A/N: I am so so sorry for not updating. School has been stressful for me and I've been hit with an unfortunate wave of writer's block. The most writing I've done is RPing XD (check out my roleplay book •_•)

Z A N E ' S      P O V

I woke up in an odd room, "Hello?" I call out, my voice having the slightest echo. 

There's a small laugh, "Hello.." Somebody repeats. 

I see a shadow loom over me. His pale blue eyes and light brown hair towered over me, his sun kissed skin being complimented by the low light. 

"Laurance?!" I question, my eyes scanning the room frantically. My gaze finally rests on the man before me, "What's going on?" I ask, panicked. 

"You're so cute when you panic." Laurance coos as he runs a hand down my cheek

"A-A-Aren't you with G-Garroth?" I stutter, referring to my older (more attractive) brother. 

"Garroth? Psh, I only dated him so I could get to you. But then Travis snatched you away from me." He empathizes the word 'Travis' like he's a bad thing. 

My heart breaks for Garroth, knowing how much he loved Laurance. How much he still does love Laurance, "You don't even know how highly Garroth speaks of you. And to break his heart like that?" I pause slightly as I watch Laurance's expression drop slightly, "Pathetic." I scowl. 

Laurance takes a moment to reply, his mind seeming to race for an answer. Laurance may not have the same feelings that Garroth has for him, but Laurance still cares about Garroth. I think, "T-Too bad." Laurance tries to cover up his stutter with a strong tone. 

I glare at Laurance, "You can't cover up a stutter from me. And you can't break my brother's heart either." I growl. 

I get up quickly and try to sock Laurance, but he catches my hand and throws me back to what I was on before, "It's not that easy." He grins. 

My eyes search the room, but to my misfortune, I don't find anything of help, "I want to go home." I state. 

"Too bad, too sad." Laurance's grin grows as my scowls gets colder. 

I kick Laurance in the shin and start to run. My hand grazes the doorknob, yet I'm pulled back by a callused hand.

"Gah!" I whine as I feel myself getting pulled back. Suddenly, I feel a pair of lips crash into mine as my body turns. My eyes widen and I push back as fast as possible, "IN THE NAME OF IRENE!" I yell. 

I bolt, the door already open from be almost being able to get out. Success is mine as I run out of the building. I look at the structure and see that it's Lucinda's house. I scowl, then run.

He got away! I mentally curse myself, "Ro'Meave... I swear." I mumble. 

I hear footsteps, so I turn my head and see Lucinda, "He got away, didn't he?" She asks. 

I nod, "Stinks for you!" Katelyn exclaims from the living room 

"Shut up!" I snap. 

The girl with powder blue hair laughs and continues doing whatever she was doing before, "I'll help you get him back.." Lucinda wraps her soft hand around my wrist, "Follow me." A grin is painted on her face. I follow willingly.

"Garroth!" I exclaim, "Garroth!" My word is repeated, desperation strong in my voice. 

I couldn't let Laurance break Garroth's heart. Not after everything he's been through in the past, "Yes, baby brother?" Garroth asks as I enter the house 

"I have something to tell you..." I have a somber expression, my heart breaking for Garroth more and more every second.
