You've been an employee at Stark Industries for years now. You've even befriended most of the Avengers through your job! You loved how kind everyone was to you.. well, almost everyone was kind to you.

The one person that you had a problem with was the one and only playboy genius, Tony Stark.
Ironic, right? You worked under his company, so anyone would imagine that you would befriend or at least be on good terms with your boss.
Wrong.

Tony didn't like you, at all. Y/N knew exactly why too. It was because she was a little. It was something that she had to put under her resume because of law. In a world of Classification it was very difficult to get a job anywhere, but once you saw that the industry hired littles, you were so happy!
But it turned out working for Stark was an actual living hell.

Right now, Y/N was in a boring meeting. She had the task of taking notes of everything she heard and saw in the meeting. This is something that Tony's employees would do when the Avengers had to meet up for something. This time, the job just happened to land on you. The only part that was relieving is that Yelena, your girlfriend, was going to be here with you.
If it weren't for that, you'd be terrified. Heck, you still were! But Yelena made you feel at ease with just her presence alone.
All of the Avengers were here as well.

"Alright, so today we're talking stats."
Tony stated, "Stats on our last fights, stats on overall weapons and armor."

You wrote down what he said.

"For me personally the suit I've used is in terrible condition. Me and Bruce have been at it fixing it to make it better."
Tony kept on going on and on about his suit and how he could make it better.. it was nauseating hearing him go on about this..
As he kept talking, your mind started to trail off somewhere else. You kept on writing but since you weren't all focused, it was coming out as scribbles.
Your eyes tried to stay open, but you couldn't help but close them..this meeting was terribly boring.
How were the Avengers not getting bored or sleepy from his talking?
Y/N figured that they were used to hearing him ramble.

Before you knew it, you started drifting off into a light sleep. You could hear everything around you, but your eyes refused to open.

~10 Minutes Later~

"Y/N.."

"Y/N?"

"Y/N!!"

Y/N jolted up from the sudden loud voice, she looked around herself to see the Avengers looking at you worried.. because your boss was standing right in front of you.
And jeez, did he look upset.

"Oh! Um, sorry boss! Guess I kind of drifted off, I think I still got the-"

"Y/N, really. Cut the bullshit. It's clear to me and everyone else that you don't care to be here."
Tony sighed and grabbed your notes.

He then slammed them on to the table, making you jump.

"God DAMMIT Y/N! This is important! You couldn't stay awake for 10 damn minutes?!"

You gulped in fear, "I-I, urm.."

Yelena stepped in, clearing her throat, "Tony I think that's enough. Leave her alone."
She said, staring daggers at Tony. All the man could do was a scoff.

"How are you going to say what I should I not should say to MY employee?!"
Tony looked at you again, "I should fire you right now. You weren't that much of good worker here anyway.. it was a damn mistake hiring a little for this position."

Your heart dropped.

"He's been wanting to get rid of me..?"

Tears started to brim in your eyes, "Wait! Boss no! I can make it up, I promise! I-I just drifted off, I promise it won't happen again!"
You tried so, so hard for the tears not to fall. ..But you couldn't help it. Your mind was racing.. it didn't help that everyone was staring either.

"Y/N no! I've given you chance, after chance, AFTER CHANCE! You can't even do a simple thing of taking notes for fuck sake!"

Y/N suddenly felt someone take her hand, it was Yelena.
"Okay. We're done here."

Yelena led you out of the room with not another word, not even paying attention to Tony's protests.

When Yelena closed the door, you could hear subtle arguing coming from the meeting room.

"I'm so sorry you had to go through that, my love."
Yelena picked you up, she could tell you were regressing. Your face and eyes said it all.
"Tony is just a big.. a hole. I'll make sure to put him in his place later."

Tears were still falling from your eyes, but not as much as earlier. However you did start hiccuping though. "Hwe mean.."
Y/N whined, putting her face towards Yelena, she wanted to rest her head a bit.

"I know, baby.. I know. We'll be on our floor soon."
You could hear a sudden "ding!" come from what you thought to be the elevator.
Yelena stepped inside and pressed on level 6. That was Natasha's floor. Ever since Yelena and Natasha reunited, Natasha allowed her to stay with her on her floor.

After all, the place was huge! Each floor could be enough for 5 people at least.

You started to wiggle in Yelena's grasp, whining a little. "Mwama.. I nwo wike these cwothes.. ucky."

"I've figured Малы́шка, but don't worry. We'll get you all nice and comfy soon. How about wearing one of mama's hoodies, hm? That sound like a plan to you?"
She asked you while tickling your tummy a bit, it made you giggle.

"Mhm.. I wike you hwoodie mama."

Ding!

Yelena and you left the elevator and went straight to Auntie Natasha's floor, Yelena didn't stop until she got into her and your shared bedroom.
"Alright baby, down you go."
She laid you down on the couch, and started to get you some better clothes.

She choose her lavender purple sweatshirt she got a long time ago.. it was one you got her on your guy's anniversary! She also grabbed a pull up with a Ariel design on it, and one of your most favorite pacifiers.

"Arms up, Солнышко."

You did as she asked, and lifted your arms up. She gently took of your uniform and then went to take of your uniform pants. A huge wave of relief washed over you, for a pretty fancy company the dress protocol was terrible!

Yelena slipped the hoodie over your head, then it was fully on you! You flapped around the sleeves a little while she started to put the pull-up on.
"Do you want shorts on, or pants?"

"Showts pwease!"

Yelena kissed you on your nose, "So well mannered, Princess." She cooed, she went back to the drawer a got on a comfy pair of shorts. It had cute little bunny designs on them!
She went back over to you and slipped them over your pull up. Last but not least, she pulled the pacifier out of her pocket, and gently placed it in your mouth.
You took it happily, already starting to suckle on the soothing rubber.

"Okay, up we go!"
She picked you up bridal style, "And I think it's time you've had a nap, Ангел."

Y/N shook her head, "Nuh uh.. I no wanna gwet in twouble.."
She mumbled through her pacifier.

"Tony won't come in here, baby. I promise. I'm pretty sure Auntie Nat is kicking his butt right now as we speak."
Yelena laughed and so did you.

"But if it would make my baby feel safer, would you like me to sleep with you? I could use a nap too."

Y/N nodded, a small yawn escaping from her lips.

"Alright Малы́шка, sorry to lay you down so much, but we're gonna go down one more time~"
Yelena laid you down on one side of the bed, the left, and put the covers over you.
She took out the ponytail in her hair before laying down right next to you.

"Get some rest, baby.. you'll feel better with some sleep."
