you were mine for the summer
Uff, I wrote that at like...1 am in the morning. But this is a sneak peek into a new story I'll prob publish somewhen.
I miss writing a longer, fully story book and I'm so in love with this idea...who would like to read the book?

Luke sat on his table, third row, middle sector of the classroom, his head was laying on the table, hands dangling down his body while the teacher in the front tried to explain the effect of hydrogen.
No one was really listening, it was already the last period and their science teacher was the only one who thought its a good idea to make full school program the day before summer holidays.
Another 5 minutes and then 4 more full 5 minutes. That's how Luke counted down the time he still had to spend in the classroom with 23 other students who couldn't wait to pick up their school report from the headmaster and run out of the building.
It was disgustingly hot so Luke cursed on the american public school system once more.
Just 3 more 5 minutes.
Now the teacher went from hydrogen to uranium ant the tragic death of Marie Curie.
Luke was bored because he had that topic in third grade of middle school when they had to make a presentation about famous personalities so he notch away till the bell rang and finally he was able to shove his few leftover things in his backpack and run as fast as he could to the principal.
It took him another set of 5 minutes till he jumped down the stairs in front of the school to find his best friend.
Luke spotted him leaning against his car, talking to some girls from his grade, laughing but still looking out for his best friend.
As soon as Michael spotted his best friend he said bye to the Senior girls and walked towards him.
There was the proudest smile on Luke's face ever possible because Michael was a year older and a senior but because Luke was really smart he helped his best friend to graduate with a better gpa and it worked a lot better than expected.
Because before Luke started Junior year they both didn't even know each other but now they literally spend every second possible together.
After they hugged each other really tight they walked to Michaels car, but he didn't unlock it.
“Whats wrong?“ Luke asked because Michael stared at him with a face that Luke called the "stupid I know something you don't".
“Well.“ Michael unlocked the car and they got in. “I actually know something you don't.“
“What?“
“Your mom, my mom and I made a little deal.“
“Tell me already.“ Luke whined.
He loved surprise but absolutely hated it when someone made him wait too long to know it.
“We made the deal that when I graduate with a GPA on 3.0 or better we two can make a roadtrip over the summer. And we'll, I got a 3.7.“
Luke's jaw dropped.
Not because of Michaels GPA, he knew that already but because of the fact that his best friend planned that and studied like crazy just for the two of them to go on a roadtrip.
“That's...that's so cool, oh my god I don't know what to say.“
Michael hugged him over the center console of the car to give him comfort because both knew how easy Luke started to cry.

Luke's feet were resting on the dashboard while both his hands held onto Michaels right hand, staring out the window on the passing landscape next to the highway.
Dayglow's 'Can I call you tonight' was playing from the board computer which gave the whole scenario something magical that if you would take a picture of it, a tumble obsessed girl in 2015 would put as her lockscreen background.
It was still surreal that Luke sat in that car, the trunk filled up with stuff they needed, on their way from Tallahassee to New York with a lot of stopovers.
He was mainly in shook because his mom let that happen since she didn't let him be out with friends after 11 pm.
“What are you thinking about?“ Michael asked and shortly looked over to him.
“About how surreal this is. I mean, it's real but I feel like I am dreaming and I will wake up any second just to go to school and listen to Mister Harrison talking about Artery calcification.“
Michael laughed because he knew what pain in the ass that was and gently squished his hand in Lukes grip.
“What are you thinking about?“
“That this will be our last real time together...since I'm going to university after the summer and you stay in Florida.“
Luke looked over to him with a little smile.
It didn't had the purpose of hiding the pain this sentence brought because both knew it.
“Thats okay. We can text, call and video chat...or if you're replay romantic you can send me a fax.“ Luke said, tried to stay serious through the whole sentence.
“You're amazing.“
“I know.“
Michael couldn't help but let a sound of amusement out as Luke checked himself out in the mirror of the lowered sun visor.
“What? I'm sitting here next to a fine dude. At least let me look decent.“
“Ah shut up, you look good. And if I'm that fine maybe we should make a little stop at a gas station and ruin my hairstyle.“
“Yes.“
Michael was surprised by the sudden answer but actually drove off the highway at the next gas station sign.
He didn't even had time to turn off the engine when Luke climbed on his lap, smiling at him and slightly tilting his head to not hit it against the cartop.
They started kissing, actually it was more making out but they later classified it as kissing.
Lukes hands found their way into Michaels flaming red Hair by themselves as he gently tugged on them.
Michael sight in pleasure, held tighter onto Lukes hips cause he was afraid that if he would let go, he would disappear.
He didn't, not even when they stopped kissing, not even when Luke fell again his chest, hugging him, not even when Michael was able to feel Lukes pulse again his own throat.
