Shivaay trembled on his feet and his hand hit the vase which fell with a crashing sound.

After hearing the crashing sound, Anika broke the hug and looked at Shivaay. Anika immediately ran towards him and held his arm.

A- Shivaay, are you fine? Did you get hurt somewhere?

Shivaay looked at Anika with glossy eyes. He observed the purity and love for him in her eyes.

S(thinks) - How can you, Shivaay? How can I think so low of my Ani? She's my Ani. She can never do anything wrong. She has always loved you. She even raised our daughter single-handedly with such good manners and etiquettes. I don't remember our past but I feel that I wasn't fair to her. Still she's so good to me. No. I have to trust my Ani.

His chain of thoughts was broken by Anika's voice.

A- Shivaay, are you fine?

Shivaay just hugged her tightly.

S- I love you so much, Ani.

Anika just patted his back and a smile covered her lips after hearing his confession after such a long time.

A- I know.

They broke the hug when they heard someone clearing his throat. He was none other than Advay Singh Raizada, Anika's brother.

Ad- I hope I'm not disturbing anything.

S- No. I'm sorry. I should go.

A- Wait. I'm sorry I forgot to introduce you both. Shivaay, this is Advay Singh Raizada, my brother and this is Shivaay.

Ad- So you're Shivaay. I've heard so much about you and what you did.

Advay said with a stern face while Anika glared at him.

S- Hi Advay. Anika, you never told me that you had a brother.

A- Ummm.. He's my rakhi brother but he has done much more for me than any blood relative.

Anika said with glossy eyes and side hugged Advay.

S- Thank you for being with her when I couldn't.

Ad- Anika, if you don't mind, I want to talk to you. Alone.

Advay said stressing on the word 'alone'.

A- Bhai.

S- Umm... Yeah. I'll just go and check on Shivika.

Shivaay left from there.

A- Bhai, you can't just treat him like that. He's not well. He went through a severe accident and he has lost his memories of last 4 years.

Ad- He must have forgotten everything which he did to you but I haven't. I've seen you crying for him day and night.

Shivaay put Shivika to sleep and was bringing water for Advay but stopped in his tracks after listening to him.

Ad- Anika, Have you forgotten those nights when you used to cry for him uncontrollably? Those struggles which you faced during your pregnancy? The pain you used to face when Shivika used to ask about her father? How are you living with that man who gave you so much pain?

Some tears escaped from Anika's eyes.

A- Shivika needs her father. I can't hurt her for my own selfish reasons.

Ad- So will you hurt yourself? I won't let you suffer that pain again. Let's go. You and Shivika won't live here anymore. You'll come with me to Delhi. I'll go and get Shivika.

Advay was about to leave when Anika clutched his hand.

A- I can't leave him.

Advay turned to look at her with shock clearly evident on his face.

Ad- What did you say? You're going to live with the man who broke you? Are you in your senses?

A- I can't leave him. I've started seeing a dream of complete family with him. I've started experiencing happiness again. And he has left his mom for me and Shivika. He loves us.

Ad- What if he gains his memories and goes back to his mom? You'll be broken again Anika.

Anika looked at him with teary eyes.

A- I don't care. I just want to live this time to the fullest. I want my dream of happy complete family to fulfill even it's for some time.

Advay cupped Anika's cheeks and wiped her tears. At the same time, Shivaay left from there while tears were continuously flowing from his eyes.

Ad- I won't force you to do anything. I've always trusted you. I've always respected your decision. Even then and now too. I will always support you. But I just want a promise from you.

Advay said and Anika nodded her head.

Ad- Promise me that no matter what happens in the end, you'll be always be strong and won't get broken.

Anika nodded her head with a smile.

A- I promise bhai.

Ad- I'll have to go. I've a flight in an hour.

A- Be safe. It's raining heavily.

Ad- Take care. Bye.

Anika nodded and Advay left.

Anika closed the main door and searched the living room but she didn't find a trace of Shivika or Shivaay.

She went to their bedroom and saw Shivika sleeping peacefully on the bed but Shivaay was nowhere.

She called out his name but there was no response.

She then opened the balcony door and was shocked to see the scene in front of her. Just one name escaped from her mouth.

A- Shivaay.
