Manik smiled looking at her .......he talks to harshad and Arya saying about his extended leave .....

Nandu moved to kitchen.....

Nandu : hai ....apka naam ...she asks the lady cook her name ....

Lady : mera naam Asma hae madam ....

Nandu : call me nandu ...... not madam .....

Lady : ji....

Nandu :apki husband kya kaam karta hae .....you look like married ....

Asma : your security gaurd .....unka naam hae Iqbal Shaik....

Nandu : acha .....asma ji ap grocery set kardo ... I will make coffee and snacks......

Asma : arey madam .....ap bolo main karlungi ...

Nandu : mujhe kudh karna acha lagta hae .....

Asma : theek hae. ....apki marzi ....toh main yeh set kardu....

Nandu : karlena , but sab pe stickers lagaoo and naam bhi likhna hae ....bcoz we both can cook it will be easy to find things ....

Asma : ok madam....

Nandu : apko bulnae ki bimari hae ....

Asma : nahi madam ....

Nandu : maine bola na mera naam nandu hae ...vahi bulaoo.....madam nahi samjhi ap .....

Asma : ek condition hae ...you should call me asma....than I will call you with your name ....

Nandu : ok asma .....total how many gaurds and workers are here....

Asma : five gaurds .... watchman.... I'm the cook ....Kaka cleans house and all the utensils .... chachu cleans the garden daily and plants new plants and takes care of birds ....and driver.

Nandu : birds kaha hae ???

Asma : in the back yard ...

Nandu : including you there are 10 people ........where do you all live ....she asks placing milk to boil for coffee ......

Asma : I live with my husband and in-laws near to the music school ....
gaurds stay here all the time, go in turns to home one after the other ....... Only takes leave when no one is at home , but watchman lives here in the house opposite to this house with his family in the same compound , Kaka and chachu bhi humare ghar ke pass hi rehte hae....

Nandu : market kaha hae ???

Asma : near my home there is market for Vegetables and fruits and big grocery store.....I will get them if you want ...

Nandu : noooo....we will go together any time .....

Asma and nandu are talking and sharing many things getting close to each other .....

Nandu : I completed my work ....aur apka .....

Asma : I labelled all the boxes ..... grocery Fill karke andar rakhna hae....

Nandu : let's do it later ...ek kaam karo ....call all the gaurds , watchman, cleaner, gardener ,driver to the garden ....I want to talk to them.....

Asma nodes in yes and left out..to call everyone....

Nandu comes out to the garden with a tray to see all of them standing ....they do namaste to nandu .....

Nandu placed the tray on the coffee table which is surrounded by chairs .....she asks asma to get the other tray from kitchen .....

Nandu : u all can sit ...

Gaurd : no madam., U plzz take your seat ....

Asma comes back with the tray and stands beside a gaurd with a smile .....

Nandu : asma apki side pe hae so you are Iqbal ji .....

Iqbal : ji madam....

Nandu : first of all everyone sit down ....

They all are looking at each other ....

Nandu : it's an order , sit down ....

On listening to her stern voice .... Everyone sits with awkward faces ....nandu smiles looking at them ....

Nandu : so ap sab yaha kam rahi ho toh .....kuch rules follow karni padegi .....so follow karenge ....

Everyone nodes in yes.....

Nandu : main ap sabse choti hu....so no one will call me madam..... Mera naam nandini hae ....u can call me nandini. .... Watchman uncle ki ghar yaha hae .....so he can go home for lunch bcoz aunty wait karegi.....rest all can have your food here ....asma or I will cook ..... And kuch bhi chahiye u can ask me ......

Asma : iski zaroorat nahi hae nandu .....

Iqbal just glares her for calling nandu ....

Nandu : Iqbal bhai ....stop glaring her ...I only asked her to call me with my name...... And yeah so main yaha naya hu so friends ...... she asked all of them with a cute smile.....

Asma nodes in yes ......

Watchman : beta , par hum yaha bethenge toh kaam kon karega....

Nandu : uncle , saath milkar kaam karenge , pehle have these pakore with coffee ....maine hi banaya.....

All the workers look at each other bcoz the owner of the house sitting and asking them to eat pakore .....

Nandu : arey you are here for my security and remaining all to help me to do house works ....I'm making it easy to help each other .....I'm new to this place ....mera koi friends nahi hae yaha ....so ap sab mere friends banjaoo ....bcoz mera husband jo major hae he will go to work ...main bore hojaungi ....

All the others smile looking at her .....bcoz she says with a cute pout ..... They all slowly start talking to nandu ..... All the just impressed by her nature .....

Manik is just standing little far .....he saw nandu with them in the garden and came to see what she is going to do ....but felt happy looking at her ......
He moves forward on seeing him all the gaurds stand and salute him....and rest all stand in respect .....

Nandu : major ...ye kya apki duty nahi hae ....so y are they saluting you ....she asks cutely ....

Manik : take your seats guys ......

Nandu : so you know them....

Manik : ha .... Dad always takes my opnion before appointing gaurds .....

Nandu : acha .....

Manik : Iqbal apki abbu kaisa hae....

Iqbal : ab theek hae saab .....

Nandu : kya hua.....

Manik : his father is an ex soldier ....he left his job bcoz of ill health .....

Nandu : what's the issue ???

Iqbal : paralysis .....both the legs don't work ....he sits on wheel chair.....bcoz of a sudden blast he went to shock after that he is always home .....

Asma : abbu ko inka military join karna pasand nahi ayi ....so he joined private security general.....

Nandu becomes little sad listening to them ....manik side hugs her ....

Nandu : can I meet him ???

Asma : ji zaroor ....

Nandu : main bulgayi ...we are going for ten days trip all the gaurds help watchman uncle .....I know u all take leave when no one stays here ..... But watchman uncle has daily duty help him by taking his duty daily one person....even he can take holidays along with all of u .......

Watchman has tears of happiness .....

Nandu : kya hua uncle ....

Watchman : 15 saal se yahi kaam kar rahi hu ....aise kisine socha hi nahi ki mujhe bhi chutti chahiye hota hae ...bahut mushkil se deta hae vo bhi kabhi kabhi .....humesha kush raho beta .....

Nandu : arey aise kaise nahi ...... So all gaurds will do his duty till we come back .....uske baad bhi two gaurds a day ....and Iqbal bhai u can come daily bcoz I don't want to seperate you love birds.....

Iqbal just looks at asma.....she hide her face ....on seeing this nandu laughs loudly....

Nandu : arey hum friends bane hae so she told me you had a love marriage and how much you love her ..... I'm so happy for both of you ....

Manik : arey Iqbal these girls can't store secrets with friends ....congrats for your marriage .....

Iqbal : thank you sir .......

They all have little talks and nandu left to kitchen to cook with asma.... Watchman left to his place to sit near gate , cleaner , driver , gardener left to homes as their work for the day is over ..... Even all gaurds left to their places to stand except Iqbal ....he and manik are having some talks ....

Finally manik sent Iqbal and his wife asma home after works and sat to have dinner with his doctor .......

Manik : so you made friends ....

Nandu : I always lived with big family ....so I can't stay alone if you go to work .... These all stay here ....if I stay aloof without talking I need to to be alone .... So that's y I made them my friends .... Now they will feel free to talk to me ....did I do anything wrong ???

Manik : I'm proud of you ....he says kissing her forehead .....she smiles brightly listening to him....

Nandu : when are we going ???

Manik : tommorow morning we will start from home.....

Nandu : okay ...I will pack luggage after dinner....

Manik nodes in yes ....

They both finish dinner and move to their rooms ..... Nandu gets a call from mukti ....she will be talking to her along with opening her bags and taking out luggage ....manik sees her taking out traditional dresses.....

He moves to her and makes her sit on bed ....she thinks he wanted her to talk first and than pack luggage ...she gets busy talking with mukti .....manik takes out both their dresses and places them in a small bag ....and all the utilities in one bag ......nandu comes to pack her luggage after the call to see everything packed ....

Nandu : major I could have done my packing ....

Manik : how could u do ??? When you don't know where we are going ??

Nandu : but ....

Manik : I packed all things ....check karlena ....he said her ....she sat beside him and checked everything ...it's perfect packing ....she is highly impressed by him....she hugged him tight ....

Nandu : thank u so much major ....you are an expert in packing.....

Manik : adat hogaye ....I need to do packing for my work .....

Nandu : so where are we going , u packed all my western dresses.....

Manik : surprise hae ....

Nandu : u never tell me ....

Manik laughs listening to her ....

Manik : but you love my surprises ....
don't you.....

Nandu nodes in yes.....

Manik : come let's sleep ....we need to go early in the morning ....

They both sleep and take rest .......

Next morning .....

Nandu wakes up to find herself alone on bed cuddling to her teddy bear...... She moved out to see for manik after doing her morning prayer..... She checked her room and balcony ....she moved down and found him in kitchen ......packing something....

Nandu : good morning major ....

Manik : good morning ...... he says keeping something in boxes .....

Nandu : what are you doing ???

Manik : packing food for our journey ....

Nandu : u could have woke me up ....

Manik : I have done this ..... Go fresh up and come down .....

Nandu : you are already ready ....when did u wake up ???

She asks him seeing him fully ready ....

Manik : I wake up early bcoz of my work ....adat hogayi ...I sleep till late only if I'm tired or on holidays ....
.come fast don't be late .....

Nandu : okay ...I will come fast ....
saying she ran to the room and saw dress on the couch for her ....

She moved to washroom and got fresh up ..... And wore the dress manik selected for her .....and moved down holding her mobile , wallet , charger , power bank and needed things which she stuffed in the small carry all bag ...... she searched for luggage but didn't find any bags ....she thought may be manik took them down ....

She came down back to the kitchen fully ready to see manik waiting near thd dinning table .....

She sat beside him and kissed his cheeks in happiness.....making manik look at her .....

Manik : u look so happy ...

Nandu : vo kya hena ...my husband choose my outfit ...made breakfast for me and last night he even packed my bags and now he is going to take me for a vacation ...I'm so happy ....

Manik kissed her forehead .....

Manik : complete this .....saying he served her red sauce pasta......

They both are having breakfast with some talks .... Nandu got a call from shikar to wake her up ....nandu excitedly told him about the vacation
Leaving her breakfast ....manik sighed in disbelief and fed her breakfast by taking the phone and talking to shikar......she made a cute pout but manik is stuffing her with breakfast without letting her talk and he himself told shikar about their travel without giving any details of surprise .....

Finally the call with shikar and nandu ki breakfast are completed .....manan came out of home to start their journey of honeymoon.....
