It's nice to see an OC that isn't a teen/student.

Ok

Backstory: She was a very intelligent, more then average children. Her parents adored her for this reason. She was the apple of their eye until she got her quirk. Her quirk was considered villainous, and it affected they way she looked. It made her look like a monster. Everyone started to avoid her. She gave up on trying to be a hero and tried to be a scientist instead. She got into colleges easily, but it was getting a job that was difficult. She was turned away because of her quirk, and appearance. She started giving up. Until All For One found her. He gave her a place among his ranks, and free will to do what ever she wanted with her knowledge, as long as he approved. She is now among his greatest scientists, and she is currently working on her own project to benefit the LOV.

Great backstory, not having a perfect life, and not having a life that's just tragedy after tragedy like a lot of OC's. A quirk that makes her look like a monster is also quite a creative idea, and it's understandable how she wouldn't get a job because of that, great reason to be a villain too!

Also, it's interesting seeing a character follow a different path other than hero because they gave up.

Appearance: Her appearance shifts a lot but when she is human. She has pale white skin. Her hair is a mix of blond, black, and ginger. She has purple eyes, she also wears silver rimmed glasses. She is flat chested and doesn't have a lot of curves.

I like how her hair is a mix of 3 colours, it sounds really cool, and just imagining I can tell it's cool. I like the idea of purple eyes for some reason, it's my favourite colour for eyes in any anime for some reason, and one of my OC's has purple eyes too actually, so I respect that idea.

Great to have an OC who isn't curvy as well, it shows that they don't have that perfect model's figure, but that doesn't mean it's bad. I prefer OC's who don't look like the stereotypical perfect person.

Weakness: Her quirk drawbacks make it hard for her to focus it also makes her very angry and hungry.

That's an interesting drawback, nice work.

Extra: Using her DNA and knowledge, she has created a chemical that can turn anyone into a monster for a period of time, she also has full control over that person in their monster state

Ah, so she's smart. That's fun! And the fact that it isn't permanent when she turns them into a monster isn't too overpowered.

Quirk: Monster Mash

She can gain any animal/ monster attributes. At full strength she can fully transform into any monster of her choice

Oh so kind of like shapeshifting. This seems like an awesome quirk. And love the name, reminded me of that one song!

Hero or Villain: Villain

Nice, I love a good villain oc!

Villain name: Professor Monster

Simple yet good. Works with her quirk and her scientific knowledge. I like it!

Costume: A very messy lab coat (she doesn't clean it so it's cover with chemicals and blood) She also wears black rubber gloves and boots.

This gives me mad scientist vibes, which is probably what you were aiming for. Good Job.

Overall, I think this is a very good and well thought out OC. My advice though, is possibly explain why she chose to pursue science after giving up on being a hero, like, why specifically a scientist. But overall this is an awesome OC!
