Stefan's head snapped at your voice,all you saw was blood. Blood covered his face,hands,clothes he was covered in blood. So much blood you hardly actually saw him
"(Y/N),what are you doing here?"

He was not Stefan. He had this look,it wasn't Stefan. You couldn't describe the look though.
