The Adverb-ing poem is a really simple and easy form that I came up with.

It consists of 10 lines. Each line consists of two words: an adverb and a verb in the continuous/progressive form (ending with “ing”) either as a verb or adjective.

The 10th line consists of one CAPITALIZED word , which is the theme and the title of the poem.
