You make your way back down to the Volturi headquarters with a cat nestled in your arms. It's an albino cat you found wandering around outside, and he apparently does not have a home. You would have felt bad leaving him alone outside, so you decided to bring him home with you. When taking him with you, you don't think about how your husband Caius might react to you bringing home a new pet. 

 You go to your room, and as soon as you place the cat on the floor, you hear Caius ask, "What is that?" 

 "It's a cat," you answer. "I think he's an albino. I found him wandering around. I imagine he's homeless." 

 "So you chose to bring him here?" 

 "Caius, you've been married to me for centuries. What gave you the idea that I would leave a poor, hungry stray cat on its own?" 

 "Well, if it's hungry, we'll have nothing to feed it," he points out. 

 "Then I'll send someone out for food. Look, he's not happy with you." 

 After you put the cat down on the floor, he moved to a corner and is now sitting there quietly. 

 "I had a hard time grabbing him," you say. "He didn't like it, but I had the upper hand when it came to speed." 

 "If you didn't want you to take him, why bother?" Caius asks. 

 "Because he would have been out alone, and it looks like there's a storm coming in soon. Caius, I would really like him to stay. I was even thinking about naming him after you."

 He raises his eyebrows. "After me?" 

 "Yes. I thought maybe I would call him Caius the Second. He reminds me of you, and I thought it might suit him. Come here, you." Though the cat gives a small meow in protest, you pick him up gently. "Now, this is Caius the First," you say, walking over to your husband. "I think you could be friends if you gave it a try." 

 Caius sighs. "All right. If you want to keep him, I'm not going to say no. You came name him whatever you want." 

 You smile. "I thought I could get you to settle with me on it." 

 "Well, I've decided I won't mind, or I'll try not to mind. What about everyone else?" 

 "Then he'll stay in our private chambers," you answer. "You've never had a pet cat before, have you? It'll be something new for you, and for me, too."
