The road was way too crowded. The traffic jam could clearly seen. The weather is hot. Not because of the sun, but because of too much vehicles with those monstrous machines and engines inside them.

The bustling sound of beeping cars filled the road. Normal people should be feel pissed and angry. But it's an exception for Byun Baek Hyun.

He crosses the street easily because the cars are currently stop. He even let out a small whistle from his mouth.

With his phone and wallet on his hand, he enter the huge building with his small steps.

Once he enter the building, some of the people greet him in the sweetest way. And some of them are looking at him with adorations.

He replies them back with a small smile. He enter the cafeteria, where his friends are waiting for him to go back with food on his hands.

He smiles to them as one of his friend give him a wave.

"Baekhyun, what make you so long?" Minseok asks while rolling his eyes in a pissed way.

Baekhyun grins, "Blame the chef then. He's too slow in making this."

Jongdae, the guy with his famous teasing smile, just pull the plastic that Baekhyun brought for them. He picks one of the food, before eat it in silent. Okay, maybe this guy is just too hungry to talk.

Minseok do the same after Jongdae did. He picks one of the food, before open it and start to eat it in silent. Well okay, Baekhyun concludes that everyone is hungry right now.

"Look, Kyungsoo and Luhan even already done their food. They're too hungry to even wait for you." Jongdae says in between his munching session.

Kyungsoo, the guy with his heart-shaped lips just looks at Baekhyun with his poker expression.

While Luhan looks at him shyly, "Sorry, Baek. But we can't hold it any longer." Before gives the man his goofy smile.

Baekhyun didn't say anything, but then, he puts the food that he bought for Luhan and Kyungsoo in front of them.

"Keep it for your dinner or what. I don't want it to be wasted." Baekhyun says before start to eat his food.

They eat in silent. It's always been like this; Baekhyun bought them food and they wait for him on the cafeteria. Well, not always to be honest. If today is Baekhyun's turn, then tomorrow it will be someone else. And unfortunately, when they all too hungry like this, it was Baekhyun's turn to buy them food.

And for Baekhyun, being a secretary on his 24 years old at Park Corporation and work for his 59 years old CEO isn't easy at all. He must do this and that. Shit and stuffs. But he can't deny the fact that he love to work. So much. So much until one day he forget to put his eyeliner on. Yeah, that's how much he love his work and job.

What makes him stay are; his friends, words full of adorations from the other employees, and those stare that makes he lift his chin high. And no doubt, money. Being a secretary is hard, but it's worth the huge amount of money.

Sometimes, work next to the CEO's room makes him bored and wanted to go outside. To feel something new and he never felt before. But he reminds himself, if he stop working, what about his life and his parents?

Yes, he already have his own house. He already send some of his money to his parents every months. He even already buy a car for himself. But he never feel enough of it.

"Baek, you seems deep in thoughts. Are you okay?" Luhan suddenly asks him.

Baekhyun finally back to his sense, "I'm fine. I think I should go to my office now. See you guys soon." He quickly smiles to them. He throw the empty place of his food into the garbage can, before walking back to his office which placed at the 10th floor, the top floor.

In this floor, it just his room and the CEO's room.

He's about to open his own door when he spot someone is laying on the floor, chest facing the carpeted floor. He quickly widens his eyes as he realize that it was the CEO who laying on the floor, Park Yeong Soon.

He hurriedly runs to the weak body.

"Mr. Park! Sir, are you okay?" Baekhyun tries to calm himself down when he touch the CEO's hand and feel his hand is as cold as an ice. And his face turn into a pale one when he realize the CEO's heart beat is really weak.

The CEO weakly grabs Baekhyun's hand, he seems want to say something but he can't. His old face seems to weak right now.

Baekhyun panicky calling the other employee. Stupidly shouting when he knows the fact that the floor just have two rooms; his room and the CEO's room.

He quickly runs to the elevator, shouting panicky to get the other attention. When the other already knows what he mean, some of them are running towards the 10th floor, where the CEO's is laying weakly there.

Finally with the help of the managers, employees, and also Baekhyun, the CEO is now laying on the hospital's bed.

The finance manager is trying to call someone. It seems someone who related to the CEO. The finance manager seems close to the CEO, that's why he can call someone to come here to the hospital right now.

The finance manager, or known as Kim Joon Myun finally taps Baekhyun's shoulder. "You can go back, Mr. Byun. I will take care of Mr. Park."

"Is it really okay, Mr. Kim?" Baekhyun worriedly asks. For him, Park Yeong Soon, is his second father. Although he is a CEO, he's really kind towards him.

Joonmyun nods his head, "Please make sure that the company not in a panic mode." He smiles weakly to Baekhyun.

Baekhyun gulps before nod.

The next day, Baekhyun finds himself staring at the ceiling of his office. He's really deep in thoughts right now.

The next room, which supposed to be the CEO's room now empty. 

He suddenly remember about yesterday.

Baekhyun was about to go home when suddenly his phone rings. He frowns when he found that the caller is an unknown number. 

He pick it up, "Yeobuseyeo? Mr. Byun?" the voice seems panic and in so much hurry. And it makes Baekhyun's heart beat uncomfortably.

"Y-Yes?" He assumed that it was the finance manager, Kim Joon Myun.

"Pl-Please don't be panic when I'm telling you this.." He warns him. But he, himself, already panic like that. ".. Mr. Park Yeong Soon died because of heart attack."

Baekhyun sighs before he realize tears start rolling down his cheeks. He quickly picks a tissue before erase it by himself. He will remember the old guy who gives him salary and so much love. He will never forget him.

A knock on his door make he fully realize. He clears his throat before says, "Come in."

The door opened, revealing Kyungsoo with his worried face. He sighs before make himself sit in front of Baekhyun. 

"Baekhyun, I think we got a new CEO."
