"And who might you be?" A deep male voice questioned.

Seriously? Just as you got your chance with Jimin? Are you actually kidding??

Jimin's head turned and his eyes grew wide.

You turned to find a middle aged man looking at the both of you with an intense glare.

You looked at Jimin, presuming that he would respond, but he never did. You then decided to take the initiative and speak up.

"I'm y/n"

"Hello y/n"

"Hello" you smiled awkwardly, not understanding what was going on.

"So what are you doing with my son?" He spoke.

Your heart stopped.

Shit.

No wonder Jimin wasn't talking to him, you mentally facepalmed.

You then realized how some of their features looked alike.

"S-son. You're Jimin's d-dad" you coughed.

"That's right sweetheart" he grinned and you could see Jimin tense up and squeeze your hand. "What's wrong son? Are you not going to speak up?" He said while walking up the steps to the platform.

"Look, I know your mad, but it's not her fault. Don't blame her for this" Jimin said in a protective manner. He pulled you behind him and he stood in front of you, almost like a shield.

"Well from what I could hear, two people said I love you in your little chat. If it was just you that said it son, I wouldn't be mad. But she did, even though I think she knows your situation with Alex. Am I correct?" He said edging closer to Jimin.

"Yeah but I love her. I don't love Alex and I never will love her. This girl-" he said while pulling you beside him, wrapping his arm along your side. "She has made me the happiest I have been in years" you could see he was getting more and more angry.

"I think it's time for you to leave young lady, before Alex comes and you ruin everything" he said while gradually walking closer.

"So let Alex come, let her see that I don't want to be with her and that I want to be with y/n. You know what, let the whole world come and see how much I love her" Jimin pressed.

"You don't love her, you're just using her to get out of this deal so you can sleep with loads of girls like you did back in your old high school" you felt your head droop but you never let go of Jimin. You held on tight to him. But he noticed your change in emotion.

He sighed. "Yes I know I used to be like that dad but that was until I met y/n. She changed me, She taught me how to love someone. That's something you will never understand because you only married mom for the money. You don't love her."

His father then back handed him. His cheek was marked red and you could tell that it stung.

Jimin's facial expression never changed. He just stood there while you immediately turned to him and caressed his cheek trying to stop the pain. When he saw you, his face softened.

"Stop this. You'll only get yourself hurt And I can't watch that. I'll leave, don't worry about it." You whispered trying to fight back tears which didn't exactly work because a few tears left your eyes.

He looked shocked and panicked and just as he was about to stop you from leaving, his dad spoke.

"Yes, I think that would be best"

"What? No you're not going" Jimin demanded.

You ignored him and turned to his dad.

"I'll leave if you don't hurt him or Mrs. Park." He stared at you and smirked.

"Deal"

"WHAT? No, no deal. I'm not leaving you." You could see the tears brining his gorgeous eyes making them glisten.

You turned and hugged him. "You kept me safe. So now I'm going to keep you safe." You whispered.

"Please don't leave me muffin" he said full on sobbing at this point.

"I'll see you again Jimin, remember we have school" you said pulling out of the hug and looking at his face.

"Oh no you won't" Jimin's dad interrupted yet again.

"What?" You both said in unison.

"I have decided to send Jimin to his aunt for discipline" he informed and you squeezed Jimin's forearm and let your tears fall.

"For how long?" You sniffled.

"Why do you need to know? I thought you said you would leave now" he said in an annoying tone.

"You're right I guess I don't need to know" you shook your head in disbelief as Jimin kissed your head, hoping to stop your tears.

"Shouldn't you be leaving?" Mr. Park asked.

"I'll leave when you tell me when he is leaving" you wiped your tears away.

"This time next week. Now leave"

Jimin pulled you into a soft embrace one last time "I'll see you before I leave. I promise muffin" you were both in disbelief of what just happened.

"I love you muffin"

"I love you Jimin"

And with that, you let go of him and left. You walked down the garden path to the house.

You walked inside to find Mrs. Park there at the window.

She watched everything.

"I'm sorry" was all she could say. You fell to the ground and started crying again. She immediately ran over to you and held you tight.

"H-he is sending Jimin away to stay with his aunt. And I don't know how long it will be for" you said while hiccuping and sniffling.

She held you close. "When is he leaving?"

"This time next week" you breathed.

"Well my husband is leaving for a 10 day trip tomorrow. He really didn't think this through. You can see him all this week" she said trying to make you feel better.

But it didn't really.

"But then what about after that" you said and she looked at you with sympathetic eyes.

"Then he will have to leave." He said causing you to release a few tears yet again, and Mrs. Park joined you.

You stayed in her arms on the floor for another few minutes until you decided it's probably better to leave before they come back or before Alex sees you.

You bid a short, yet sweet, farewell to Mrs. Park and you thanked her for staying with you. She really was a thoughtful woman. When you got outside you were about to start walking when you saw a car stop beside you. The window rolled down to reveal Higgins. "Good evening miss. Shall I drive you home?" You smiled and nodded while getting into the car. "Thank you Higgins"

"I'm sorry you have to go through this y/n"

"I am too" you said quietly.

It was a silent drive. You eventually arrived home. You thanked Higgins and walked inside to fall and collapse on your bed.

You knew you would see him again but you couldn't help but feel guilty. It was because of you that he was being sent away to his aunt away from friends and family.

You just wanted to have him with you.

You thought that the moment that he confessed he would be yours and you would be his, but it just hasn't turned out that way. You then got a text. You jumped up as that could only be one person.

You: that's okay! I guess I'll see you soon!

You turned off your phone and put it beside you on your nightstand. You went and changed into some pajamas, washed off your makeup, brushed your hair and put it into a bun while brushing your teeth and went to bed.

Well it is correct that you went to sleep. It's just you didn't sleep. How could you sleep after the day you just had. It was impossible. You twisted and turned. You tried warming up some milk but nothing worked.

Nothing.

You eventually gave up and decided to open your curtains and sit on your bed to look out at the city. You watched the city lights turn off as the sun rose. It was 5:30 am and you were bored out of your mind.

So you decided to get up and eat, considering that there is actually food here, unlike your old house.

After your breakfast you did your morning routine. Then you sat down at your couch and watched the tv for awhile.

This didn't seem to take your mind off Jimin. It only made it worse. Watching romantic tragedies probably wasn't the best decision. You ended up crying surrounded by tissues with a spoon and a tub of ice-cream.

All you knew was that once Jimin's dad goes to the airport he'll be able to come over.

Patience, Patience, Patience.

So as you were patiently waiting, you cleaned up your mess. You heard a doorbell and ran to the door in record breaking time. You swung open the door only to be disappointed.

"Hello- oh y/n?"

"Oh hey what are you doing here?"

"I'm your new neighbour I guess"
