I linked our arms together as we got out of the car. "This way." Paul said, directing us through the crowd. Louis held onto Alyssa tightly in his right arm. As we entered, Alyssa put her face into his neck. We sat in the waiting area, an awkward silence settling over us. He pulled Alyssa into his lap and kissed her. "I love you daddy." "I love you too." Tears were coming down her face. "You better be good for mummy while I'm gone." She nodded. "Okay daddy." He kissed her head and held her close. I grabbed his hand tightly. Our eyes locked. Neither of us knew what to say. He kissed my cheek. "Alyssa, come here." Harry said. She ran over to him and hopped in his lap. He turned toward me and kissed me hard. "I love you babe." "I love you too." He gave a sad smile and wiped my stray tears. "Boys, we gotta go. You're jet is waiting." They all nodded sadly. I stood up and wrapped my arms around him. He held me close and kissed the side of my head. "I love you babe...soo much." "I love you too Boo. More than you'll ever know." He kissed me hard. It lasted for a while but got stopped by a small tug on my jacket. I turned and picked her up, handing her to Louis. "Bye baby girl. Daddy loves you." "I love you too daddy." She bawled into his shirt. Tears were coming down his face freely now. He kissed her head. She looked up and kissed him before wrapping her small arms back around his neck. "Daddy, call me everyday." "Of course sweetie. I have to go now, but I love you." "I love you too." He turned to me and kissed me sweetly. "Bye Emily. I love you." "I love you too Louis." He slipped something into my back pocket, kissed my forehead and walked off. Harry walked over to us and hugged us. "Take care of my boy." "I will. If you take care of my little girl." "Of course." He smiled and walked off. Right as they were about to board, Louis turned and waved. I smiled sadly and waved to him. "Wave to Daddy baby." She turned and started waving. "M-Mummy?" "Y-Yes sweetie?" "I miss daddy." "Me too...me too." I kissed her head and put her down. She grabbed my hand. I led us outside. "Emily!!" "Alyssa!" I turned and walked over to a group of fans. "Hey guys!" "Oh my gosh! Can we get a picture??" "With me??" "Of course!!" I picked Alyssa up and held her close as they took a picture. "Thank you!!" "You're welcome." "Are you and Louis dating?" I nodded. "Yes we are." "Mummy, I thought you were married." The girls 'aww'ed at the 'mummy' part. "No honey we're not married. We're just dating." She nodded. "Bye!!" I said waving to the fans. As we sat in the car, Alyssa spoke up. "Mummy, what did Daddy give you?" "Oh, I almost forgot." I pulled it out of my pocket and found a small envelope. I opened it up and read aloud. 'Dear Emily and Alyssa,
To Alyssa; Honey, I love you very much. You better be good while I'm gone. I miss you more than you'll ever know. Remember daddy loves you. (Don't show Alyssa the part I wrote to you)
To Emily; I love you very much. You know that. I know that you love me and so, I decided to give you this-" A promise ring was attached. "-I want us to be married one day and if you believe so too, send me a text saying '<3.' I love you babe!!!

I started tearing up. "Mummy, what's wrong?" "Nothing...I just miss your daddy..." She reached over and hugged me. "Do I have to go to school tomorrow?" "Yes. I do too though. I'll be there with you." "Good."

I drug myself into the classroom, Alyssa following. "I'm going to have Mrs.Elmoore watch you. I need to go talk to Mrs.Greg." "Okay mummy!" I hugged her and went next door. "Mrs. Elmoore?" "Yes honey?" "Could you watch my daughter?" "Of course." "Thank you." "Not a problem deary." I hurried down the hall to her office as I had only a few minutes before kids would come into the building. I knocked on her door and heard a light "Come in!" I opened the door and stepped in. "I uh, I need to ask you something..." "Yes?" "You remember that new girl, Alyssa? And her dad, Louis?" She nodded. "Well, me and Louis, are seeing each other. We have been for about a month. And anyway I was wondering if you could put me down in her records as her mother." "I wouldn't really consider you h-" "I didn't really explain. She was in an accident and had memory loss. When she awoke, she thought I was her mum, so we let her believe that. She needs to think that." "I don't understand. Why would you tell her that?" "Because she's a little girl and she needs a mother. And uh...can you promise to keep something a secret if I tell you?" "Of course! You're my best friend!" I smiled and held up my hand. "Wait-is that-?" I nodded. "That's amazing Emily." I smiled. "Yeah...he just left actually...he's gonna be on tour for a while...it's really taken a toll on Alyssa." "I bet. Anyhow, I can do that! I already have your information on file, so I'll just copy it down and we'll be good!" "Alright. Thank you so much." "You're welcome." I walked back to my classroom to see Alyssa playing with her panda, Mrs. Elmoore watching. "Thank you so much." "Not a problem. She's an angel." I smiled and walked over to her. "I miss daddy." "Me too sweetie...you wanna call him before school starts?" She nodded crazily. "C'mon." I grabbed her hand and directed her towards the desk. I pulled out my phone and dialed his number quickly. I put him on speaker and listened to it ring. "'Ello babe." "Daddy!!" "Oh hey sweetie!! How are you doing honey?" "I miss you..." "I miss you too...other than that are you okay?" "Yeah..." "It'll get better." The students started coming in. "Sweetie, go play." "Alright...bye daddy!!" "Bye sweetie. I love you." "I love you too." I put him off speaker and put it to my ear. "Oh, I didn't text you but yes." "Really?" "Of course Boo." "I love you..." "I love you too. I've got class but I'll call you at about 12?" "12 for you or for me?" "Me." "Alright...that's about 6 for us. It'll be right before we head to rehearse, but I'll make it work. Bye babe." "Bye boo."
