RECAP OF LAST FEW CHAPTERS-

Shivaay and Anika found an unconscious five year old boy, in front of their car while going to their lake house. They took the boy to their lake house and realised that the boy, named Kabir was abused by his uncle. They started bonding with Kabir emotionally and Shivika started treating him as her elder brother. Shivaay and Anika finally decided to adopt Kabir as their own son. After few days, Pinky was about to reach Oberoi Mansion and Shivaay and Anika are tensed if she will accept Kabir or not?

CHAPTER 34

Shivaay, Anika and Pinky were sitting in the living room and Anika was serving tea to everyone while the kids were playing in their bedroom.

A- It's so good to have you back, Mom.

Shivaay nodded with a smile.

P- I just wanted to come back to my family, and when doctor gave me green chit that I was fine, I was so excited to meet you all, especially my grandkids.

Anika and Shivaay smiled widely.

S- Mom, I'm happy that you're healthy now.

P- Hmm.. me too. So what about Kabir? You both never told me about him.

Shivaay and Anika looked at Pinky and sighed. It was the moment of truth and they have to tell everything about Kabir. It was clear that Pinky has accepted Kabir with open arms but it was her right to know about Kabir.

Shivaay and Anika exchanged looks and nodded their head.

S- Mom, when we were going to our Lake house, we saw Kabir unconscious in the middle of the road so we took him to the lake house. There we got to know that Kabir was an orphan and he was abused by his uncle. His uncle was a criminal and when Police chased him, he kicked kabir on the head and ran away. Kabir was very vulnerable when we found him but we felt a connection with him and Shivika also started treating him as her elder brother. So we decided to adopt him.

Pinky was silent for a while and Shivaay and Anika grew anxious.

A- Mom.

Pinky's eyes got filled with tears.

P- I'm so proud of you both. I spent my whole life Caring about bloodline and name and I was so wrong and I'm proud that you both are not like me. I'm so happy right now.

Pinky said while wiping her tears.

Anika and Shivaay's eyes also got filled with tears. They immediately sat on either side of Pinky and hugged her.

A/S- We love you Mom.

Pinky cupped their cheeks and smiled.

P- And I love you both.

They were lost in the moment when Shivika and Kabir ran towards them.

Sh- Mumma, lats ale lunning in my tummy.

Shivika said while caressing her tummy and Everyone burst into laughter.

Shivaay made her sit on his lap and pecked her forehead while Kabir side hugged Anika.

S- Today, Dadda will prepare lunch for my princess and champ.

Shivaay said while caressing both of their head.

The kids squealed in excitement.

K/Sh- Yaaaaayyyyyy!

S- Today will be mumma special day. So I'll prepare mine and yours Mumma's favourite dishes. Now who will help me?

Kabir and Shivika immediately raised their hand and Shivaay chuckled.

S- Okay. Sous-chefs, get in the kitchen.

Kabir and Shivika immediately ran to the kitchen and Shivaay smiled. Shivaay turned to look at Anika and Pinky who were Smiling at him.

S- And you both ladies, enjoy your day.

Anika and Pinky nodded their head.

Shivaay grinned and left to the kitchen.

P- I've never seen him so happy. It's all because of you and these little munchkins.

Anika smiled at Pinky.

A- He's happy to have you back.

Pinky nodded her head.

P- So when am I getting my third munchkin?

Anika blushed at Pinky's question.

A- Mom?

Anika whined and Pinky chuckled at Anika's blush.

P- I'm waiting for the day.

Pinky chuckled and Anika blushed more.

They started talking and soon two hours passed.

Kabir came out of the kitchen.

K- Come on, ladies. Lunch is ready.

Pinky and Anika went all aww on him.

He was looking so cute with a small apron tied around him.

Anika and Pinky pecked his both cheek and followed him to the dining room.

They were shocked to see so many dishes on the table.

P- Wow, Shivaay! How did you prepare so many dishes in such a short time?

S- Talent Mom.

Pinky and Shivaay chuckled at his remark. Shivaay pulled the chair for Pinky and Pinky settled down. Shivaay did the same for Anika and she smiled at him and sat on the chair.

Shivaay started serving food to everyone. They started eating and praised Shivaay for his cooking skills.

S- Baby, why aren't you taking malai kofta? It's your favourite right.

A- I know Shivaay. But I don't feel like eating it.

Shivaay frowned in Confusion.

S- But why? Are you not feeling well?  I prepared it only for you.

Shivaay looked at her with a sad look and Anika couldn't tolerate seeing him sad.

A- Okay. Pass the bowl. I'll have some.

Shivaay smiled widely and served some malai kofta on her plate. As soon as Anika took the first bite, a wave of nausea hit her and she cupped her mouth.

Shivaay and Pinky looked at Anika worriedly. They already ate the malai kofta and it wasn't that bad then what happened to Anika.

Anika immediately ran towards the washroom and puked her guts out. Shivaay followed her and held her hair in place. Anika washed her mouth and brushed her teeth. She was About to fall down when Shivaay held her by her waist.

He picked her up in his arms and made her lie down on the bed.

He worriedly caressed her forehead. Pinky entered the room along with the kids.

P- I've called the doctor. He'll be here soon.

Anika sat on the bed with her back rested on the headboard.

A- I'm fine. It's just because of the weather, I think. I'm experiencing nausea for a few days.

S- Jaan, why didn't you tell me?

A- Trust me, I'm fine.

At the same time, Doctor entered the room.

He asked everyone to wait outside. Doctor conducted tests on Anika.

After a while, Doctor came out of the room with a smile.

D- It seems that Congratulations are in Order, Mr. Oberoi.

Shivaay glared at him.

S- My wife is not well and you're congratulating me, fhat the wuck, doctor.

Pinky hit Shivaay's arms and glared at him.

P- Language.

Shivaay pouted .

S- Sorry Mom.

P- What happened to Anika, doctor?

D- Congratulations Mr. Oberoi. Your wife is 1 month pregnant.

Shivaay looked at doctor for a while and fainted on the floor.

Pinky and Doctor got worried and Doctor immediately checked Shivaay's vitals and he was fine. Shivaay gained consciousness and ran inside the room.

The doctor and Pinky exchanged looks of disbelief. They burst into laughter.

Shivaay hugged Anika and gave a long kiss to her.

S- I'm so happy, Jaan. Finally, I'll be able to witness everything with this baby. I love you so much Jaan.

Anika blushed and smiled at him.

A- Thank you for giving me this happiness again.

Anika said with teary eyes and Shivaay pecked her forehead.

S- I should be the one thanking you. You gave me the biggest happiness once again.

Anika smiled. Their moment was broken by the kids, who ran towards Anika and hugged her.

K- What happened, Mumma? Are you fine?

A- I'm fine, my babies.

S- Okay kids. Soon you'll have a small baby brother or baby sister to play with you.

Kabir and Shivika's eyes widened in excitement.

Sh- Leally Mumma?

A- Yes baby.

Shivika started dancing and Everyone chuckled at her cuteness.

Pinky also entered the room and congratulated the duo.

P- I'm so happy for both of you.

Anika and Shivaay took Pinky's blessings and she blessed them.
