You turned around, your eyes still trying to find their focus. "Oh! When did you come last night?" You asked in your sleepy voice, looking at his baby doe eyes which were daring to close any minute.

"I came when you were almost dead asleep." He chuckled with his hoarse voice, causing you to grin as well, and quickly put your arms around his neck, burrowing your face into his warm chest while he put his arms around your waist, pulling you to himself.

His right hand extended to yours, grabbing your pinky finger and engulfing it in his, a habit he had when he slept. You both stayed like that, breathing in each other's embrace till dreamworld reached the two of you peaceful.
