Ruby's POV

"Are you ready, baby?"

"As ready as I'll ever be"

I said as I put on my shoes. Today is the day I've been waiting for. Ever since I got my memory back I've been anxious about meeting my parents, Diamond, and Miracle.

Noah was supposed to visit them today by himself but, I'm going with him. No one knows that I'm coming with Noah though.

If everyone is still like I remembered them to be then I'll be good. Last thing I remembered is that Diamond eats a lot and so does Miracle, Sam is a loving gang leader, and our mom is pretty cool and our dad is a questionable human being.

As I walked down the stairs I couldn't contain the smile that was on my face. I get to finally meet my real family, the one that adopted me.

"Before we go to her house we have to get food. Diamond and Miracle will be devastated if I don't bring them something to eat even though they probably ate a bus full of food already."

"You're right because if she's anything like I remember then she's a fatass"

Noah laughed as he made his way to the front door. I was already by the door once I heard that food was involved.

As we sat in the car silence took over. I stared out the window as the trees passed by. I was trying to pay attention to my surroundings but, Noah kept on rubbing my thighs.

He wants something and I know it. Give it 5 seconds.

"Sooooooo baby, can I ask you a question?"

I fucking knew it, dude.

"What is it now Noah? I'm not giving you head in the back seat again"

He laughed as he stroked my thigh. His eyes were telling me he wanted to head but I knew that wasn't what he's going to ask me.

"No bebe, I wanted to ask you do you have any ideas on how you want our wedding"

Our wedding is in a few months and I want to know them more before the wedding. Noah has been over the moon about it and it's cute. He proposed to me hours about we chopped Yolanda's head. It was amazing.

I'm going to invite my family to the wedding today. I was thinking about sending them an invitation but, I wanted to do this face to face. I also remember my dad telling me that when I get married I better invite him in an extra way or he's not coming.

He wanted us to put strippers in a box, have them pop out butt naked, give him a lap dance, then have them announce that I'm getting married. He tried to whisper it to me but, my mom heard. That night she boiled his Rolex watch and served that to him as dinner.

"I don't really have anything in mind, do you?"

"I thought you would never ask"

He said as he reached in his glove compartment. As he rummaged through his car I watched him in amusement. What could he possibly be looking for?

"Here it is. Look through it"

He handed me a journal that had our names written on it. I opened it only to see a whole bunch of wedding ideas like dresses, venues, flowers, and themes.

On top of every page in the book had the dates of when he wrote it down. The most recent page he had written was done yesterday and the first page was eight years ago.

This wasn't adding up at all. I know I'm horrible at math but, this doesn't look right.

"How is this first page from eight years ago?"

"I started writing in this notebook while we were in high school. When I randomly asked you how would you like your wedding I was taking mental notes about all your ideas. When you were kidnapped I continued writing in the notebook so that when you come back I could share it with you and add more pages"

I was speechless. I never knew that Noah was making a notebook of our wedding day. He used magazine cutouts of flowers to decorate every page in the notebook.

"I hope you know that I love you. It's always been hard for me to tell people I love them because I didn't grow up in a loving family for most of my life. When I did find a loving family I was taken away from them. I know I barely tell you that because your dick is always down my throat when I do try to tell you that I love you but, I enjoy it"

He let out a laugh at the end. He said that he loves me too then he got back to focusing on the road. As I flipped through the notebook my eyes began to water. As the days went on his taste in wedding decor started getting more advanced and tasteful.

I didn't even notice that we pulled up to Raising Cane's until I felt the car shift to the side. I can't be the only one that could be dead asleep but, wake up once I feel we take a specific turn that lets me know that I'm where I'm supposed to be.

"How many burgers and fries should we order?"

"Twelve burgers and three fries. I want them to fight over who gets the fries just like old times"

Full-on fights used to break out over who got to eat the most of mamas cooking. In the end, dad would always eat the food while everyone was fighting. They never noticed the food was gone until dad would let out a loud burp.

As Noah was driving he made the mistake of putting the food on my lap. I looked down at the food with admiration in my eyes. This food looks so good right now.

I watched Noah from the corner of my eyes as he drove. I sneakily took a French fry and ate it. I looked out of the window quickly, trying to hide the fact that my mouth was moving.

"Ruby, stop being a fat ass and save the food for when I get to their house. I saw you eat the fries"

"How dare you accuse me of eating the fries? Why do you think so low of me Noah? I'm hurt. It's going to take me a while to forgive you for lying on my name like that"

"Ruby, there's cheese on your finger and next to your mouth. You also have a piece of fries still in your hand as we speak"

I looked down at my hands only to see that he was right. I had to quickly eat the fries before the cheese could drip down my hands. I hate when Noah air out my business like this.

"When I die I want a 1000 question Kahoot game about my life. Whoever wins get my will"

I tried to switch the topic since I knew he was right. I kept him engaged with various topics so he wouldn't notice me slowly eating all the fries. By the time we pulled up to the driveway, there were only crumbs on the plate.

"You're unbelievable"

Noah said as he noticed the empty fries bowl in front of me. I can basically sense his emotions right now. He's not mad but, he's not happy either. I gave him a toothy smile which seemed to do the job. He gave me a wide smile then took the food off my lap.

He carried it to the front door with me trailing behind him with a pout on my face. He must've known that I was going to eat the food on our way inside.

I rung the doorbell and waited for them to open the door. I rocked back and forth on the heels of my feet as I heard footsteps slowly approaching the door. The door slowly started opening, making me hold my breath.

"Hello........ auntie Ruby!!!!!!"

Miracle said as she attacked me in a hug. I squeezed her to my chest as she sobbed on my shoulders. Tears ran down my face as she softly started stroking my hair.

"You're so big, baby"

"Thank you, auntie and you're so pretty. Mommy told me you went away to clown camp because that's where you fit in. Is that true?"

"Yes it's true, your mommy was the head clown at the camp. That's why she does her makeup like one"

She started laughing hysterically. Noah walked further inside the house and placed the food on the living room table.

"Miracle who's at the door? If it's the Jehovah witness people tell them that there are no adults home."

"No grandma, it's auntie Ruby"

Something from the kitchen fell with a thud. My mom was seen walking out of the kitchen with tears in her eyes. I put miracle down and walked to her. I ran to her and almost knocked her over with a very powerful hug.

I missed her very much. I remember her having the sweetest kisses and the hardest hits. She used to use her hard ass hands to slap my hands away from the pot every time she was making food. Good times.

"My baby has finally returned". She sobbed as she hugged me tighter.

"Mommy who's that?"

Diamond said as she walked into the living room. Mom and I pulled away and looked at Diamond. The cup that was in her hand dropped, causing whatever was in the cup to spill on the floor.

"Ruby? But.... how?"

I didn't let her finish talking. I walked to her and pulled her in for a tight hug. Out of everyone I missed her the most. I remembered that she was the first friend that I ever made in high school. She accepted me into her family with open arms.

"Welcome back, little sister"

She said as she squeezed me to death. I could hear my bones crack as she lifted me off the floor. Noah and momma had to pry her hands off of me in order for me to breathe correctly.

"Where's daddy, grandpa, Sammy, and grandma? And also what happened with Rose and Chris?"

"Rose and Chris is somewhere in their house making babies and everyone else went out to the grocery store to pick up some alcohol and food just in case we get out on quarantine"

"Do you want to surprise them when they get back. I'll hide behind the couch and pop out when they come home"

"Man, I missed you". Diamond said as she hugged me again.

"I'm happy that Ruby is back and all but Diamond, clean my damn floor"

Words can't describe how much I missed these people.

I want to add an extra chapter for the wedding but, I don't know if I should yet. Comment here if I should. It will be very appreciated if you comment because majority rules in this situation.
