Om was sitting in his room with his hands on his head. He was very tensed for Shivaay. He tried to call Shivaay for many times but his phone was not reachable.

Gauri was also tensed for Shivaay.

Suddenly Om's phone started ringing with an unknown number. He immediately answered the call.

P- Hello. Is this Mr. Omkara Singh Oberoi?

O- Yes.

P- Sir, I am speaking from XYZ hospital. Your brother Shivaay Singh Oberoi has met with an accident. Please come fast.

O- What? Ok. I am coming.

Tears started falling from Om's eyes. Gauri immediately rushed towards him.

G- Om, what happened? Who was on the phone? Why are you crying? Tell me Om, I am getting worried.

O- Gauri..... Wo.... Wo..... Shiv.... Shivaay.... Accident.... Shivaay met with an accident.

G- What? Bade bhaiyya..... Accident.....Let's go Om.

Om nodded his head and they left for the hospital.

They reached the hospital in no time. Om rushed towards reception and asked about Shivaay and they informed him that he is in operation theatre.

Rikara immediately went towards operation theatre and were waiting outside OT.

After few minutes, doctor came out from the OT.

D- Mr. Omkara Singh Oberoi.

O- Yes doctor. How is Shivaay? Is he fine?

D- Mr. Oberoi. I am afraid that he won't be able make it. His condition is very critical. His head has a huge injury which may have affected his brain. We have to do his surgery immediately. But the chances of survival are only 10%. If he survives, then it's possible that he may slip into coma but we will try our best.

Om totally broke down after listening to doctor. He slumped down on the chair. Gauri rushed to support him.

D- I know Mr. Oberoi, that this is very difficult time for you but you have to be strong for your brother. You have to sign the surgery papers so that we can start his surgery.

Om looks at Gauri with teary eyes.

G- Om, please. Be strong.

Gauri says while crying. Om looks at doctor and nods his head. Doctor forwards the paper to him and Om signs it.

D- Everything will be fine. Have faith.

Doctor pats his shoulder and left.

Rikara were waiting for the surgery to get completed. They were very restless.

After sometime, the red bulb went off and the surgery got completed. Doctor came out from the operation theatre and Rikara rushed towards Shivaay.

G- Doctor, how is bade bhaiya?

D- The surgery was successful but there are still risks on his health. I just hope that he gains his consciousness in 12 hours otherwise we might lose him.

Omkara burst into crying and Gauri also started crying.

Doctor consoled them and left from there.

12 hours were very difficult for Rikara. They tried to call Pinky but she was busy on her vacation that she didn't feel it important to answer their calls.

Here Anika was very restless. She was feeling that something is wrong but she wasn't able to figure out.

A- I just hope that you are fine, SHIVAAY.

A lone tear escaped from her eye.

Shivaay took a long breath and opened his eyes with a jerk.

S-ANIKA.

Om and Gauri ran towards him.

O- Shivaay.

G-Bade bhaiya. (To Om) Om, you stay here with bade bhaiya and I'll go and call doctor.

Om nods his head and Gauri went to call doctor.

Doctor entered the room along with Gauri. Doctor went towards Shivaay and did his check up.

D- He is fine, Mr. Oberoi. But you have to take extra care of him. (To Shivaay) Mr. Oberoi, how are you feeling now?

Shivaay just nods his head.

S- Om, where is Anika? She must be very worried, right? Where is she? Did she went to college?

Rikara looks at him shockingly. Then they looks towards doctor. Doctor was confused.

O- Ummm.. Doctor can we talk please?

Doctor nods his head.

They went a little away from Shivaay's bed.

O- Doctor, Anika was Shivaay's girlfriend but they broke up 3 years ago. He used to miss her but why is he saying that did she went to college?

Doctor thinks for a while.

D- Mr. Oberoi, did Shivaay met with an accident before in his life?

O- Yes. 4 years ago. He met with an accident when he was in college.

D- Oh! Now I get it. I think because of his brain injury, he forgot these 4 years memory. But you have to be careful because a little shock can be fatal for his life. If you can, then please call Anika. You can't stress him.

Omkara nods his head. They went towards Shivaay.

D- Shivaay, what year is this?

S- 2015.

D- Shivaay, it's 2019. It's because of your injury that you can't remember anything now but you will remember everything slowly. Ok. So don't stress yourself.

Shivaay nods his head.

Doctor prescriped some medicines and then left.

S- Om, where is Anika? Why she isn't here to see me?

O- Ummm.. Wo... Wo... Actually....

G- Bade bhaiya, please don't stress yourself. We have already informed her, she will come soon.

S - Who is she?

He asked Om pointing towards Gauri.

O- She is Gauri, my wife.

Shivaay smiled widely.

S- Wow.. Omie.. You got married. I am so happy for you.

Om smiles at him.

Shivaay started feeling drowsy because of the medicines and Om saw it.

O- Shivaay, sleep for sometime. You'll feel better.

S- But Anika...

O- When she will come, I'll wake you up.

Shivaay nods his head and drifts into sleep.

Gauri and Omkara left the room.

O- What will we do now, Gauri? Where will I find Anika?

G- Om, I'm sure you can find her or at least find her mobile number. We'll inform her about Bade bhaiyya's condition and I'm sure that she'll not deny it. She might be angry with him but she is not bad.

O- hmmm.

Om takes out his phone and calls his secretary and asked him to find Anika's mobile number as soon as possible.

After sometime, Omkara's phone pinged with Anika's number.

He took a long breath and dialled her number. Anika answered the call after few rings.

A- Hello.

O- Hello Anika, this is Om, Shivaay's brother. Anika, Shivaay needs you.

A - ............................
