Sam Winchester #1
When you were in high school, there was a boy who only went there for a short time. His name was Sam Winchester. You remember him because he was seated next to you in a couple of classes, and the two of you talked often. He was a very quiet kid, but he was a great student, and you remember being impressed by the fact that he always got good grades on his schoolwork. You had liked him a lot, and you were sad when he left. He told that his family traveled a lot because of his father's work, so it was only a few months before the Winchesters left town.
After that, you didn't think you would ever see Sam Winchester again. He didn't give you any way of contacting him, and he never got in touch with you. He eventually faded away from your memory as you went on to college and medical school to become a doctor.
That is why you're so shocked when he suddenly makes another appearance in your life.
~~~~~~
Your morning has started out ordinarily enough. You've made your morning rounds, and are on your way to check up on some lab work you're waiting for. But you stop in your tracks when you see two men standing at the front desk, because one of them looks strangely familiar.
You walk up to the front desk, and get a closer look at the taller man, and then it suddenly hits you who he looks like a adult version of.
"Sam?" you say, staring at him. "Sam Winchester?"
He gives you a look of surprise, as if he's startled to hear someone say his real name.
"Do-I'm sorry, but....do I know you?" he asks.
"Y/F/N Y/L/N. From Harlowe High? You were only there for a few months, but we sat next to each other in English and History."
"Oh." A look of realization comes over his face; apparently, he does remember you. "Wow. Um, Y/N. I wasn't expecting to see you. And you-you're a doctor."
You nod. "Yeah. And what are you supposed to be? You look like a businessman."
"Sam, let's just get out of here," the other man says in a low voice.
"Just a second," Sam says to him. To you, he says, "Well, it's nice to see you're doing well. I do remember you from school. I think it's great that you became a doctor. I'm sure you're good at it. But we have to go. I'm sorry. Um, see you."
He and the other man hurriedly leave the building, and you ask the nurse at the front desk, "Did they say who they are?"
"They said they were FBI agents," the nurse answers. "They had the ID and badges."
So, Sam became an FBI agent? It's strange, but maybe that's how things went.
But then again, you're pretty sure FBI agents don't normally run off like that if they happen to run into an old schoolmate. Unless, of course, they aren't real FBI agents. It seems you'll be left to wonder.
