*Pari Pov*

The next day we all are already in our seats and were doing our work. Then Mr.Stone entered the elevator, and we all greeted him.

In the end, he looked at me for a few more seconds frowning, and entered his cabin. I knocked at his door and went inside.

I placed his coffee cup on his table and said, "Mr.Stone this is your schedule for today."

After I told him everything he asked, "Is there anything else?"

"No, Mr.Stone. That's all." I replied and he immediately frowned.

"I will go and prepare for the meeting." I said and left his cabin.

That frown will be there for a few more hours Mr.Stone, don't worry at all. I shook my head and prepared for the meeting and informed him.

Even through the whole meeting, he kept on glancing at me, but I just ignored him. It is already the lunch break.

At present, we all are sitting at a lunch table along with Imran. They were just looking at me.

"What?" I asked them.

"Where is the plan of yours?" Imran asked.

"I think her plan is just to make him frown. Did you all see the big frown upon his face?" Rani asked.

"That is just part of it. Anyway, there is still so much." I replied.

"And what is that?" Sakshi asked.

"I will tell you. Before that Imran, I want to ask you something." I said.

"You can ask me anything, Pari." He said.

"Do you still feel bad for not properly acting with me in the first month?" I asked.

"Yeah, I still feel very bad about that." He replied.

"Then just do what I say, and you can actually forget all that forever." I said.

"Ok, sure what do you want me to do?" he asked.

I explained to them everything and Imran's part. They all nodded for it, and Imran gulped for a few seconds and nodded.

After lunch, we all reached our floor and took our places. Mr.Stone called me after a few minutes.

I turned towards them and nodded at them and went inside his cabin, hoping that the plan will work.

I kind of like him so, I want to know that at least he too feels the attraction between us. I just want a little assurance.

*Mr.Stone Pov*

When Ms.Pari asked me to be her date, I wanted to say yes, because I don't want to go with anyone else.

And when I was explaining to her about bringing a date, I felt very difficult to think that she will go with someone else.

But I was being myself, I just stupidly gave her a stupid challenge. Immediately the next day I saw her struggling for that.

That's it and now at present, she is behaving like there is no challenge at all, and that she didn't even ask me anything.

I just want her to say that she couldn't get it and then I will say that I will go with her. It's ok. I know I have a lot of attitude but it is for which I got used to.

After the lunch break, I called Ms.Pari to ask her about my name finding.

She entered and asked, "Do you need anything, Mr.Stone?"

"No Ms.Pari. I just want to know did you get my name." I asked her.

"No, I didn't get it." she replied, shaking her head.

"So, what now?" I asked.

She started thinking about it. I was about to say that I will come with you, but she beat me and said, "I know the solution."

"And that is?" I asked feeling relieved thinking she would order me or something.

"Mr.Stone you go with someone else with whom you want to go. I will go with someone else." She replied calmly.

I am completely shocked. I don't want her to go with someone else. In my shock state, I didn't see her leaving my cabin.

I took five minutes before leaving my cabin to bring myself out of the shock state.

When I went outside, I saw Mr.Imran is leaning on Ms.Pari's desk. Ms.Rani, after seeing me, coughed and continued doing her work.

"Pari, can you be my date for the ball?" Mr.Imran asked her.

"Why do you want to go with me Imran?" Ms.Pari asked.

"Well, why not. You are a beautiful, smart, and wonderful woman. If anyone misses this chance, then they must be very stupid." He replied.

That I am completely!

"I will..." Ms.Pari was about to say, but I cut her off and said, "I will come with you, Ms.Pari."

They both turned towards me shocked. Ms.Pari said, "For what, Mr.Stone?"

"You asked me to be your date right. I will come with you as your date for the ball." I replied.

"You don't have to Mr.Stone. Just forget that I even asked you." She said.

"What?" I asked her frowning.

"Yeah! Here Imran is asking me for that, and I am actually impressed so you can forget about that." She said looking at Mr.Imran.

He immediately smiled at her. No, I am not going to let that happen at all.

"Ms.Pari?" I called her.

"Yes?" she said, turning towards me.

"Will you be my date for the ball?" I asked her in my best soft tone.

"But Mr.Stone, I am your P.A." she replied.

That is what I said to her when she asked me right. She never misses a chance.

"I don't care. So please will you be my date?" I asked her again.

"Yeah, sure." She replied and I actually released a breath in relief.

"But I have one condition, and you have to promise me that you will accept It." she added.

"What is it?" I asked her.

"First, you have to promise."

"Ok, I promise that I will accept it." I said.

"Today onwards I will call you only Mr.Akash. Is it okay for you?" she asked, smirking at me and making me stun in surprise.

"You know my name?" I asked.

"I already knew it yesterday evening itself." She replied calmly.

"Then why did you... wait, I already know the answer. This is your revenge for giving you a challenge right." I stated the answer to my question.

She shrugged but smiled at me. I shook my head and went inside my cabin.

In the evening, she entered my cabin and said, "Mr.Akash I am leaving."

"Ok. However, make sure that no one else calls me by that name because, in the next minute, they will get fired." I said.

She nodded and left. After a few minutes, Di entered my cabin with a smirk on her face.

What is with these women smirking at me like this?

"So you already know everything?" I asked her.

"Of course, I know. She played really well." She said chuckling.

"So do you like her?" she asked.

I just looked at her not answering her question.

"Come on you can say it to me. I am your sister right." She added.

"Ok, ok, yeah, I kind of like her." I said.

"I so rooted for it. When are you going to say it to her?" she asked.

"When I am actually sure about it completely without any doubts." I replied.

"Do you know because of her, I am actually thinking twice before saying anything to her? She always throws my own words at me and makes me think why I even said that." I said shaking my head.

"Well, then she is doing great work." Di said.

"She is really something." I said.

She nodded and said, "Mom called and asked us to come home today for dinner."

I nodded, and we both went to Mom's house.

We were eating dinner and Mom said, "You need to take care of yourself Akash. Don't forget eating lunch like you did when you started this company?"

"You know, right after one month doing like that you fell ill." She added.

I was about to reply, but Di beat me and said, "Don't worry mom, there is someone who is completely taking care of him."

"Di!" I shouted. But my Mom said, "Really? Who is that?"

"Do you know Mr.Suresh Khanna?" Di asked.

"Yeah, I know him. He is a great man and a very good friend to your father."

"His daughter is working as P.A in our company. She likes Akash and even he likes her." Di said.

"Is it true?" Mom asked me.

"She is a great girl. I like her, but not that much ok. Leave it." I said.

They both laughed and continued on talking about their own topics.

I really like her, and I hope I will tell her that in a few days. I really hope she too likes me like Di is saying now.

But I hope there will be no other drama waiting for us out there.
