"There is no one else Jimin would rather see, of course we are sure"
It's been a few hours since Taehyung said that. Since then, the boys left, content with the plan they had drawn up.
You were currently in your apartment, you were laying on the couch, reading the very last book that Jimin had left you a few months ago on the list he had made. This book was a special book apparently, that's why you had to ask at the counter for it and state that Jimin was the one that requested for it to be put in the storage unit.
He put them in a particular order on the list, and every book got better and better.
He had phenomenal taste in what he read.
You were coming to the last few pages of the book, completely engulfed in the ending.
And as you were twirling your hair between your fingers, not being aware of anything that was around you.
You finally got to the last page, you read each line as slowly as possible, not wanting the fantasy to end.
Alas, you read the last sentence, word and syllable.
But what you didn't realize was the hand written note at the end.

~Jimin
Jimin was sitting in the kitchen on the floor in the corner of the room, eating pancakes that the maids made for breakfast earlier that day.
They were ten times nicer when both you and Jimin made them, not that it mattered.
But it totally mattered.
He was hiding here, knowing that no one would find him there.
He needed a break away from the crazy place he was in, hence why he is sitting in the secluded kitchen.
But as he was finishing the last of his pancake, the door swung open and he stiffened in his spot.
He wasn't sure who to expect, but he kept quite and held his knees to his chest.
"Jimin?" The obvious male voice spoke.
Jimin's head shot up and was met with his uncle.
Jimin has lived there, in that house, for nearly seven months and not once has he seen his uncle, Mr. Choi.
"Mr. Choi?" Jimin asked.
"You don't have to call me that, call me Minjun" he smiled punching his shoulder as a sign of a greeting. "Are you hiding too?" He asked and Jimin nodded slightly. Minjun slid down the wall beside Jimin.
"Why are you hiding?" Jimin asked, curious as to why a grown man was hiding when he was in his own house.
"I just came home from a business trip and I don't fancy getting a greeting from your aunt" Jimin nodded.
"Do you come home often?"
"Yeah, I usually hide to avoid seeing my wife" he sighed rubbing his hands over his eyes.
"Understandable" Jimin chuckled.
"And you? Why are you hiding?" Minjun asked.
"Avoiding Mrs. Choi, like yourself" Jimin said, fiddling with the rings on his fingers.
"And Alex?" Minjun questioned, quirking an eyebrow.
"No, not at all. She's amazing" Jimin smiled weakly.
Even though Alex and Jimin rekindled their friendship, she was starting to get ahead of herself with the whole making out plan.
Anytime she heard footsteps down the hall, she was on top of him. And Jimin didn't like it, not one bit.
Most of the time it was a false alarm, and she would apologize repeatedly. Jimin knew she didn't like him, Jinyoung had her heart. But he still felt uncomfortable that she would jump to conclusions again and make out with him more.
So he went to the kitchen to avoid that situation.
"Oh please, I heard about your sweetheart at home" he chuckled. "Don't worry, I won't tell my wife" he nudged Jimin's shoulder.
"Thank you" Jimin answered rather quietly.
"No problem. So what do we do now?" Minjun asked.
Jimin smirked.
He hopped if from his slouched position and climbed onto the counter reaching to the top of the dusty cupboard and taking out a board game.
"We have either Simpson's Cluedo or Futurama Monopoly. You can choose" Jimin smiled.

As soon as morning arrived, you were out the door as soon as the shop would be open. The book latched in your hand as you ran.
You arrived outside the shop, huffing as you were out of breath.
The last time you were at this shopping center, it was when Jimin bought you that dress for the party.
That damn party that started off as the best day of your life, and ended as one of the worst.
You calmed yourself and walked into the shop. It was very quiet inside, but you were expecting that as it was still early in the morning.
When you entered, you were met with a friendly elderly woman. Her grey hair was tied neatly in a bun and her glasses were low on her nose.
She was sitting on a stool, crafting what you guessed to be a pair of earrings. She had her own tools laid out in front of her as she was making the jewelry.
The unit in which the shop was in, in the shopping center, was quite small, but they didn't really need anymore space plus the rent was probably expensive. There was glass cabinets on both sides of the room, filled with amazing crafts and jewels.
This woman must be talented.
Her head rose when she heard the wooden floor creak underneath the thin layer of carpet.
You flinched slightly when she looked at you.
She looked over at you, observing your posture and expression.
And then her eyes landed on the item clutched in your hands as tight as a dog to it's bone.
She smiled.
"So you finally showed up" she smiled.

~Jimin
"It's Maggie! I told you it was her!" Jimin exclaimed.
"That doesn't make sense! How could a baby kill Mr. Burns? It had to have been Krusty the clown. He's always been coo coo" he said, gesturing circles towards his head.
"Just face it, you might've won in Futurama monopoly. But I will always beat you in Simpson's Cluedo" Jimin states smugly.
His uncle sighs and nods his head in defeat.
"Do you think they will be wondering where we are?" Jimin asked only for Minjun to reply, shaking his head.
"Not me anyways, I'm always hiding from everyone anyways, but they probably are noticing you not being around" he said sympathetically.
Jimin nodded his head and stood up from the floor of the kitchen. He glanced at the clock on the wall and realized that they had been there, sitting playing board games, for longer then he thought.
"I'm surprised the maids didn't come in" Jimin chuckles.
"They probably heard us bickering and decided to steer clear of the danger zone" he explained making Jimin laugh. "Your more fun then I remember you Jimin" his uncle said, placing a supportive hand to his shoulder.
"Well that's because your wife, my aunt, makes me depressed beyond belief" he said and Minjun lifted his hand in the air.
"I can relate to this statement completely" he chuckled.
"If you hate her so much, why are you still with her?" Jimin asked curious.
"Well when my parents and her parents first set us up, I had a huge crush on her and as we went out and did teenager stuff, I fell deeply in love with her" he explained. "But as time went on, she changed, she wasn't the woman she used to be. Then one day, she snapped and she went crazy and she was extremely controlling" he sighed recalling the memories of them up all hours of the night because she was screaming at him.
"I still don't get why you're still with her" Jimin said.
"One thing that you will learn when you grow up is that there is and always will be a part of you that is still a stupid teenager. I love her, I do. But not when she's like this, I love who she truly is and I'm just waiting until she uncovers that facade of hers. And I will wait as long as it takes, because I love her" he explained to Jimin.
"I wish you the best of luck" Jimin chuckled and Minjun places an arm in his shoulder.
"You should probably get out of here kid, they're most likely looking for you"
Jimin nodded and slowly plotted out of the room and walked hazily to his bedroom only to find Alex asleep on the bed.
She was sprawled out like a starfish, breathing heavily in her slumber. Jimin chuckled and walked over to his side of the bed. He clutched the side of the blanket and pulled it back with all his might.
Alex tumbled off the bed and landed with a thump on the floor. Jimin immediately started dying of laughter and his laughs only got louder when she lifted her head from the floor and looked at him, a grumpy feature evident on her face.
"You're an asshole Park Jimin" she said, standing up from the cold, hard floor.
"Thank you, I try." he said while wiping his tears away.

"So you finally showed up" she smiled. You nodded shyly.
"Sorry I took so long" you answered.
"Don't be sorry, follow me" she said, walking to the back of the shop, you obeyed her command and followed behind her.
She lead you through a door which led you to the storage room. She walked to the corner of the shop and picked up a small box which had a silver ribbon attached to it.
You took it carefully and gently, as if it was one of the most important things to you.
But in all honesty, it was one of the most important things to you. You haven't even opened the present yet, and you already love it.
Because it was from him.
And because of that, it's one of your favorite things in the entire world.
"I'm not getting any younger" the lady said, breaking your thoughts.
You smiled weakly, knowing you would cry. You slowly unwrapped the ribbon and opened the case. You face flushed as you looked at the gorgeous piece of jewelry in front of you.
Memories flash in your head of seeing this before and you couldn't help but smile.

Flashback (to chapter 11, "shopping", beware my writing is cringeworthy!)
You passed various different shops on your way out of the shopping center, but one shop window caught your eye. You walked over towards the window and stared in disbelief.
"What's wrong muffin?" He asked putting his arm around your waist.
"That necklace, at the back corner" you said pointing to the jewelry. "It looks exactly like one that my mom had" you said quietly.
But your eyes then wandered down to the little card that showed what it was and the price.
You gasped at the price and took Jimin's hand and started tugging at him to follow you away from the shop.
"Stop muffin! I want to get it for you" he pouted.
"No, no, don't I don't need it silly"
End of flashback
~
"He remembered" you whispered, ghosting your fingers over the cold metal of the gold design.
"He's sweet, that boyfriend of yours" she said smiling as she removed the necklace from the case and tied it around your neck.
"I know, I'm so lucky" you sniffled.
I'm so damn lucky, you thought.
