Summer Camp

The next evening the various scouting groups returned to the summer camp. They saw Genos yelling at Cami. "Why is everyone here now? My brother's group arrived yesterday, but it still will be a week before there will be sleeping quarters for everyone."

Dave and Zane growled, "You do not yell at our mate."

Cali growled back at him, "I will say this one time- having a bed to sleep in isn't always a priority. As warriors, we have learned the mission comes first. When I ordered everyone here, I told them to be prepared for roughing it because accommodation would not be ready. That this mission based on compiling of notes from our trackers indicate priority."

Supreme Charlie was transported in the middle of their yelling match with the rest of the SNAP pack. He growled, "ENOUGH. Everyone sits on the ground and listens up now."

Geri called to Charlie, "Supreme urgent mission." She looked at all the fairies at her. "Link to me and follow me." She looked at everyone who was starting to appear around them. "Supreme, we will be back soon. Warrior Chris can explain to you what is going on." Then the tracking fairies were all transported out.

Charlie turned toward Genos, Chris, and Cami. "Cami and Chris, come up here beside me." They walked up toward him. Dave and Zane were right beside Cami. They were ready to attack anyone who tried to yell at their mate again.

"Genos, we appreciate everything you're trying to do to prepare this camp. However, you should also realize if Cami called everyone here, it must be an urgent matter. None of us blame you for trying to make our time here more comfortable. You won't have to worry about where we will be.

The Supernatural Council has arranged for warrior tents and beds to be set up by the lake. Each tent will sleep up to 20. They should be in place by 7:00 pm. They also have gotten the aqua tents for the mermaids and sirens. We will be ok."

He then asked Chris, "What is going on that Geri pulled her fairies?"

"When I was scouting my assigned area, we ran into King Lycan late morning."

Two voices said, "You saw Dad?"

"They were within five miles of Rendezvous Pack and one mile from the river where Kelpies had been spotted.  Geri and I got them tricked into following us. Once safely away from the dangerous area, we showed ourselves. We explained about the river. We told them to go upstream five more miles and cross. They are to head west away from Rendezvous. If Kelpie is nearby, they will report the Lycan heading toward the city. I arranged for Geri to meet with them, and they will be transported here."

Cami asked, "How many are in their group?"

"Around seventy. He looked around and saw Gwen and Beth, "your biological dad is with them."

"That is why he hasn't been answering our calls. When Uncle Samson said he was with the Lycan, I did not know he was part of the prison tracking group."

Chris replied, "It is believed that Peter's  brother, Sian was part of the group that bombed the prison."

Beth replied, "When we went with Grandma Victoria to visit Peter, we did not like to go there if Sian was there, but we did it for Grams. He would get furious we would not call him Uncle Sian."

Gwen added, "Peter accepted Hutton as our Dad, but Sian would get upset when we called Peter by his name and Hutton as a dad. About a year ago, we started to refer to Peter as PaPa because we honestly believed he had changed."

Charlie looks at his sisters and nods, "Dad had no problem with that. He never treated any of us as step-pups." He turns back to Chris and adds, "With Uncle Easton heading this way, that would confirm that the prisoners who broke out are here. I don't believe in the coincidence  of them being here."

He looked at Cami and then at Dave and Zane. He sniffed and looked at Cami's stomach.  He turned to Genos, "Is there a hospital wing here?"

Genos replies, "There is a clinical area with a few rooms but no hospital wing."

"Elijah, when this meeting is done, take Cami to it and examine her."

Cami growled, "I do not need an examination. I am just pregnant. I already have two overprotective mates. I don't need an overprotective brother-in-law too."

She then looks around the groups. "I have been ready given several of the tracker notes. I will go to my office and add those notes to what I have already started compiling. Then tomorrow morning after breakfast, stay there. I will have IT make sure that a sound system is set up. Kief, go check and make sure accommodation can be made for the Lycan." She turns to walk away in anger.

Charlie growls, "Cami, you are my sister-in-law, but I expect you to follow my commands. Dr. Elijah will check you over before you do anything else."

"Fine. Follow me, Dr. Elijah." She storms off toward the lodge.

Elijah calls out, "Stop. The fairies brought our RV's here. Follow me to it. I do have a portable ultrasound machine. You can see your pup."

Cami replied, "My wolf has already told me it's twins. She hears two heartbeats."

Dave and Zane, "Let's go." Dave picks Cami up, "Can't wait to see our pups."

Charlie calls out, "If you haven't turned your notes in, Cami, then take them to the IT area. They will make sure she gets them." He turns to Becca, "Can you ask the staff at the lodge to make a special cake to celebrate the next generation."

Becca replied, "That is one way to get on her good side. None of us had said anything to her because we realized she wanted to announce it to her and her mate's family in person." She saw Adam walking toward them, "here comes Alpha Adam. Why don't you go join your other brothers and sisters." She turns to walk toward the lodge.

Charlie says, "Hello, my name is Charlie, or should I say Doofus? I just made my new sister upset."

Adam replied, "At least you realized it. I knew something was different but did not realize what. Now let's go see the photo of our nieces or nephews." They turned to walk in the directions their siblings had gone.

Charlie looked at Adam, "Your sister was the third-born pup? She seems to have almost equal power. I haven't met your brother yet- it will be interesting to see his power. She has been the only one to challenge me since I became Supreme."

"Well, our parents were both Alphas. Mom had a twin brother, whom she gave her position to him when she met Dad. However, Mom was never called Luna. They were both referred to as alphas.  When Mom, Dad, Grandma, and Granddad died in a boating accident, I had just turned 21. I became Alpha and guardian to my siblings. When Cami was thirteen, she got her wolf, and since I did not have a mate, she became an unofficial Luna of the pack. There were some power issues with having the three of us all with alpha strength, but they still accepted me as their leader."

"My new sister-in-law got her wolf young. She must have been a challenge to you." They arrived at Elijah's RV. Outside were Gwen, Beth, and Elliot. Wesley. Victoria, Celeste, Olivia, Aunt Tianna, and Uncle Goliath. "What are you three girls doing here?"

Adam asked, "I left you in charge of the pack. Why are you here?"

Just then, Dave opened the door, "thanks, Aunt Tianna. Come on in and see." They walked in and saw Georgette examining Cami.

She looked at the ones walking in, "She is pregnant times four."

Cami looked at her, "are you sure? My wolf keeps saying it's only twins."

Elijah replied, "What is going on is it is two sets of identical twins." He looked at everyone coming in. "Ok to share now?"

"Yes," she said in a dazed tone.

Elijah turned the screen, "This is babies A and B." He

Points to the screen. "It's too early to say if boy or girl, but they are identical twins. They have their dad's Delta rank. They are smaller than babies C and D." He points to C and D. These two have their Mom's strength and are alpha pups."

Celeste asks, "Are they boys or girls? It would be nice to have more girls to play with."

Elijah looks at her, "It is too early to say if boys or girls." He looks at Cami, "I think the only reason your wolf thought twins is they are two sets of identical twins. Many times identical can seem as one."

Charlie looked at everyone, "Let us all go to the lodge and celebrate. After the celebration, Grandma will take you three back. A camp prepping for war is not a place for pups, but it is great to see my little sisters." They ran and hugged him."
