After the call conversation ....Nandu just saved manik number in her mobile ....And is about to lay down on bed ....But saw the gift pack and teddy given by manik.....

She sat on the bed and started opening...First she opened the teddy and saw it ....And smiles looking at the teddy......

Nandu : such a cute apology .....Not bad major .......

Thinking to herself she opened the other gift box .....She is shocked on opening it......

Nandu : i know I'm hurt by his words. ...But he is just apologizing in many ways .....Who can get angry when he apologizes so cutely.... It was his act to get rejected but now he is doing many things to make it up .....
Than she took her mobile and took the picture of both teddy and chocolates ....she thought of sending it to manik and opened the chat to see a message .....

Manik : This is manik...
I reached home with swecha ....

Than she sent the pic of teddy and chocolate to manik......

Nandu : Thank you for these gifts..I really liked them alot .....And yeah I forgave you when we spoke to each other only ....All this is not needed..

After texting him she kept her phone aside and pulled the duvet to sleep ...
But her phone pinged  a message again ....Showing manik name ....

Manik :I'm rude ....So I need to do this. ...
She smiled looking at his reply .......

Nandu : I don't think it's rude ..But yeah I never knew a military major could act so well .....She replied him...Immediately she got a reply ......

Manik: I don't think I'm a good actor bcoz you caught my acting easily .....

She laughed looking at his reply .....

Nandu : So not slept yet ??? She messaged  ....

Manik :No trying to sleep  ....And what about you..??
He replied back .....

Nandu : Ready to sleep .....
She messaged  ....

Manik :Ok ok take care ....Good night...He  replied .....

Nandu : Ok good night ....Sweet dreams ....
She replied .....

That's the last message of their first chat..... For that day. ....Finally nandu smiled thinking of manik and fell a sleep .....

Next morning ......

Nandu is sleeping peacefully ....shikar came to see nandu ....She is sleeping hugging her new teddy. ....And her old teddy is beside the bed ....

Shikar kissed her forehead and left out ....Bcoz it's sunday so he let her sleep ......He didn't let anyone disturb nandu ......

They all are sitting in the hall talking to each other .....Nandu woke up at 8 ....She just checked her mobile but saw a message ......

Manik : good morning doctor .....

She smiled looking at the way he addressed her .....

Nandu immediately replied him....And moved to fresh up .....And she moved down to see everyone discussing on marriage ......

Nandu sat beside shikar....

Nandu : Good morning dad ....Saying she kissed him on cheeks ........

Shikar : good morning jaan.....He said kissing her forehead .....

Amms : so nandu can you stay alone in home for today .....

Nandu : but where are you all going. ....

Naziya : dinner with malhotras .....

Nandu: ok....

Amms : as per our rituals the girl doesnt go to her in laws house before marriage .....So we are not taking you....

Nandu : it's ok amms ...Not a problem
I will rest at home .....

Naziya : call mukti aliya. ...Have girls time ......

Kummud : even i want to stay back ....

Naziya : kya hua ....r u ok....

Kummud : Actually legs are swollen ammi....

Naziya : it's ok beta ....I shikar chandra and amms will go....If you want we will leave chandra also .....

Shikar : r u ok beta ....If not I will inform them we are not coming today .....

Kummud : no problem papa .... Any ways nandu is at home so I will stay ....You all go don't cancel the plan....

Nandu : don't worry everyone... bhai can go with you all ....I will take care of bhabi .....

Ok... saying they all had breakfast ......
The whole day passed in a blink.....
Leaving kummud nandu in home ......
Rest all left to malhotra house .....

Kummud and nandu sat in kummud room....after dinner Nandu gave kummud a hot oil massage on her swollen legs .....kummud felt relaxed and fell asleep when nandu is giving massage .....

Nandu just sat on the couch of kummud room and is checking her operation and patient case files on her laptop .......

Last night .....

Malhotra house .....

Manik throws the pillow but cabir closes the door of the room.... Manik locked his door and had a good bath ....He lay down on the bed thinking of the time spent with nandini ....He is just smiling to himself ..........

Suddenly his phone pinged with a message ....he saw the message of nandu and had a good chat with her ....He is just smiling looking at the messages ....After that he just scrolled all the pictures and selected a good picture of nandu and swecha and made it his wall paper .....He kept the phone beside him and fell asleep ......

Next morning .....

Alarm rang disturbing him....He took his phone and stopped the alarm...He looked at his wallpaper and than messaged nandu .....And left to fresh up and got fresh up and moved out for jogging .......By keeping his ear phones.......Listening to music .....

Finally he reached home and moved to his room directly .....He just got fresh up and moved down for breakfast .......He had his breakfast with family and left to meet some ex officer and his family .......As usual he took swecha with him.....He promised neo to reach home by evening......

He just sat in the car .....His phone pinged a message ......

Nandu : A very good morning major ....Have a good day ......

He smiled looking At her  reply and drove to his sir house and met him and his family ....And after that he and swecha moved to park to play ....
Finally by evening he reached home...

On instructions of neo ....He moved to fresh up ....He got ready and sat in his room..But is feeling bore bcoz swecha is sleeping as she is tired ...... Avni neo reema are in kitchen cooking for murthy family..... Rajat raj and neil are in study room....Discussing some business ......

So he took his phone and messaged nandu ......

Manik : where r you ....

He just messaged her thinking she is coming ....

Nandu is busy checking reports sitting on the couch .....Her phone pinged with message she just took her mobile and saw his message.....She didn't understand y he is asking her where abouts all of a sudden ....But she replied.....

Nandu : home ....

Manik : r u not coming home for dinner .....????

He asked confused at her reply ....
Nandu understood that he is waiting for her arrival ....She smiled thinking of it ....And replied ....

Nandu : no...

Manik : but y ???? Any problem....

He asked impatiently ....Bcoz he is waiting to meet her again  ....

Nandu : nothing problem....It's just a ritual not to visit the groom house before wedding ......

She replied ....

Manik : i never heard such rituals..
He messaged immediately ...

Nandu : bcoz you are punjabi ....but I'm a south indian tamilian ....Only after marriage they allow the girl to go to her in laws house .....

She replied .....manik felt like what the hell ???Stupid rituals .....He cursed the rituals under his breath ......

Manik : ok what are you doing alone .......

He messaged being sad of not meeting her personally .........

Nandu : I'm not alone bhabi is with me bcoz she has swollen legs due to pregnancy so she stayed back ..and me I'm Checking patients file .......

He smiled reading her reply ....And messaged back .......

Manik : it's holiday doctor ....Take rest atleast ....

Nandu smiled looking at this message and replied him....

Nandu : i know it's holiday major but the health condition of patient doesnt know it's holiday.....So it's needed to study the case and give report ....Such that any other doctor can easily treat them.....

Manik is just imagining her cute face with reply .....

Manik : ok doctor .....I understand

He replied ....

Nandu : that's better major..what is swecha doing ....

Manik : sleeping ....She played alot in park .....

Nandu : okay ......

Manik : so....

He replied simply not knowing what to speak .....

Nandu : what ???

Manik: nothing .....

Nandu : if some one suddenly says nothing there will be a lot to say  ....
So say ....

He smiled looking at her reply .....

Manik : can i call you ......

Nandu : call me what ????

He sighed looking at her reply.....And replied her clearly .......

Manik : can i talk to you by calling you through my phone .....Is it clear doctor .....

Nandu just read the message and bite her lips for not understanding properly .....She replies blushing ....

Nandu : yeah .....You can major ......

Manik is about to call her looking at the reply .....But stopped listening to neo voice calling him saying his in-laws are here. .....

Manik : mom...Is calling me ...I will call you later ......Your family is here ......

He messaged her and left to the living room.....

Nandu smiled looking at his reply ....
And thought that her family reached his home ......She replied ....

Nandu : have a good time with everyone .....

Nandu continued doing her work .....

Manik moved down and saw murthy family sitting in the hall....He took blessings of amms shikar and naziya.....Chandra just hugged him....

Than after sometime they all sat to have dinner ....Swecha also joined them......But suddenly manik phone rang ....he just looked at the id .....

Everyone are looking at  manik.....

Manik : dadu ....It's important call from my lieutenant ......It might be some work.....

Dadu: go talk and come fast ......

Manik : it will take time ....I'm sorry uncle ....He says turning towards shikar.......

Shikar : it's ok beta ....Duty comes first ....Go take your call ......

Manik : mom.....I will take my dinner later .....You people carry on....

Saying he lifted the call and left to his room ....And started speaking to his lieutenant....... after closing the door .....

After dinner all the elders sat in the lawn ......Neo sent manik dinner to his room.....And asked him to eat while talking ......

Rajat: so nirmala ji .....Can we talk to pandit ji.....If you have no problem.....

Nirmala : i have no problem bhai saab .....Par .....

Reema : kya hua ji....

Nirmala : we didn't bring nandini with us bcoz we tamilians don't take daughter to her in laws house before marriage ....So it's shikar wish to do marriage in South Indian style if you don't have any problem......

Rajat: any type of marriage is not a problem ji....We just wanted manik and nandini to be happy ....

Neo : even i am bored of seeing these punjabi weddings ....South Indian wedding will be fun....

Raj : neo.....

Neo : what raj .....It's really good .......I heard from my friends but never witnessed a wedding so let's do south indian wedding .....

Rajat: ok ok....Let's do south indian wedding but rituals. ......

Nirmala : don't worry ji ...I will take care of everything ......

Neo : no maa ji ....Even we want to do some .....Plzz ....Tell us. ....

On seeing neo excitement ....Nirmala told the rituals of south indian wedding .....All are happy listening to nirmala. .....

Avni : mom...This has more fun .....And happy occasions .....So nice .....I could have known this earlier .....

Naziya : for what. ....???

Avni : i could have married the same way ....

All laugh listening to her ........

Neo : it's ok ...Let's get swecha married like that what say .....

Avni : yes mom....Sounds good ....
Everyone laugh listening to them....
But shikar looks at naziya....bcoz even he thought like that ......During nandu childhood. .....

Reema : chup hojaoo tum dono....She is a kid and you both are thinking of her marriage .......

They both pouted listening to reema..

Rajat : it's ok...Stop it reema.....She is the first daughter of our house ....Let them plan what they want ....But finally that will happen what swecha wants ......

Avni : yes dadu.....You are right .....

The murthy family is just smiling looking at them ........shikar felt happy on looking at the family ......
