AUTHOR POV:

Joon-Oh was tracking a lead on a notorious poacher, deep in the heart of Seoul's forest. The trees towered above him, casting dappled shadows on the ground.

As he rounded a bend, he spotted a figure in the distance. It was a young woman

But what is she doing here?

Joon-Oh approached her cautiously, gun drawn. "Who are you?" he demanded.

The woman turned, startled. "I am Ha-Young," she said.

Joon-Oh's instincts kicked in. "What brings you to this place?"

Ha-Young hesitated, then said, "I'm searching for something. A rare herb,It only grows here."

Joon-Oh's eyes narrowed. "You're not with the poacher, are you?"

Ha-Young shook her head. "No, I'm alone. I need this herb for...personal reasons."

Joon-Oh studied her, unsure what to believe. But as he looked into her eyes, he saw a glimmer of desperation.

"Let's me help you," he said, holstering his gun.

And with that, Joon-Oh and Ha-Young became close...........
