Manik leaves the hospital after having lunch with nandu in her cabin bcoz she dragged him to her room....as she knows being busy in work he will skip lunch .... She even gave boxes to arya , Harshad which she asked asma to send with Iqbal , bcoz rest all will be given food by hospital management.....
these three are stubborn to eat in canteen ....

It's evening and nandu's duty time is over. ...she came to general ward to meet Ranveer and also Harshad , arya as Manik said he will come home directly after meeting .....

Harika who is the doctor in charge joined nandu to the general ward ..... But Harika stopped walking seeing something.....

Nandu moved to Ranveer and is talking to him ....he is still teasing her and flirting with her ....but suddenly stopped seeing the other doctor near the door ..... Nandu phone rings making her stop scolding Ranveer ....its Manik who said he will come to take her home .....

Nandu : hey Harika ....come na ....she called waving her hand at Harika after cutting the call.....bcoz she saw Ranveer staring her ....like mostly lost in her ......

Harika gave a fake smile to nandu but moved to her ....

Nandu : meet Ranveer ..... major's friend .....and mr brat meet Harika my junior .....

Harika : hello sir ....she says formally....

Ranveer : nice meeting u sweet heart .....he says with a smile making Harika look at him in shock ....

Nandu : ignore him hari .....he is just an flirt .....saying she hit him on his shoulder ....

Harika : it's okay mam....kuch logon ki fitrat aise hi hoti hae .....she says gritting her teeth ....

Ranveer : vaise beautiful volcano ....how on earth all beautiful girls are doctors ....

Nandu : cheese is not allowed for u to eat , so don't try these cheesy lines on us .....

She says in a sassy way making Ranveer smile sheepishly.....

Harika : I have work nandu ....bye ....

Nandu : Harika ....listen u need to monitor him this night every one hour bcoz he's hurt near to his heart , they took out some sharp stone from there .....

Harika : ok nandu.....she says slowly and moved out without saying anything more ....

Nandu : so ....mr brat anything else. ....

Ranveer : from when is Harika working here....

Nandu : an year probably.....y do u ask ....

Ranveer ; can't I know about beautiful girls. ...he says winking at her ....

Nandu : stay away from her she is engaged ....

Ranveer : what ???

Nandu : recently she went home on leave bcoz her grandmother is not well and returned back being engaged ....

Ranveer : ok....he said in low voice ....

Nandu : when are ur family coming ???

Ranveer : they can't come ....he says with a sad smile.....

Nandu : why??? Is there any problem to travel .....???

Ranveer : it's a one way journey they already left , only I can go there but it's taking a lot of time to reach them....

Nandu : what ??? Plz say clearly ....

Ranveer : they are no more .....but in a better place where no one can hurt them ...

Nandu : I'm sorry ....

Ranveer : it's okay mrs beautiful volcano.....

Nandu : so listen to me clearly ....even though u are an arrogant brat and flirt .... Yaad rakhna u have me and major as your family .... she says winking at him to lighten the situation ...

Ranveer ; thanks ....

Nandu : no thanks to family.... I'm not just saying it out of sympathy or anything ...I say something only when I feel it ....I was never too friendly with anyone in first meet I have a limited set of friends ....but with you ....I'm ready to fight In first meet....so friends ....she said giving her hand willingly.....

Ranveer : what a luck I have ?? Girl friend banane keliye flirt kiya ....friend milgayi ....saying he took nandu's hand....

Mary comes there with food ....

Ranveer : sister kuch aur nahi milega kya ....he asked looking at boiled Vegetables and soup .....

Mary : but u shouldn't eat spicy and oily foods ....she says with a smile ....

Ranveer : I'm not hungry ....I will eat later ....

Nandu : give that to me ....saying she took the tray and asked the nurse to leave .....

Ranveer : I'm not eating even if u feed me .... He says thinking to tease nandu ....

Nandu : what if I say ....tasty yummy food from home will be served daily from Tomorrow ,  if u eat this tonight , without showing Tantrums .....she said seriously ignoring what he said before....

Ranveer : don't try to trick me , who will cook for me ....

Nandu: what for I'm here than , u have ur friend now ....come eat this .....saying this she moved the spoon to his mouth .....

He took a bite making faces but ate ....not only bcoz of nandu but there is a person hiding near the door with tears in her eyes and pleading him to eat .....

Ranveer : so , u won't go home ...he asked after completing his food ....

Nandu : ofcourse I will go.....u take care . Don't trouble any sisters ....I will be back early morning....

Ranveer : don't worry adat hae mujhe .....I can take care of myself ....don't stress yourself.....

Nandu : adat badlo ab , bcoz now u have a friend who will irritate u ....and fight with u ....she says like warning to be aware of the consequences....

Ranveer: go home safe .....he says with a happy and genuine smile ....

Nandu: don't worry major is on the way to take me home ....I just got a call ....

Ranveer : why do u call him major ????

Nandu : bcoz he is my major .....

Ranveer : even I'm a major.....y don't u call me major ....

Nandu : bcoz u are a brat and he is my husband ....I will only call him major.....

Ranveer : acha ji....

Nandu : han ji....

Ranveer : can I ask u something ???

Nandu : yes ....

Ranveer : Are u scared of loosing Manik ???  He asked and nandu looked at him not knowing what to say .... He continued to question .....I mean to say he is in military ....r u not scared of loosing him one day .....

Nandu : u know I'm scared , but doesn't mean I will stop loving him or living with him at the thought of loosing him some day ..... Yes I cry when he is hurt , I worry when he comes late ....thats bcoz he is my life .... But thinking of loosing him I don't want to spoil our present..... One day or other everyone will have a no return back journey like ur parents , but you have their memories with u right ..... Who knows who will leave first .....even  it might be me ..... But still we all need to live in hope of future thats it,  but not thinking of every possible negative thing .... Do things which make us and your loving ones happy ....bcoz even though one day we leave them.....they should live with those happy memories.... Not in regret that they lost us without living with us .....so live life the way it comes ..... Bcoz u can't undo what's done or u can't stop what's coming ....simple hae live the way u want not what others want....she says with a small smile .....

Ranveer : be the same way always ..... Hold onto to  that idiot major of yours ....he is lucky ....

Nandu : don't u dare call him idiot , I will kill u ,  I'm lucky to have my major who loves me a lot .... I don't have to hold him bcoz I trust my major bcoz he will never let me go .....

This is even heard by manik who came to take her home ....

Ranveer : lo agayi apki major ....he says looking at Manik....

Nandu : agayi ap....so Ranveer don't trouble anyone take care....

Manik ; take care idiot ....saying he bid bye to Ranveer and held nandu hand and walked out to his bike,they met arya Harshad on the way and bid them also bye  .....he started bike  and nandu sat behind him.....

Nandu just hugged him from back ..... They reached home in silence ....

Asma opened the door .....

Asma : food is ready and I kept it on dinning table ....and I sent food to hospital with Iqbal for Harshad and arya ....

Nandu : how will u go home??

Asma : kaka ( gardener )  ke saath jaungi , he is waiting for me ...don't worry ....saying she hugged nandu ...

Nandu : take care ....saying she closed the door and moved upstairs to fresh up bcoz Manik left to freshen up when nandu is talking to asma .....

They got freshen up and sat to have dinner , they had food in complete silence ......

Manik : oye doctor sunna....he called nandu who is busy cleaning the table , she turned back listening to him .....he lifted her in his arms....

Nandu : kya kar rahi ho major ....she asked wrapping her hands around his neck ...

Manik : come with me ....saying he took her to terrace and made her sit there on the bench and slept on the bench by putting his head on her lap .....

Nandu : kya hua major ....she asked massaging his hairs .....

Manik : I love u meri doctor ....he said making her smile ....she kissed his forehead ....

Nandu : I know it ... Kuch aur bolo ...

Manik : I know u are worried for me today , I even heard u talking to ranvi .... I know u are strong enough to face anything .... But remember I can't do anything to stop if death comes knocking my way ...but I wanted to promise u that I will never willingly leave u ...... I wanted to live a life with you ... Get u pregnant , bear ur tantrums and mood swings , be with you in hospital holding ur hand during our child birth , pamper our kids and get scolding from You for spoiling them , take them to school , go on vacations with my family , finally get retired after few years , get our kids married and wanted to finally settle back in this same house which is surrounding by greenery  in our old age only u and me ....and leave my last breath in your lap .... Thats what I want in my life...... But as u said nothing is in our hands .... So if at any time something happens to me ....I don't want you to stop living .....you can cry but remember , I hate those tears .... I want you to take care of swecha if we don't have kids , I know u won't marry again  bcoz I know how much u love me ....u don't have to say I love u bcoz ur actions speak more louder than your words .... I know u love me more than anything.... But I want u to be strong and become helpful to many by doing this profession of doctor .... Never let ur passion  for anything not even for me .... Promise me ....he asked her looking directly into her eyes. ....

Nandu has tears listening to him but she wiped her tears and lifted his head Indicating him to sit bcoz she couldn't say anything .....as soon as he sat she hugged him tight ...and burst out in tears .....Manik is just rubbing her back .....

Manik : I am not saying I'm leaving u now right ......

Nandu : don't say about death ....it's scary ... Even I want to live with you ....I don't know anything ....you are mine and you have to be there.... All I can do is pray God to keep u safe for me to live ....so stop it ....I'm fine ....I just  got scared on listening to the blast and all but on seeing u I got better .... But I promise I won't leave my professional life for anything....

Manik : thats my doctor ....chalo bahut hogaya rona band kardo ...saying he wiped her face .....

Nandu : okay ....

Manik : come let's sleep ... he says standing up holding her hand. ...

Nandu : carry me ....jaise lekar ayi ho vaise hi lekar jaoo ....I'm too lazy ....she says with a smile brightening his mood ...

Manik doesn't need to be said twice to hold her close to him....he immediately scooped her in his arms and carried to room and they both sleep peacefully after a long night of togetherness .....
