Marinette's POV

"Chat, go home," I sigh.

"But, princess" He whines.

"It's almost midnight. I have school tomorrow, you need to leave." I groan.

"Just a little longer?" He says with a pout.

"That's what you said two hours ago." I scold, "Shoo kitty, I need my beauty rest." I push him up through the trap door. Once on the balcony I wave him off.

"But Mari, you're already beautiful," He says. I blush furiously before regaining control.

"C'mon, off you go. You need sleep too." I say. He finally gives in and jumps onto the railing of the balcony before saying,

"Adieu princess, enjoy the rest of your night." He then hops off into the dark.

"The night is over." I mumble to myself before getting back down to my room and in bed.

The next morning I walk into school late and very, very exhausted. I sit in my seat just after the bell rings.

"Dude, you look like a zombie, " Nino exclaims turning to Adrien.

"Yeah with, model schedules, homework, and extra activities, it's hard to do it all." I sigh sympathizing with him. Between school, homework, hero work, and my late night visits from Chat, sleep is practically a foreign concept.

Adrien's POV

"Marinette!" Mrs. Mendeleiv exclaims. Marinette's head bops up. A few classmates laugh but I can't help but feel bad. I spent all night bothering her and now she's falling asleep in class. I should make it up to her.

After school I look around for Marinette. I find her in front of the school with her back turned to me as she talks to Alya. I walk up to them but as I'm about to talk my bodyguard honks the horn. I heavily sigh before getting in the car.
