I grunted as I slid back on the ship, losing my footing. I thrust my daggers at Lloyd, who I was currently training with. Lloyd dodged the daggers by grabbing them by the leather, black handle and jumped up and over me, causing me to flip and fall on the wooden panels.

I swore under my breath as I landed.

"Sorry, Y/n. Looks like you still have training to do to be the yellow ninja!" Lloyd said as he held out his hand to help me up. I growled and grabbed his hand, but instead of getting up, I yanked him down and got up fast, pressing my shoe onto his chest, my daggers against his neck in an 'x' position.

"You let your guard down, Lloyd. To be honest, I'm kind of disappointed. Here, I thought the green ninja was going to teach me, when I had to teach him!" I smirked as I talked.

Lloyd's expression changed from shock to annoyance. He has told me not to be arrogant about winning, or when someone puts their guard down for a second.

"Don't be too arrogant, or else you will get hurt." The blonde glared, and I replied with a glare worse than his.

Lloyd, glaring, then sent a green mass of his power to me, making me yelp when I got hit. Lloyd had a shock of guilt rush through him.

"Are you alright? I'm sorry! I thought you were going to dodge!"

Lloyd rushed to my side and picked me up, rushing me to his room and closing the door. He set me on his soft bed, then went to a cabinet and brought out a first aid kit. From there, he proceeded to take care of my wounds.

I winced and groaned in pain, making Lloyd flinch every time. He gasped when I passed out from the pain.

A few hours after Lloyd helped me, I woke up in his room. He hadn't moved me since.

I saw Lloyd sitting on a pillow on the floor.

"Hey."

My hoarse voice got his attention from the floor to me. He quickly ran to me and sat close by my side.

"Y/n! I thought I lost you!" There were visible tear marks on his cheeks. I blushed and suddenly grabbed onto his shoulders and brought him down in a hug.

Lloyd gasped, but hugged back, sighing in relief that I was okay, promising that he won't go too hard on me next time. I stared into his green eyes, then glanced up and noticed how messy his hair had gotten from stress. My eyes went down to his eyes again.

"Lloyd, may I do something?" I asked.
Lloyd frowned, but nodded.

I gently leaned up and pressed my lips against his gently, then blushed when I felt him return the gesture.
We kept it like that for a few seconds before pulling away. He had laid next to me on his bed, cuddling close.

"I always knew you liked me." Lloyd smirked.

I chuckled and cuddled up against him.

"I didn't know you liked me at all."

Lloyd frowned.

"Really? But I always put you first. Training, food, even injuries." He explained. He gently leaned to me and kissed me.

I grinned and let out a soft giggle.

"Let's rest here." I suggested with a yawn.

Lloyd nodded and we both went to sleep.
