Kuribayashi?

Haru: We just send a battalion in the front line then the other troops will take a left flank to find the entrance. Once they take out the resistance inside, they open the door for them to get in.

IJA lieutenant: Sir, permission to speak.

Haru: You may, lieutenant.

IJA lieutenant: The scout reported that they have WW2 Japanese light tanks and used them for guerilla strategy. Also, she got a few of her loyal rocket angels to shoot down on both air and land.

Hayami: It's simple, which is why we used a micro-missile launchers to shoot them down on air.

IJA commander: I'll lead the battalion in the front line. They will die by my blade for they defy the divine destiny.

IJA lieutenant: I'll take my platoons at the left flank. We'll have our victory.

Hayami: I like your bold words, both of you. You are dismissed.

The officers leave the war room to prepare for an attack on the resistance base. Haru said to him.

Haru: Hayami, they are our people. Our people. We don't kill each other just for ideals.

Hayami: They're no longer our people since she betrayed us and fight against the Empire of Reborn Sun, rally her followers for her petty cause. We've been doing this for survival of our race. The republican Japanese are not fight back when they have a chance to bring back the old Empire. This, this is bigger than everyone else. We must follow the code its part of who we are.

He said and went out of the room to prepare himself for a fight. Haru feels nothing but watch those people trying to fight to overthrow the government and bring peace to live a better life. He prays that she and her people will escape in time. Then, he left the war room to prepare for a fight.

At the rebel base, the Resist Sun rebel soldiers and civilians rebuild the damages and ready the guns for another wave. The rebel rocket angels fix their armor and check if it is okay to fly. The rebel members wearing brown clothes and carrying both WW2 Japanese and Reborn Sun weapons. The light tanks go to their positions outside the base.

Inside the war room, every rebel officers are having a hard situation to hold this base any longer. The leader's name is Suzuki, a former squad leader of 6th rocket angels. She was once believe the Empire might retake her homeland and free from barbarians until she realizes that they're planning to attack Japan, their own country, to make anew Japan. She started to disgust on the emperor ans the others for planning to invade their own homeland just to bring back the Empire by any means. For being traitor to the Empire, she was being arrested and sentenced to death for treason, but her platoons able to rescue her and fly somewhere to hide themselves from the regime. She able to gathered the citizens to convince that the Empire is attempting to attack their own country and so, the Resist Sun was born. As the situation goes roughly, she listen to what her officers said to themselves.

Resist Sun officer 1: We should add more barricades!

Resist Sun officer 2: How? Each days those imperialists sent more troops to come here, we're losing many of our good people and resources spread thin. How long do we long this base?

Resis Sun officer 3: I say we should go raided more Imperial base to steal their tanks and mechs. But it's too late for that now.

Suzuki: Everyone, listen to me!

The officers look at her as she slammed on the table.

Suzuki: *Sigh* I'm afraid he's right. We lost so many good men and women for my belief and our resources are getting thin for each week. I don't think we can hold it much longer so we must abandon this place. But first, I want our people to evacuate to the tunnels. We'll hold the line to buy them some time to evacuated.

Resist Sun officer 1: I... agree to your decisions. But if we abandon this base, they will take every information we have here.

Suzuki: That is why we use explosives to set up here. Once we're in the tunnel, I'll detonate it and explodes everyone in it. Does anybody have an objection?

Nobody raise their hands for objection.

Suzuki: Then its settled, get everyone out of there immediately. Have what remains of soldiers to hold them off.

Then suddenly, they feel shaking in the room. A rebel soldier immediately open the door as he shouted.

Resist Sun soldier: Sir! The Imperial Japanese Army are here!

Suzuki: Protect the gate! Don't let them get in. We need to buy some time for our people to be evacuated.

Resist Sun soldier: Yes sir!

The rebel soldiers on the walls firing at the imperial army below to hold them off. The imperial warriors shooting at them with kinetic-pulse rifles. The three tankbuster shoots plasma cannons at the gate to breakthrough. The rebel archer maidens shoots a few of them until they were killed by Hanzo-Z mechas firing at them in range. The TVA shoots at the top of the wall by deadly twin set of kinetic burst autocannons. The resistance soldier grabeed a micro-missile launcher and shoot at the TVA, destroying completely. Three Tracker-T173s rushes toward the battlefield as kinetic machine guns open firing at them while imperial warriors from inside goes out and attack them. The tsunami tanks and Isha Vector tanks arrives and shoot everything towards the enemy. The rebel troops tried their best to hold off the enemy but they are too many of them. Many of rebel members are getting massacred by IJA battalion in the front line and they have to carry the wounded ones inside the base. The rebel light tanks of WW2 Japanese era open fire at them. They able to take out three tsunami tanks however it wasn't enough as few of tsunami tanks goes firing at the rebel light tanks and being destroyed so easily because the armor is too weak and easily to penetrate it. The rebel rocket angels engaging on enemy ground forces but they were got shot down by jet tengus.

The rebel forces keep fighting against the enemy when suddenly, the right side of the wall was blown up, create a medium size hole, and the imperial platoon lead by IJA lieutenant as they sneak attack on the enemy to advantage them so quickly. The imperial warriors pulls out their beam katanas and slaghter every resistance they can see.

Resist Sun captain: This isn't good. Everyone, fall back! Fall back to the base!

Resist Sun soldier: Move, everyone! Move!

The remaining rebel soldiers heard the call from their comrades and head inside the base while some decided to stay and hold off the enemy to give them some time escape, even they have to sacrifice their lives to save others.

A bazi chopper arrives at outside the enemy base, LT.Gen. Hayami and Major. Gen. Kuribayashi went out and see the destruction of the enemy base. Haru feels sorry for them and keep his emotion hiding from imperial warriors who are acting suspecious on him. Hayami smiled that his plan works and he said.

Hayami: Look, my friend. Look at their downfall. They won't stand a chance against the might of the Empire of Reborn Sun.

Haru: Yes... It is...

He turns around at him noticing his expression so he said.

Hayami: Don't you worry about it. Once we kill the leader, we'll bring the end of the resistance and everyone will admit that they won't stand a chance against us.

Then he laughed as he turns around and look at the destruction of the rebel base. Haru feels hatred towards him and trying his best to not let his anger controls him. Hayami said as he pulled out his kinetic burst pistol.

Hayami: Come, let's find her.

He and the others goes in the resistance base to find and kill Suzuki. Haru joins them as he pulled out his pistol and went in there.

Suzuki and her enel members helping the civilians to flee to the another location by running through the tunnels. Men, women, and children believe her truth run for their lives through the tunnel. Some of the ebel members are also goes with them. Once everyone is done, Suzuki said to her rebel soldier.

Suzuki: Go! I'll be right behind you.

Resist Sun female soldier: But we can't leave you here!

Suzuki: I said go!

She shouted. She nodded and run through the tunnel with the others. Suzuki ready her Type 99 light machine gun and aim at the large doors. She is waiting, her sweat flows down from her forehead. Then, the door burst down as two tankbusters comes in the room. But just before they notices her, she open firing at them, killing two tankbusters. Not only that, but also some imperial warriors who are unlucky to notice it before went to cover. Hayami, Haru and other troops went to the cover from her shooting everyone that tries to get in. The imperial warriors retaliate it. Hayami shouted at her.

Hayami: Squad leader Suzuki, your resistance have failed to fight back against our glorified Empire! Surrender now and the emperor will show you mercy.

Suzuki: Your Empire is nothing more than bring destruction to our people! Go against our own homeland is something I don't want to join you in the first place!

Hayami: Then you'll die and I place your head to the stick!

He shoots back at her. Then he shouted at his troops.

Hayami: Charge towards her! Kill her with your pride!

Imperial warrior: Yes sir!

An imperial warrior draws out beam katana and shouted.

Imperial warrior: Charge! For the emperor!

They all draw out their beam katanas and charge towards her. She gunned all of imperial warriors that tries to banzai charge attack at her. Hayami takes opportunity as he shot at her leg. She fell on the floor, dropping her light machine gun as well. Hayami goes in the room and keep pointing at her face. Haru pulls out his kinetic burst pistol and slowly move behind of him. As Hayami pointing a kinetic burst pistol at her, he said.

Hayami: Suzuki, what's wrong with you? Why did you turn against the Empire that was once called home?

Suzuki: Japan is my home! The Empire has defeated by the Allies long ago. The imperialism has to stopped.

Hayami: The Empire is the most supreme nation that we ever live. We survive for so many years to regain our strength and thanks to our new emperor, we will take over the world only this time, we will win.

Suzuki: You are the delusional.

Hayami: We, Imperial Japaneses, show the outside world that the Empire have returned and destroy those who against us, starting with you.

He aiming at the head, ready to pull the trigger. Suzuki watched as he's slowly pulling a trigger, ready to kill her.

Suzuki (thoughts): I'm... gonna failed to protect my people.

Suddenly, someone shot him at the back. Hayami just standing in fron of her when he cough out blood from his mouth and fell on the ground. She look up to see Haru Kuribayashi is the one shooting him to save her life. She recognized him and said.

Suzuki: Haru Kuribayashi?

Haru: There's no time to explain. Here, I'll help you.

He patched a bandages on her leg. Then he helped her to stand up and said.

Haru: Suzuki, you must get out of here. More soldiers are coming here to kill you and your people.

Suzuki: Haru... Thanks for saving my life.

Haru: No problem. Now listen to me, you need to-

Suzuki: I know. That's why we place the explosives around here. I'll detonate it so they won't follow us to the tunnel.

Haru: I see... Just make sure they are safe.

Suzuki nodded it and then she said to him.

Suzuki: You should join us, Haru. Help us to overthrow the regime once and for all.

Haru: I wished to join you. But I can't.

Suzuki: What? Why?

Haru: Because there's someone that I need to be protect from anyone harms her.

Suzuki: You're talking about Princess Akina, are you?

He nodded.

Suzuki: I understand why you want to stay in the Empire. She's so innocent and kind girl that I have a met. Heck, we even called friends.

Haru: I wish that you may visit her when you have time.

Suzuki: I want to, but my people need me.

Haru: I understand. Well, I need to get out of here and covince them that Hayami is killed by you.

Suzuki: Putting a blame on me? That would make everyone hates me. But I will do anything to reach our goal. I just hope you will be alright there. It's only a matter of time before you are being discovered.

Haru: Don't worry, I'll be fine. Keep your rebellion alive.

He said and ran out of the building. Suzuki goes in the tunnel to meet up with her people. Just before that, she pulls out a detonator and press a button.

At outside the base, more imperial japanese soldiers are attempting to move into the base when Haru is running out of the door.

Imperial captain: Major Gen. Kuribayashi, are you alright? Where's LT. Gen. Hayami?

Haru: He's was killed by rebel leader, Suzuki, along with his troops. Listen, they're setting up the explosives in that place and it's about to blown up in any few seconds. Get everyone out of here now!

Imperial captain: Yes sir!

They are full retreating as the resistance base started to exploding. Some of them were unlucky to escape as they got caught on the explosions. They able to reached to the distance and watched at the resistance base got blown up into the million pieces. Haru feels glad that he Suzuki and her people manage to escape in time. He'll make sure that her people will be safe from Reborn Sun Empire for the sake of the future. Then, he said to the army.

Haru: Everyone, return the base. They killed themselves to drag us with them. The leader is with them. We have complete the operation now.

Imperial captain: Yes sir!

At the Nazi underground base of Argentina, the rocket train stopped at the station. A 57-years-old german man having a white hair and wears SS-Oberstgruppenführer dark military uniform. His name is Wolfgang Schmidt. After he walks out of the station, he see everything in this place is a same just as before. He look around to see the workers are building the mech robot called panzerritters then the another one called obersterritters, which is bigger size version of panzerriter. The soldiers roaming around to keep the place hidden from outside world. He approach to SS-Obergruppenführer german man who is wearing dark military uniform and the name is Karl Brandt. He is talking to the head engineer about the numbers of panzerritters and then he notices he's coming for him. So he said with happy expression.

Karl: Oberstgruppenführer Wolfgang, how are you?

Wolfgang: Seems like you forgot to salute me, my friend.

Karl: I'm sorry, but you know, we have know each other before so we don't need a formality.

Wolfgang: Hmm... Fair enough. So, what's the situation here, Karl?

Karl: Well, we sent the ambassadors to KKK remnant group, American Nazi Party and every factions of white supremacist available in America to be our ally and they have accepted. We gave them the modern weapons to the white supremacist factions while we gave our weapons to KKK and ANP. Those guys are beliving the aryan to be more superior than any races. They are such the believers.

Wolfgang: Yes. Our former Führer, Adolf Hitler, shows them about being an aryan race and they were inspired to his legacy. This modern world is getting something new these days.

Karl: Yes. Now, we just have a few of the panzerriters and obersterritters to our arsenal. The Fourth Reich will retake this world to our hands.

Wolfgang: Keep dreaming, my friend. But we must be ready for they are coming to us once the war has announced by our Führer. Speaking of which, I've came here to see how things here keeping hidden from the outside world. We lucky we found our remaining breathen fled here in Argetina, thanks to the sympathizers after the WW2, and have survived for years which we thank to the new Führer to give them the cyrostasis chamber. If not, this base won't be exist.

Karl: Indeed. So... What are you going to do now since you come here for visit?

Wolfgang: I'll remain here for a long time until I got a call from Berlin 2.0 to sent me back there. If you meet me, I'll be in my office room. Heil Schneider.

Karl: Of course, Heil Schneider!

After that, Wolfgang went to his office room to do his work. Karl continues his work to sure that the army of panzerritters will be unleashed to the world. He make an evil smile as he said to himself.

Karl: The enemies will fear us once we have resurfaced from the depth of shadow. Nothing will get in our way this time. * Evil laugh*

Haru comes to the palace to visit the princess to come to say nicely. As he was about to enter the room, he hears someone talking to her so he hides somewhere and hears the conversation inside the room.

Akina (inside a room): Father, please! I'm doing my best to be a proper princess.

Hishima (inside a room): No! You are not doing very well to be a proper princess. I see that you haven't practice becoming a formality. Are you gonna bring embrassment to the Empire?

Akina (inside a room): Father, why are you always so strict towards me ever since my mother di-

Then, he can hear him slapping on Akina's face which is shocked that her own father just did that so harshly. Then, he said to his daughter in the room.

Hishima (inside a room): Don't you ever say that name, Akina. It's in the past. The present must be focused and never look back. As for now, you will do practice to be a formality every day to become a proper princess and then, you will find a man of nobility to be married in the future. You will do exactly what your future husband says and never raise voice on him because if you did, you will bring shame to this country. Remember your place.

He heard he's going out of the room as he maintains hidden. Hishima goes out of the room and heads back to the office room. Once he's gone, Haru goes into the room to see Akina crying on the floor of what her father did to her so harshly. He kneel down to her and said.

Haru: Your highness, are you alright?

All of sudden, Akina launch on him, hugging tightly while crying on his shoulder.

Akina: *crying* Kuribayashi, I-I...

Haru: Shhh... I'm here, your highness. I'm here. Let it out.

He patting on her back while letting her cries out of tears on the shoulder. He feel bad about her and he really cares for her like she is her father figure. His thoughts thinking about her father as he is disgusted for his action, not to mention that he had many war crimes committed. He said to his thoughts.

Haru (thoughts): Hishima, one day, you will pay for crimes you have committed in WW2 and abuse to your own daughter. I promise that I'll protect her from you, no matter what the cost of my life.
