The next morning, Baekhyun finds himself blinking. He looks around the room, and find it was his own office. He sits up from his sofa, and stretch his body. Baekhyun finds the clock say it was 9 in the morning, the exact time when he starts working.

He doesn't know why he can end up in his own room, he can't remember tho. The last thing he remembers is just, he drank a glass of wine, before running towards the toilet. And after that, he can't remember anymore.

He holds his heavy head before heading towards the toilet.

He finds that he still use his formal suit for yesterday's party, his hair is messy, and don't forget that panda eyes.

"Ugh, I look terrible." He says to his own reflection.

He washes his face before look at his reflection again, before suddenly he realizes something.

Who bring me here?

He quickly finishes the washing session, before walk hurriedly towards his room. He picks his phone that amazingly lay on the table, before dial someone's number.

He walks around his room with his worried expression.

"Kyungsoo!" He says to the phone once Kyungsoo already pick it.

"What?"

"What? You say 'What?' ?! Did you even know that I'm drunk-"

"I already warned you yesterday. Good thing the CEO was with you at the toilet last night. He brought you to your room with the help of Sehun."

Baekhyun quickly widens his eyes, almost dropped his phone. "Wh-What? T-The CEO?"

Baekhyun could feel that Kyungsoo is rolling his eyes right now, "Yeah. Thanks to him."

And after that, Baekhyun couldn't hear what Kyungsoo said again. He hurriedly hang up the call without any words.

He walks around his office, thinking on how to thanks the CEO. He bites his finger in nervous.

How am I supposed to thank him?!

He bites his lower lip nervously before finally decided to go to the CEO's office.

He takes a deep breath before walk out from his room. He still doubt about knock the door or not, when he finally make a final decision; he must thank him right now.

He knocks on the door, earning a deep voice telling him to come in right after 10 seconds.

Baekhyun slowly enter the room nervously. He stops in the center of the room, waiting for the CEO turn his chair around to face him.

Finally he turns his chair, looking up to Baekhyun with his flat expression. He expecting Baekhyun to say something but he didn't. The man just stares at him.

"Speak." The CEO commands with his deep voice, makes Baekhyun shudders at the tone.

"U-Uh.. I-I wanted to say thank you. Y-You help me when I was drunk yesterday, Sir. I was very glad there's someone. If not, I don't know what will happen to me." He says before biting his lower lip.

The CEO still use his flat expression, before his expression turns into annoyance. "I don't want this to happen again in the future! A professional worker will not ever let himself drunk."

Baekhyun widens his eyes as the CEO's expression turns harder and harder each time he said that.

He didn't know that this new CEO could show that kind of expression.

"I-I'm truly sorry, Sir. I'm sure it will never happen again in the future." Baekhyun bows while he hold his body from shaking in fear with bites his lower lip.

The CEO just snorts. "Now go." He says. His tone makes Baekhyun somehow feel intimidated but in the other side, he was angry. He came here to thank him, but this is what he got? Well okay, Park Chanyeol maybe the CEO. But Byun Baekhyun still have his right and pride.

But for his damn job and position, he sighs secretly. He don't want to look angry in front of the CEO. With his clutching hands, he bows extremely fast, before quickly out of the CEO's room.

He's back to his room, sits on his chair, before sighs harshly.

"He just here less than a day. How about me? I already worked for a long time ago. And what did I got?" He angrily talks to himself.

He runs his hand to his hair and ruffles is frustratedly.

"Oh god.. How can I work for him?"

Baekhyun is still working with sheaf on his table when suddenly the office's telephone ringing.

He picks it and got the information about a new meeting with the other company, talking about a new project. Baekhyun looks at the CEO's schedule and find it is going to be a lack day for the CEO tomorrow.

With a firm 'yes', Baekhyun end up the call. Before writes the schedule for the CEO.

He actually just too lazy to stand up and tell this to the CEO, but he have to. Because it is his job as a secretary.

He sighs as he stand up from his seat, and walks slowly out of his room.

He knocks on the door before receiving a low 'come in' from the owner of the voice. He once again sighs, before entering the room.

"Excuse me, Sir. I want to inform you that you will have a meeting tomorrow at 2 pm with the Jung Industries."

The CEO looks up at him, saying nothing.

After a very long silent, finally he speak up, "Okay. Go." He's signalling the secretary to go out of his room.

What the freaking hell?! Baekhyun try to calm himself down not to sigh harshly in front of his boss.

Park Yeong Soon never ever treat him like this. He is the CEO, but he always polite even with the staffs. Not like this man. Harsh, rude, and.. Arrogant.

He bows before leave the room immediately. He can't stand the new CEO. Seriously.

Luhan, Kyungsoo, Minseok, and Jongdae already left the building 2 hours ago. But since Baekhyun has a lot of work to do, he go home late.

It's already 10 in the middle of the night, but Baekhyun still on his office. Working with his sheaf.

Finally, after a great 30 minutes, he stretch his body, yawns, before pack his things. He was about to lock his door when he remember that he forget to bring his coat with him.

Finally he's going down with the elevator to the basement. The basement seems creepy at night, but Baekhyun couldn't careless. He's too tired for that thing.

He enter his car, starts the engine, before suddenly his car stops.

"What the.." He tiredly try to start the engine again, but to no avail.

He checks his car and find it was run out of gasoline. He groans angrily to himself.

Why the heck did he even forget to fill his car?!

He sighs harshly, go out of his car, before slam the door hardly. He locks it before walk out of the basement with coat and briefcase on his both hands.

Already tired and sleepy, he force his feet to walk towards the bus stop. But his feet stops working when suddenly a luxury car stop in front of the building.

Baekhyun blinks confusedly.

The window start to open, revealing the flat expression of his CEO.

Baekhyun quickly snorts mentally. He want to scoffs me, huh?

He pretend that he didn't notice that it was him. He continue to walk, but again, he stops as the CEO open up his mouth.

"You're going home by walking?" The tone that he use is like he is scoffing someone. Baekhyun lazily nod his head.

The next words that come out of the CEO's mouth makes Baekhyun a little bit shock, "Come in."

He frowns, "No, Sir. I'm taking the bus."

The CEO clicks his tongue, "I said come in." His tone sounds indisputable and that's makes Baekhyun somehow obeyed him.

He sighs before enter the passenger door.

"Thank you, Mr. Park." Baekhyun give him a smile. Well, a fake one.

Chanyeol looks at him before snorts, "Don't you have car?"

Baekhyun was about to thank to him for being nice, when suddenly he ask that with the irritating tone.

"I have. But it's run out of gasoline. I forgot to fill it this morning." Baekhyun says, with all his patience.

Finally after Chanyeol asking where did he live, and Baekhyun explain it to him, finally he arrive at his house.

Baekhyun watch as the CEO's car vanished in the dark. He sighs before enter his house. He cleans himself before finally lay his body on his comfortable king size bed.

He's thinking about earlier. The CEO was being cold, arrogant, but at the same time, also kind.

Cold, because he easily told him to go out of his room whenever Baekhyun enter his office.

Arrogant, it shows on how the way he scoffs, snorts, and the way he talk.

And kind, because first, he brought Baekhyun to his office when he was drunk. Second, he drive him home earlier.

He didn't understand with this new CEO. But he knows there's something about him that makes him curious.
