Backstory-She was raised in Scotland by her parents , hiding away and trying to stay awake from humans . Her parents got found out as monsters and they ran away with her to America where she started attending Nevermore academy . She was fitting in rather well before everyone found out about her being gay . She felt outcasted in a place meant for outcasts . She was so alone . She eventually graduated and moved away for a long time . She got a job as an author which is something she loved doing . She stayed a couple towns away for the longest time but sadly with bills rising she had to get a better job. When Nevermore had an opening she knew as an alumni she would be almost guaranteed the position so she took it . Being a librarian wasn't too bad . Students were nicer now and the teachers were as well. That's when she met Principal Larissa . She fell in love immediately, the woman being the light of her life instantly . They slowly began bonding during vista at work which turned into staying late together . Cordelia fell in love and soon considered the female her mate who she grew protective of . She assisted Larissa with big events and school events when she wasn't busy in the library and even moved in with her .
