Charlie was awake and went to where the elves and fairies were gathering. He glanced at his watch and saw it was 2:30 am. He went to stand in the front and watched as more and more appeared. At 2:50 am he cleared my throat and everyone got quiet and turned toward him. "Twenty-four years ago my mother friended fairies and elves. They helped and protected her when her own kind would not. She fought them and got many laws changed. It wasn't just the werewolf laws but all laws for the supernatural were changed."

There was many murmurs from the crowd as some remembered that time. "We have come full circle again when fairies and elves are coming together in my mother's name. As we go forth today we will be taking on evil who did not want things to be changed. They love the power of making innocent people feel helpless and scared. Today we are going to show them that they will be the ones scared because good will triumph over evil."

"I know some of us won't be coming back, but know those of you who don't you will be honored. You will be remembered. You will be avenged when we kick their asses. They will learned that SNAP will not put up with their bullshit."

The crowd cheered, "Today may your arrow be straight and your aim be true as we go into battle." He then nod his head at Kief and they all start disappearing."

Charlie start walking around camp and see my men and women starting to take off to the various locations. He was looking for Connor and his group, but he noticed they were gone already.

He headed over to the merfolk / sirens and saw their group had fairies with them. Plus John and a dozen wolves. They waved and then disappeared from sight. Then the others in the group took off in a run toward their spot. Everyone seemed to be taking off.

Charlie turned to head to group D. He walk up to Aiden. "Alpha Aiden is everyone ready?"

"Phase One has already taken off to get into position.  Phase two and three will take off in a few minutes. Ben and Phoebe are leading phase two. Then I have Zeus and Yuri leading phase three. John and I will lead phase four. We had more packs arrive last night. They were the last groups we swore in and I divided them between sections. Most of them were added to phase four. We are ready."

"Let's go" they take off running. Charlie let Aiden lead them while he took up the rear to show all even as leader he would watch their backs as they went into battle.

The merfolk and sirens surrounded the colony. Sharon called out, "KELPS, THIS IS PRINCESS SHARON, DAUGHTER OF KING TITUS OF THE MERFOLK. WE ARE HERE TO ASK IF YOU WILL JOIN US TO UNITE AS ONE AS OUR ANCESTORS FROM THE PAST ONCE WERE?" She saw the kelps start to stir.

She saw their leader come out of his home he built. She once again repeated her message. "KELPS, THIS IS PRINCESS SHARON, DAUGHTER OF KING TITUS OF THE MERFOLK. WE ARE HERE TO ASK IF YOU WILL JOIN US TO UNITE AS ONE AS OUR ANCESTORS FROM THE PAST ONCE WERE?"

He turned toward her and replied, "I am King Karok. You state join with you and yet for centuries we have had to stay hidden so your kind would not kill us like you did our forefathers. Here we were offered to be free and come out of hiding."

"You were considered feral sea creatures who came out and stole our children. My fathered said his oldest aunt was stolen, but I was raised on those stories. My generation was brought up thinking you were myths that my parents told to keep us from misbehaving. Until I got here a few days ago I thought you were fierce horrific creatures. Yet, I see children hiding behind their parents. I see you as loving families. Why do you follow a man who uses bombs and intimidation to make others follow his rule?"

"He has never done those things with us. He offered us a place we could let our children play and experience sunshine and in exchange we patrol their waterways."

"He offered you a tiny spot but I could arrange to offer you the world. There is now a council for all supernatural creatures where we work to keep safety for all. This place does not bring safety when the leader is evil who murdered innocent pups and their parents by placing a bomb in their car. When all she did was fight for change to keep her unborn pups alive. She fought for people like this colony so they would not have to hide. We can fight or I can offer you asylum under my protection in my father's name. I can bring you to this council and they can help give guy freedom so none of you have to hide again."

Karok looked around and saw hope in his people. "How can I guarantee my people's safety?"

"I can send a messenger and we should have an answer soon. I can use the water and make a dome that no one can enter until granted permission."

"Do it."

"I have a large group of mermaids, elf's, fairies, witches and werewolves would it be ok to include them inside? I know you have Kelpies coming in from various outpost we can allow them in too."

"I will agree to 75 merfolk warriors inside. The others can be outside. They let my people come in without harm."

"I have one merfolk escort one of your people in."

"Granted"

"Fairy Buttercup please go to the council and bring the leads in for parley of peace and a new settlement of a new supernatural into the council for representation. We will give them two hours to arrive."

Fairy Buttercup flies down to her, "yes Princess Sharon." She disappeared from sight.

Then Sharon looked at the water and mumbled words. A dome of water started forming over the Kelp's colony.

She then looked over at the Karok. "Will you give me a tour of your colony?"

He was showing her around one and half hours later when she was notified, "they are here. Are you ready to meet the council?"

"The question should be are they ready to see their folklore come alive?"

Sharon laughed and they walked toward where they were entering at. She was surprised to see benches sitting on the shore. "This is where I have always met the alpha when he wanted to talk."

The council walked toward the benches. Sharon asked, "sir is it ok for me to great and introduce all?"

"Proceed."

She moved toward the water's edge. Her fin turned into feet and suddenly it looked like she was wearing a long dress with shimmery pink and purple colorings. "Welcome council. I am Princess Sharon oldest daughter of King Titus." They stopped talking and turned toward her. "I called you here to introduce you to a species I thought until recently was folklore. Instead they have been hiding and were not aware of this council that was created to protect supernaturals such as them. King Karok leader of the Kelpies."

King Karok moved to the edge of the water and walked out. He was wearing a dark brown suit when his scales formed. He stood by Sharon. "King Karok the first person I would like to introduce you to is Councilwoman of the Merfolk- Lead Gisi."

She walked up and held out her hand and he took, "your highness." He nodded and indicated she move to a bench. She walked and stood in front of a bench.

"Next is Councilman of the Fairies, Lead Elijah." He came up and shook his hand and he walked to the bench.

She continued introducing the others: Vampire- Lead Nicolai; Lycan- Lead Connor; Witch- Lead Jonas; Goblin- Lead Contow; Elf- Lead Eowyn; Gnome- Lead Pieter; Wearwolf- Lead Goliath and his mate: Councilwoman Tianna.

When she introduced Goliath and Tianna he was surprised, "I thought it was illegal to marry outside your kind."

Tianna smiled, "that law was abolished about a hundred years ago. We now have four hybrid pups."

"Kelpie laws haven't changed."

Sharon smiled at him, "might be time to review them. Though that is  it what we came here for. Now let us see if we can bring you out of hiding and get you out into the world."

They turned toward the council. "Please sit down."
