Beginning
Me: *walks in* G'mornin' Mr T.
Mr T: Good morning Ruthie.
Me: Hey Mr T, was that you who said "You're so mean to me!" last period?
Mr T: No, no. It was a Senior who said it. I walked over to a group of 'em to be like- *claps* "Get to work guys." And one of them said "Uh-oh! Here comes Bully Mr T!" and I said "Get to work guys. Especially you." And the Senior that I pointed to said "You're so mean to me! I work so hard in your class!" And I said "You do, so get to work."
Me: Oh, Okay. Cuz I didn't see you at your desk, so I thought you were talking to Seniors and one of them said something to you that made you say "You're so mean to me! I work hard to give you kids proper education!"
Mr T: Yeah, no. I say some weird things-and students will think I say something else-but I haven't said "You're mean to me" in like, 10 plus years.
Me: "Say something different"?
Mr T: I'll say something, and someone will go "Did you just say *insert weird thing here*?" It's happened numerous times in your class.

During (Say weird things)
Class: *drawing triangles*
Jus: Hey Mr T, is it fine if our triangles are a little off-kilter?
Mr T: Yes Jus, it can.
Jus: Ok-
Mr T: Kinda like you.
Class: *riots*

During (Students think he said something weird)
Lex: *comes in late*
Mr T: Late pass?
Lex: *gives him her late pass* I was making this. *shows him her ID lanyard*
Mr T: Very nice. Can I get a closer look?
Lex: *hands him the lanyard*
Mr T: *looking at it* Lovely stitch work.
Lex: Thanks-
Cor: Wait what?
Mr T: What?
Cor: What did you just say about her lanyard?
Mr T: I said "lovely stitch work".
Cor: Oh, I thought you said "It's fun to twerk".
Mr T: *looks at me*
Me: I'll be damned.
