Calling All Girls

So, I'm like obsessed with this Queen song.

Okay, I just read it and please listen to the song while reading because I just read it while listening and it almost perfectly lines up

In a dystopian future, there is an amazing band by the name of Queen recording tracks for their latest album, Hot Space. But everything had changed. Nobody knew how, but everything had changed. Society had now been split by the insane and the intelligent. Robots had taken control of everything, but nobody had known. Everyone figured they were some sort of underground society with metal masks covering their faces. Whether you were intelligent or insane was determined by one test. People determined intelligent were considered intelligent enough to be doctors; anyone else was insane. This test consisted of sound, sight, and of course, intelligence. Groups were split into four- Roger had been taking this test very seriously, as was John by showing his usual stern face. Brian was laughing a little at this whole thing, Lord knows why. Freddie, on the other hand, was still singing the song.

"Freddie, what the hell are you doing?" He asked quietly, continuing on. Freddie didn't respond, he continued singing the song. (Which Roger had written in the first place) Brian and John looked over at Freddie quickly after, but of course John could see very little over Brian's helter skelter of hair.

The robot guards took attention to the [very amazing] singing and quickly separated Freddie, almost immediately analyzing this as insane behavior. "What the fu-"Freddie said as they pulled him away.

Any split second the guards looked away, Freddie tried to escape. His extravagant stage persona was nearly a polar opposite of who he was offstage; a shy and introvert person. But still, nobody could contain someone like the Freddie Mercury, flamboyant or not. He broke free once the guards' backs were turned and ran as far off as possible. He stopped and began talking with a girl confined in a room, who seemed to have no ambition to escape. "Take a message of love," he said to her. "Far and near, take a message of love, for all to hear."

Soon enough, the guards found him, attracted by his singing. The girl looked down, dismayed that he had to leave.

The guards found Freddie very odd and the doctors determined he needed to be tested on. They dragged him into a room and set him on a table. Much to Freddie's surprise, amongst the handful of doctors, he recognized three of them; one with dark, curly hair, a blonde one, and a very quiet, stern one, each of them holding clipboards. Two doctors began putting electrodes to Freddie's forehead as he still continued singing the song. Brian, Roger, and John were spectating this all, making no moves, as they didn't want to get caught or something of the sort. Brian leaned over to Roger. "What are they doing to Freddie?" he asked. Roger shrugged a little.

Freddie was drugged and put under a Divergent-like simulation. Three guards began beating Freddie around with sticks. Freddie tried grabbing them or doing something, anything, to get them to stop. But it didn't work. Until he tried to grab one of the guards' uniforms, but instead revealed the truth of the guards. Freddie peeled off the back of the guards, showing their circuitry and revealing to everyone who they really were. The robots walked away and Freddie had broken down and curled into a fetal position.

The doctors found Freddie as a threat to this whole operation and decided to lock him up in a cage. This is where Freddie's flamboyancy began to show through. "YOU CAN'T LOCK ME UP IN HERE, I'M NOT JUST SOME ANIMAL YOU CAN CAGE UP!!!" He resisted. But it was no use, still half drugged, he was weak. But nothing was going to stop him from getting out. At least, until he passed out. Once he was conscious, he tried whatever he could to break out. Jumping all around, trying to break through the cage.

Someone had to spectate Freddie and check on him, so they had sent none other than Brian, Roger, and John. Which was probably the best for them to do; this was the time for the great Freddie escape. They got him out and they walked straight out, right where the monitors could see them, too. Freddie took a sledgehammer and busted the main monitor to pieces.

"Wait, where did you get a sledgehammer?" John asked.

"Darling, don't look a gift horse in the mouth." Freddie replied with a smile.

"Where did it even...?" Brian asked, his voice trailing off.

"No time for questions, we need to bust out of this hellhole!"

The breaking of the monitor caused all the robots to malfunction, causing confusion between all the doctors as they tried to get them to work again. While they tried to do so, the fabulous Queen members walked out, the steam from the robots rising all around. Because, darling, the show must go on.

So, there's my hand at a Queen oneshot!
