Backstory: Technically Matrix was 'born' he was spontaneously created from nothing in Sam's house. Further investigation discovered that the baby Matrix had Sam's DNA and Mumza's DNA despite the two never having met before. Making Matrix and Wilbur half brothers. So growing up Matrix was sort of an anomaly having been randomly created out of nowhere. But as he grew up Matrix acquired a love for the sea and has always wanted to become like the famous pirate captains he's read about. So he got help and made his own ship he named 'The Raven'. Though his dad always told him that he should stay on land with everyone. But Matrix planned a global voyage on 'The Raven' with the crew he gathered aka the people that helped him build the ship.
