"Carol of the bells is just my favourite," Felix said, reading the program.

  "I don't see how, it is kind of scary," Yunjin said.

  "I just love how it starts slow and builds then it slows down, just to build back up, and it comes back to the starting notes and releases,"

   "I still don't see why you aren't in the music department,"

   Felix pressed his lips together and hummed.

   "I heard that there was a flare between you and Declan, what happened?" Yunjin asked.

   "Eh, he and I had a bit of argument and it got a little heated. We talked it over when he got back, but decided that the relationship between us needed to end and so we decided to just be friends," Felix answered.

   Yunjin nodded, "I thought you guys would at least make until after today, however, I think it is good that you ended it. Does this mean the you know how you really feel about him?"

   "It does, but it is clear that he doesn't feel the same, so eventually I'll get over it,"

   "You two are Belly and Conrad in book three," the younger said.

  "No, we aren't," Felix muttered.

  Yunjin nodded.

    The lights in the auditorium dimmed and soft Sound of Dance of the Sugar plum fairy began.

    Declan was in the mix of students on stage. The song sounded beautiful and besides Carol of the bells it was one of Felix's favourites. When it came to an end Felix and Yunjin clapped. Next would be Declan's solo.

    "Are you really not going to do anything about you and Professor Hwang?"

    Felix bit his lip and kept his eyes on the stage as the spotlight shined in the center where Declan was.

  "I... I think it may be best for me to move on, he is my professor I don't think it is a good idea for us to be invovled," Felix said softly.

   Yunjin pursed her lips. She just hoped that Hyunjin thought differently.

   Hyunjin quickly walked down the corridor leading to the auditorium. He could hear the sound of Carol of the bells it was nearing the climax of the song. He knew it so well cause he often heard Felix listening to it.

   His heart was pounding in his chest as he entered, going down the rows where he knew Felix was seated.

   He stopped himself. When he saw the soft smile Felix held as he watched Declan. He just stopped.

   His heart fell to his stomach. Taking a few steps back he turned and quickly began to leave.

  The violin fell into the final notes of the song before it finally stopped as Hyunjin left the auditorium.

   He wished that he had taken his chance sooner.
