"Ravenclaw!"
From the moment the hat called out (Y/n)'s house, her future was set. She was only slightly disappointed she didn't get into Gryffindor like her sister did. The fact that she was a witch was exciting enough for her. When Hermione came home after her first year at Hogwarts with stories upon stories of amazing adventures, (Y/n) wanted nothing more to be a part of them.
For the most part, she had that chance. Being related to a member of the Golden Trio gave her an in. She got to know Harry and Ron, befriending them. With Ron came Ginny, and with Ginny came Neville. With Luna being her closest friend in Ravenclaw, their little group was tightly knit.
While fighting a Basilisk, assisting Sirius Black escape from Azkaban, and being a part of what was most likely the last Triwizard tournament was exhilarating, there was one adventure (Y/n) had been unwilling pulled into. Falling in love.
It was cliche. But it happened, and (Y/n) couldn't help it when it did. Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived, was (Y/n)'s adventure. And she was still reeling over the fact.
Hermione and (Y/n) had been invited to the Burrow for the last two weeks of summer. Along with the two Granger sisters, would be Harry. Hermione was ecstatic over the fact that the friends would be together again before school actually started. She was also bothering (Y/n) non-stop about whether or not she would be able to muster up the courage and tell Harry about her true feelings. (Y/n)'s simple answer was no.
Neither of the Granger girls knew it at the time, but there was a higher, stronger force pushing Harry and (Y/n) together. One that would stop at nothing until their goal was complete.
That force was the Weasley Twins.

Harry was freaking out.
Not just freaking out. He was losing his mind. Running up and down every level of the Weasley home. He lost it, he couldn't believe he actually lost it. He was always so careful about putting it back in his trunk or somewhere he knew he would be able to find it, but no one else would.
"Whatcha looking for Potter?" George popped out of seemingly nowhere, a large smirk on his face. It raised some suspicions with Harry, but the twins were known for always having smirks on their faces so it seemed normal enough.
"Nothing, I just, lost something important," Harry immediately winced when the contradictory statement left his mouth, "I mean, it's not- I just need it back."
"Really?" Fred stepped up next to his twin, "You wouldn't be looking for a diary, would you?"
"It's not a-" Harry processed their words, they knew where it was. And if they knew where it was, they probably read it, "Where is it?"
"Why, it's right here," George whipped out the plain looking journal, "Lots of interesting stuff in here."
"Ah yes," Fred took the journal, flipping to a random page in the middle, "'The worst part is having to see her every day. It's not like I can stop being friends with her, or Hermione. But every time I see her smile, I fall in love with her a little more. This feels more intense than being put under a love potion. What should I do?'"
"Very interesting Harry," George chuckled, nudging Fred, "I think we know exactly what you should do."
"What?" Harry stopped struggling to get his journal back, interested in what they would say.
"We think you should tell her at dinner tonight," Fred finished the thought, "Maybe read something from here. It's very poetic."
"And if you don't pluck up the courage, we can do it for you."
"You're both lunatics if you think that I'd tell (Y/n) that I love her in front of everyone else," Harry snapped, finally succeeding in getting his journal back.
"Alright boys, that's enough," Molly slapped her sons over the backs of their heads, "Leave Harry alone and go get ready. The girls will be here soon."
"Yes Mum," the twins both nudged Harry before they left.
"I've only met them twice and I already know they're just like me and your father were when we went to Hogwarts."
"Sirius!" Harry pulled his godfather into a tight hug, ecstatic. He had no idea that he would be coming, "What are you doing here?"
"Molly invited me," Sirius explained, "She thought it would be a nice surprise for you."
"Thank you Mrs Weasley," Harry gave the woman a bright smile, hoping she wouldn't bring up his and the twins' conversation. His hopes were ignored.
"Of course dear, and I really think confessing to (Y/n) would be a good idea. We've all seen the way you look at her."
"Just like your father and mother," Sirius added, "Secretly pining for each other."
"I don't know," Harry fiddled with the pages of his journal, "What if she doesn't like me back? Or what if Hermione gets mad at me for liking her sister, or what if-"
"Harry dear, you need to stop overthinking these things." Molly soothed, "I've seen the way (Y/n) looks at you, the two of you share the same feelings. Trust me."
"Potters are charmers," Sirius added in, "There's no way she hasn't fallen for you yet."
"Alright," Harry was still a bit unsure, but he felt a lot more confident in confessing all the same, "Thank you. I'm going to go get ready for supper."
~*~
"Oh! Welcome you two," as soon as (Y/n) and Hermione stepped out of the fireplace, Molly had pulled them into a tight hug, "It's so good to see you again."
"Lovely to see you too Mrs Weasley," the girls said in unison, stepping away from the woman so they could breath, "Thanks for having us over."
"Of course, of course," Molly waved her hand dismissively, "Ron should be back soon, he went out with Arthur to get some more food. They'll be back soon. Harry is getting ready as well."
"And Sirius is already ready," Sirius stepped into the room, smiling brightly at the girls, "Nice to see you two."
"Sirius, it's amazing to see you're doing okay," (Y/n) hugged the man, "How are you?"
"Surviving," Sirius shrugged as if it was no big deal, "Don't worry though, Dumbledore and the rest of the Order if taking good care of me. Now, I'll let you two drop off your bags before dinner."
"Yes, yes," Molly ushered the two out of the room and up the stairs, "You'll be staying with Ginny. She's very excited to have some other girls around the house. She gets sick of everyone else at times. Ginny, the girls are here!"
"Thanks Mum," Ginny opened the door, welcoming the Granger sisters into her room. An extra mattress had been pulled into the room and pushed against one of the walls, while Ginny already had a bunk-bed.
"I'll take the top," Hermione threw her bag onto the top of the bunk bed, "How soon is dinner?"
"Five minutes?" Ginny seemed unsure, "Mum usually yells loud enough for the whole house to hear so you'll know."
"Five minutes gives both of us enough time to tease (Y/n) about her crush on Harry," Hermione sang, nudging Ginny with a large smile.
"You're still in love with him?" Ginny seemed surprised, "It's been three years (Y/n), you have to tell him at some point. You do understand that, don't you?"
"I understand that telling him would jeopardize our friendship," I shot back, "Not just mine with him, but your friendship with him too Hermione."
"Oh come on," Hermione rolled her eyes, "All of us became friends after we fought off a troll together, we can survive a bit of awkwardness. But none of that is actually going to happen because Harry loves you back."
"Dinner is ready!" Molly's voice rang throughout the entire house, startling the three girls out of their conversation.
Meeting the twins on the stairway, the girls went down to the kitchen and sat down in seats next to each other. Percy was already seated, and Ron and Arthur were just coming in with Sirius and Harry trailing behind them. Surprisingly, the twins took a seat on each side of Harry before Sirius could take a seat next to his godson. Not commenting on it, Sirius took the next seat over.
The next few minutes consisted of loud chattering and clanging of silverware as everyone passed different dishes around the table to the people who asked for them. When everything had calmed down a bit more, and the dishes were finished being passed, the large group began to eat.
Underneath the laughing and talking, Harry was poking at his food. He knew if he ate any of it he would likely throw it back up because of how nervous his was. His intestines were trying themselves into knots increasing his discomfort.
"Now's your chance Harry," Fred whispered into the boy's ear.
"Remember what we said about the diary bits," George added in, "You're very poetic. It's sure to sweep her off of her feet."
"Shut up," Harry snapped, taking in a deep breath to prepare himself, "I'd like to make a toast, sort of."
"Oh Harry, you've gone mad," Ron muttered under his breath, knowing what was going in immediately.
"To all of us being here together," Harry held his glass up briefly, making eye contact with a smiling (Y/n), "And um, to love. (Y/n), every time I see you smile I fall in love a little more. What I feel for you is ten times more powerful than a love potion."
Choked up and shocked at Harry's words, (Y/n) looked over to Molly, "May we be excused for a few minutes?"
"Yes, yes," Molly dabbed under her eyes with her napkin, "I haven't heard a profession of love that profound in years. Arthur."
"What? You want me to confess my love to you right now?"
"Not when I hinted that I wanted you to."
While the couple was bickering like- well like a married couple, (Y/n) motioned for Harry to follow her. The two stepped out of the house and into the garden, both of them hoping there were no gnomes there to ruin the night.
"I'm really sorry about that," Harry apologized, "I wanted to do it in private, kind of like this, but the twins found out and they-"
"Blackmailed you? That sounds like something they would do," (Y/n) chuckled, reaching out for Harry's hands, "It's alright. It was really sweet. Hearing you say that, it makes it a lot easier for me to say that I love you too."
"You do?" Harry's eyes widened in utter disbelief.
"Of course I do. I have for a long time. I've just been to scared to tell you, because if you didn't feel the same then I'd ruin our friendship."
"Well, look how that turned out."
"Shut up, Potter," (Y/n) looped her arms around Harry's neck, pulling him down to her height and into a gentle kiss.
"We should probably go back inside," Harry kissed (Y/n) again.
"Yeah, we should." Neither of them made a move to go back inside.
Finally, after several more kisses, and exchanged words about how everyone would be gossiping about them if they didn't go back in, they reentered the Weasley home, sitting back down in their prior seats at the table. Everything became silent, the rest of the group looking at the pair expectantly.
"Well?" Hermione broke the silence.
"I love him too," (Y/n) stated as if the answer was obvious. It was to everyone, but they wanted to hear the words from the girl herself.
"Marvelous!" Molly clapped her hands, "Oh this deserves dessert! I know you haven't finished dinner yet, but I can't help myself. Percy, be a dear and go grab it?"
"Yes Mother," Percy stood from the table, walking to the kitchen to get the large cake Molly had baked earlier that day.
"You know, you really have us to thank," the twins spoke up, motioning to Harry and (Y/n), "Someone had to push one of you to confess. Or you'd both die thinking the other didn't love you."
"All of us knew it would be the twins," Ginny shrugged.
Harry and (Y/n) laughed along with the others. Somehow, they knew from day one the twins would be involved in some way. After all, the Twins' never backed down from a challenge.
