Sitting beside the bed and looking at her daughter who was curled in duvet with frown on her face. Her hair falling over the face and blocking half of her face. Tears strolls down her cheek as she watched her grown up daughter who will be married within 24 hours.

Her finger brushed  against her face wiping the tears off as she reached to Avni's hair and softly caressed it while looking  at the time for mere second before softly calling her name out.

Neela : bacha, wake up. Bacha wake up. Look at the time.

She groans in sleep and flicking her eyes open a little looks at Neela before throwing the duvet away from her body and placed her head in Neela's lap and whispered Neela's name. Neela smiles and bending down dropped a kiss on her head and starts caressing it gently.

Neela : bacha, wake up! You shouldn't be sleeping. How can you sleep on your special day. Come on wake up.

Her eyes widen opens as she snuggles into her mother warmth and felt her eyes tearing up. She didn't wanted to get married. She didn't wanted to live away from her mother, even though she knows her mother wouldn't staying away from her but she has fear losing her.

She softly whispering that wasn't audible but her voice was cracking. Her voice held the pain. Neela stops caressing her hair and looking down softly calls her name out.

Neela : bacha, wake up now. Come now.

Avni : maa. Please let me sleep. Why are you waking me up this early? My haldi doesn't start still 10 clock.  I want to sleep more.

Neela smiles and continues ruffling her hair gently and looks at the time before looking down and with her heavy heart starts waking her up again.

Her eyes flicks opens widely and lying back on bed she looks at Neela who smiles at her antics. She smiles looking at Neela and yawns covering her mouth.

Avni : is it morning yet? Can I sleep again?

Neela chuckles and hits her head up lightly and gets from bed pulling Avni with her making her winch.

Neela : bacha, you need to get up otherwise you won't be able to see your surprise. 

She looks at Neela in surprise and starts squealing like a child making Neela chuckle.

Avni : surprise? What surprise? This early? Maa what's the surprise? Please tell me maa.

Neela shook her head and starts moving towards the couch and picking something turns around looking t Avni who looks very dumbfounded seeing what Neela was holding. Her eyes tears up as she took a second to acknowledge what was going to happen.

Avni : maa, am I thinking right? Is it really happening?

Neela nodded her head vigorously while tears brimming in her eyes. It didn't a second when Avni leaps out of the bed and ran hugging Neela so tightly and sobbed so loudly.

Neela carefully placing the box wraps her arms around Avni hugging her back and cried. They both cried together. Neela held her tears back and forceful broke the hug cupping Avni's face.

She brushed her thumbs against her cheeks wiping Avni's tears away,

Neela : no bacha. Why are you crying? This isn't time to cry but to cherish and celebrate bacha. I'm so happy and proud choosing a man like Neil. I always pray to God to keep you both happy always bacha.

Avni : maa.. how did this Neil know about this? I can't believe it I would see this dah coming. I never expected this to happen maa. I'm so speechless and shocked maa. I didn't even share with him maa.

Neela : I know bacha, you're speechless right now but honestly bacha, we are going running out of time. You need to get ready and be there before 9am. The girls won't be here helping out as I want yo dress my girl. Please get dressed and leave the rest to me.

She blinks her shoving the tears away that wouldn't stop and glancing at Neela last time took the dress and went to washroom to change.

Her soft little voice made Neela turn around and her eyes widen as she found Avni standing by the washroom door dressed in white dressed looking absolutely elegant gorgeous. Her eyes tears up but remembering the time limits she shoves her tears back and starts walking towards Avni and cupping her face placed a kiss on her forehead.

Neela : you look absolutely gorgeous bacha. I'm so happy for you.

Avni smiles and looking at her mother she felt like crying but holding her tears back follows Neela who told her to come to dressing table so she could the make up and hair.

Neela made Avni sit on the stool in front of mirror and got started to get Avni ready.

They were almost down when they heard a knock. Neela frowns knowing no one would be home expect themselves but nevertheless she got up and moving towards the door she opens it and found Prakash standing there.

Prakash : is she ready? Can I come in?

Neela nodded her head and steps aside allowing Prakash to home in. Avni stood up and turns around looking at Prakash. Prakash walks towards Avni and smiles.

Prakash tape Avni's head and held her hand in his staring her in adoration like father do.

Prakash: you look gorgeous princess. I don't want to take Ashish place but make my own place in your heart princess. You're going to marry my soon today and I wouldn't express how much happy and grateful I am. I'm so proud of you both seeing you both falling in love and marrying each other princess. I'm honoured to have you as my daughter. I have one wish. I know you would be missing Ashish so much this moment princess. You wished Ashish to be here with us. I want fulfil my friend wish princess. Will you let me walk you down the aisle princess?

His words made Avni cry harder than she expected, she crashed into his arms and cried. Prakash caressed her hair gently and looks at Neela who was also in tears. He broke the hug and cupping her face wipes the tears.

Prakash: no more tears princess. I don't want you to be sad on your day princess.

Avni : dad... will please walk me down the aisle please?

His eyes blurs with tears but he nodded his head and holding her hand and looks at Neela who blinks her eyes and rushed to their side.

She couldn't be any happier than seeing how beautiful family her daughter got. She was so happy and blessed to have them. They all headed down the stairs and walks out of the mansion finding a car ready for them with a driver standing beside them.

The driver upon seeing them opens the door and closed it once they were inside. The driver settling himself drove the car to the destination.

The driver stops the car and getting out rushed to other side and opens the door for Avni first then Neela and Prakash.

Prakash forward his hand towards Avni who looks amazed seeing the location. It seems so unreal. Her eyes brims with tears as she found Prakash beside her. She blinks her eyes and placed her hand in his and looks at the front while walking with Prakash who lead the way.

Neela was right behind them and joined the girls once they arrived to main side where everything was arranged. The whole family, friends and relatives stood on their spaces to celebrate the couple new journey.

Her her eyes met the man who was behind all these. There he stood by the stage with priest and smiling. She didn't fail to notice him wiping corner of his eyes. Her heart overwhelms.

They starts walking towards the stage. Her smiles widen as she noticed two little girl dressed like a princess and following them either side with basket of flowers in their hand.

She smiles at them through her tears and looks ahead noticing her family and friends, she even noticed dev giving flying kisses towards her which made her chuckle.

They stood by the stage and looks at Neil who blinks his eyes smiling and forwards his hand out. She looks at him then at Prakash who nodded his head giving the permission.

She held his hand leaving Prakash and climbed on the stage. Prakash smiling at them joined the rest while they both stood opposite each other still hoping each others hand.

They looked at each conveying the conversation through their eyes. The priest coughed and gained their attention before starting the ritual.

Their engagement ring were taken and given to priest. This made Avni realised why Neil asked for her engagement ring before the wedding functions started. Now she understood the main purpose of that.

Priest starts to  read the bible while Neil and Avni promised to love each other, to protect each other, being with each other in hard times and keeping each other happy.

Priest finished reading bible and looks at AvNeil and passed them the rings. They took it and continued for further instruction given by the priest.

Priest : repeat after me.

They both nodded their head and looking at each other smiles before repeating what the priest said after each other.

Neil :I, Neil khanna take you to be my wife and these things I promise you.  I will be faithful to you and honest with you. I will respect you, trust, help, and care for you. I will share my life with you. I will forgive you as we have been forgiven and I will try with you better to understand ourselves, the world and God, through the best and worst of what is to come, and as long as we live.

After Neil repeated Avni looks at him so lovingly and repeats it again.

Avni : I, Avni Metha  take you to be my wife and these things I promise you.  I will be faithful to you and honest with you. I will respect you, trust, help, and care for you. I will share my life with you. I will forgive you as we have been forgiven and I will try with you better to understand ourselves, the world and God, through the best and worst of what is to come, and as long as we live.

The priest smiles and gesturing them the rings said.

Prost : repeat after me.

They nodded their head and one after each other they repeated.

Avni : I, Avni Metha give you this ring to wear it with love and joy. I choose you to be my husband to have and to hold, from this day forward. For better, for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to have and to cherish, as long as we both shall live. And hereto, I pledge you my faithfulness to show to you the same kind of love as Christ showed the Church when He died for her, and to love you as a part of myself because in His sight we shall be one.

Neil smiles and holding his tears repeated looking at his wife.

Neil : I, Neil khanna.  give you this ring to wear it with love and joy. I choose you to be my husband to have and to hold, from this day forward. For better, for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to have and to cherish, as long as we both shall live. They both smiled and looked at priest who again said to repeat. They both repeated looking at each other.

Priest :  Will you have this woman as your lawfully wedded wife, to live together after God's ordinance in the holy estate of Matrimony? Will you love him, comfort him, honor, and keep him, in sickness and in health; for richer and for poorer, forsaking all others, and keep yourself only to him, so long as you both shall live?

Neil : I do!

The priest looks at Avni and repeated his words again.

Priest :  Will you have this man as your lawfully wedded husband, to live together after God's ordinance in the holy estate of Matrimony? Will you love him, comfort him, honor, and keep him, in sickness and in health; for richer and for poorer, forsaking all others, and keep yourself only to him, so long as you both shall live?

Avni: I do.

Priest asked them to exchanged the rings and said to kiss when Neil smirks little before dipping his face and pecking her lips lightly.

Their family clapped and cheered for them.  They even turns around and took blessing from priest.

Dev brought the cake and AvNeil cuts and fed Evan other before it was given away for everyone. The family stood on stage and clicked some pictures with them.
