Your pov.

You and Mettaton have been hanging out a lot recently. It's been really fun. You would do stuff outside, inside, and even binge Anime. This day in particular, you and Mettaton were at the park, walking along the side of the river.

"...and that's how I got away with almost killing my enemies." You finished off a story.

Mettaton laughed. "Oh, quite the adventure, ain't it darling?"

"Haha, yeah! It sure...was..."

Your voice trails off as you see a faraway silhouette that you could hardly make out.

But you knew who it was.

"Hey, let's check that out." You said, pointing to a place across the river.

"But, darling. We've already checked that place out."

"Well, I wanna check it out again."

You jumped over the river to the other side.

"Heavens, (Y/N), you didn't even bother going over the bridge" He said, acknowledging the bridge 3 feet away while walking over it. "Is there something amis?"

You kept your voice low. "Papyrus is at the same park as us. Come on, I know a short cut."

"need help with that short cut?"

You both turned around, relieved at who it is.

"Oh, it's just you Sans. Yes! We need a short cut to Mettaton's car real quick."

"alright."

You all walked the opposite way of the car. Then, suddenly, you were there.

"Whelp, I wish I could stick around, but I promised Paps a walk in the park. Later."

He started walking back to Papyrus. "Hey, Paps! Wait up!"

You and Mettaton both looked at eachother fearfully as you scrambled to get into the car. Mettaton hurriedly stuck his key in the ignition, turned the key, and was about to make a haste out of there when you put a hand on his arm, stopping him.

"Calm down. Please. If you speed out of here then you'll attract not only the attention of Papyrus, but the attention of everyone else here, too."

And with that, Mettaton calmed down and got out of the parking lot undetected.
