I sighed happily as I twisted my body to stop my skateboard. I got off and slammed my foot on the edge to kick it up towards me and I grabbed the board. I unlocked the gate and jogged up the stairs to the door. Lifting the rugs corner, I grabbed the key and unlocked the door. I was glad my parents were out of town and my brother had gone off to see his girlfriend graduate from college in another state. I closed the door and locked it. I leaned my skateboard against the wall and went looking for my boyfriend.

"Luke." I called. There wasn't an answer. I checked outside and his office but he wasn't there. I finally tried his room and I saw him pulling a hoodie over his head. I bit my lip and knocked on the door. "Hi babe." I waved a little as his eyes looked in the corner of the mirror. He smiled and turned towards me.

"Hello love." He said as I walked over to him. I quickly took my place in his arms and kissed him. "One more week (y/n)." Luke smiled. I nodded.

"Yeah. One more week." I moved away from him and plopped down on his bed. I let my head and arms hang over the edge as I thought about that statement. I graduated in a week. In one week, Luke was legally allowed to date me. In one week, I was on my own, especially if my parents found out about Luke.

"You ok?" Luke asked as he laid down next to me. I raised my head to meet his eyes. He rested his head on his hand and the hood had been pulled up. I moved so our eyes met. I shook my head.

"I don't think so." I said. "I don't know. There's too many emotions right now." I sighed and rolled onto my back so I looked up at the ceiling. "I'm super excited cuz I'm out of that hellhole and cuz then we can legally date. I'm sad cuz I'm leaving all my friends behind. I'm nervous because I have to move out and live on my own. I'm scared because of college." I squeezed my eyes shut to stop the tears that threatened to run down my face. When I opened them, all I saw was green. Luke was leaning over me, supported by his arms.

"Love it's ok. Everyone feels that way at least once in their lives. Why should you be any different?" He whispered. He brushed his nose against mine and a small smile formed on my lips. "It'll be ok." I nodded and got lost in the sea of green I was looking at. "Now about that moving out bit." He whispered as he leaned down to kiss me. His lips ghosted over mine and I could feel his breath.

"What about it?" I whispered as my eyes closed.

"Move in with me." He breathed. My eyes opened and I looked at him in shock.

"What?" I asked.

"Move in with me. It's simple and obvious." Luke said with a smile. I bit my lip and thought it over. I couldn't see much wrong with that idea so I nodded.

"Yeah. I'll move in with you." I said as I placed my hands on his cheeks. "Yes." I pulled him towards me and kissed him.
