A dim beam of sunlight poured in through the small cracks in the metal pipes and wiring on the ceiling. Silent eyes watched her. Sitting up Mikasa took a look around. Still not used to being here she thought. She was hoping it was a dream and she could wake up in her dorm building. It was a lot to take in. So many questions, all of them answered yet so unsatisfying. She heard the light buzzing of a welder and saw the flash of light it gave off.  Looking behind her, she saw Aglsbane. He was clinging on to the wall using some metal claws he fashioned. Judging by the equipment he was carrying, he was working on some kind of life support system. He looked.....concerned. The purple threaded flesh on his neck and eyes was pulsating with blood in his veins. He was focusing on a wire that came loose and was shooting sparks everywhere. He didn't see her get up. Walking over to the table Eren sat on. Wait....sat on? He was lying down yesterday! Eren had some tubes going down his back and dark circles under his eyes. He looked tired, empty almost. She began to walk over to him but stopped and stared up at Aglsbane. Something was wrong. She shouted up at him:

"what's going on up there!?" Mikasa shouted up a him

"nononononono not now come on work you damn thing!" she shouted at the machine he was operating on

"Aglsbane what's going on!?" She shouted back up at him

"THE POWER'S OUT" Aglsbane shouted as he stared at the machine

" Eren's life support systems are out! fuck fuck fuck NO NOT NOW" Aglsbane shouted, the purple flesh on his body pulsating with frustration.

"he's running on backup power but it won't last!"

"Fuck dammit we need help!" at this point he was about to have a full on panic attack

"whoa whoa calm down! what's going on!?" Mikasa shouted up at him

"wake everybody up! we need to meet immediately!" Aglsbane shouted back down

Still not understanding anything, Mikasa ran around waking everyone up. It didn't take much as not alot of people actually stayed in the lab. once everyone was stirred. Aglsbane explained.

"Those damn Titans took out the power supply!, now none of you know what power is but let's just say it makes light for now, and without it Eren's life support systems won't last long enough without it. There is  fuse box I can reach to turn it back on now but.....there's one problem. 

everyone waited to hear it.

"the fuse box I mentioned is within what we call the "red zone" Sections of this lab are swarmed with titan and other monstrosities created down here. before I trapped the remaining Titans in what I call the "red zone". If you though there were a lot of titans outside the walls, the amount in here makes them look like a small handful. I could never reach that box alone. So I humbly ask all of you to come with me. Eren's life depends on it. Those who wish to follow me into the red zone, step forward. I can't force anyone to go with me. We need at least 3 people to stay behind and look after eren."

Everyone stood silent. nobody dared to move first. Armin was first he shakily stepped forward. Followed by Mikasa, jean and connie. Everyone else wanted to stay.

"okay great, we leave now. pack your stuff."

Mikasa took one last glance at the dull-eyed Eren sitting on the table. he looked deranged and sad. Once everyone was done packing their stuff Aglsbane lead them down a small corridor that lead into a much larger blackish purplish metal room. Aglsbane opened a small door, and what we saw before us changed me forever. Before us we saw a huge Metal cliff oulsating with energy and a mile-long vat of some strange liquid. at the bottom of the pool she could see some creature chained down there. She didn't ponder on it she didn't need to. She already knew who it was. Aglsbane pulled out a boat hidden under some metal. We all got in. It took about 30 minutes to cross the mile wide lake At the other side there was a massive door. at least 1000 feet high.

"beyond this gate lies the red zone. Shied your eyes. this might.....disturb you"

We climed at ladder to the top of giant door. Aglsbane opened a vent hatch. we all climbed through. What I saw made me cringe with fear. We looked down on huge pipe that was pulsating with some blue fluid. Titan cover it they were swarmed on it like a beehive. The stench of rotting flesh filled the room. Connie stepped in one of the dead corpses of the old workers head cavity. He jumped back in shock and kicked the head off the metal cliff they stood on. They had never seen so many titans in their life in one place. There were other creatures there to. The stuff of nightmares. bug-like creatures with only a ribcage and a human face to their name. Aglsbane gathered us at the edge of the platform.

"okay I don't have a plan really but.... I can show where I need to go. You see that small blue room at the end of the corridor?"

they looked out at the massive 1000 foot high and 2000 feet wide corridor before them. it was massive. and this was only the outskirt of the laboratory. it was amazing yet terrifying.

" all we have to do is reach that room, turn the power back on, and run like hell back here. no way in hell we can kill that many titan chimeras. hybrids either take on titan or chimeroid from. only the most advanced ever reach chimeroid form. A beast class in it's chimeroid form is unstoppable. so don't get caught. or you will die."

I only had a minute to take it all in before Aglsbane made the signal to get going. Next thing I knew I was falling down a metal cliff about to die a mangled corpse at the bottom. I pulled the trigger at the last minute. going as fast as possible, I raced to the blue room like it was my last hope to live. well not my last hope to live, but eren's . I went all out. Shooting cables in the best places I could think of. Hands eager to eat me alive grabbed at my legs. I did the best I could but I was caught. flung down like a rock being tossed in a lake. These titans were different. these ones were highly intelligent and were breed to kill. I only had a few seconds to recover from being slammed on the ground before I was being pickup by a hand twice my body height. I cut my way out of it's hand and barely doged the other one. I was dead meat. on the ground. helpless. the titan had crushed my 3DM gear like it was paper. now I had an entire swarm of them closing in. I was surrounded, they closed in like wolves on a wounded deer. I was scared. "no please....not like this!" was all I could think. Before I could even run I was being picked up and heading towards a huge gaping mouth. This. was. the. end.
