Twilight and her friends gathered around a small table in the back of Sugarcube Corner. "So? How have you been? I've been so busy with all this princess stuff that I haven't had any time to see you guys."
Rainbow Dash sighed. "I've been tired. From making all these rainbows. There's a very... high demand right now."
"Samesies! But with cupcakes instead!" Pinkie took a slurp of her smoothie.
"I think we've all been doing a lot of work," Fluttershy whispered. They all nodded except Rarity who was staring out the window.
"Sorry. I just thought I saw something in that bush. I don't know about you, but I need to get back to dressmaking," She got up, waved to everyone, and left.
Soon the whole party broke up, except Twilight Sparkle, who remained seated, her eyes staring into nothing. When finished her drink, she hopped out of her chair, and shook her head. "Nothing. It was nothing," she mumbled to herself.

A gray pegasus with a yellow mane laughed as she watched the daydreaming alicorn from a tree. She grins. "You're next, little princess."
