I really apologise for not being able to write this before, but I've been so busy lately and it's hard to get time. Thanks, Everyone!

Elina's POV

Hey Everybody! My name is Elina Kim, I live in Brooklyn and I go to New York City High School, I'm actually Korean but I have lived my whole life in Brooklyn, I have black hair with dyed blonde streaks and brown eyes. I'm 'best friends' with Katie Gardiner, and when I put air quotations, I mean that I'm only using her! You see, her boyfriend is called Travis, and he doesn't like me back, so if I wasn't friends with Katie then I would never get a chance to be around him. I have a full proof plan, the closer I am with Katie, the more time I get to spend with Travis and the more chance he'll like me back, see. . .fullproof!

Katie obviously doesn't know I'm using her though, and she won't until I'm done with her. I was practically born to be an actor, so It's not hard for me to keep the act up. Well, that was just a catch-up, right now I'm in calculus while Katie is in AP calculus, curse her and her 'cleverness'. Although to be completely honest, I love how she's in AP calculus, because that means that I have a class with Travis without him staring at Katie the whole time! I don't mean that when Katies away he stares at me, I just mean that he stares out the window instead, so at least that means that he can't see me staring at him. I know what you think and no Im not sad, I'm just in love. I'm perfect for Travis and he just doesn't see it! He will some day. . .

A few hours later at lunch, us three are sitting at a table, me sitting facing Travis and Katie, Travis has his arm slung carelessly but lovingly over Katie and she's smiling widely. She just doesn't understand how lucky she is! (A/N Yes she does!) I start a conversation just to distract them, "Hey, do you guys want to go to see a movie on Saturday?" Travis presses his lips together and looks off into the distance, as if wondering if he was doing something this weekend, "Um, sorry we can't this weekend." "Um, why?" Katie says looking as confused as I am. "You'll see." Travis says while blushing, I'm curious now, "Can I come." I ask. He smiles apologetically, "Sorry Elina, it's kind of a private thing..." Travis says slowly. He then looks at Katie admiringly and doesn't take his eyes of her until the bell rings. I need to follow them, wherever they're going!

4 Days Later. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 

I've been waiting for this all week, I asked Travis where he was taking Katie (acting as if I cared) and he told me. I pretended I was so excited for them to go and that I curious, at least he bought it. I'm going to take my moms car so they don't know it's me following them.

I wake up at 11:00 as Travis said they were going to be there for 13:00, I dress my best, just in case I need to ruin something important. Get a shower, do my hair and makeup, eat salad for breakfast because I am so healthy and head towards my car! I drive at a normal pace because I'm not in a rush and get to the place around 20 minutes later. When I arrive, all I can think is 'WOW', this place is beautiful, healthy green grass, multicoloured flowers and trees all over, I wonder why Travis is taking her here!

I find a small place where I won't be spotted and fish my binoculars out from my bag, I'm not a stalker I'm just prepared! Finally after a long 15 minutes, Travis's car pulls into the driveway and he hops out in a khaki coloured Adidas top and a nice black jacket, with black jeans. He opened the door for Katie before she could and she came out wearing denim shorts, and a black Adidas crop top with black sunglasses covering her eyes. He smiles and takes her sunglasses off, then leans down and gives her a short but loving kiss. They head over to a spot, lie on the grass and just talk for a while. They make it seem so easy, I can't hear what they're talking about but every once in a while laugh, Travis said something onetime and Katie and him couldn't stop laughing for 6 minutes (yes I counted).

After about a half hour of this cycle, Travis takes Katie's hand and pulls her up, I can tell that he's going to say something important because he looks terrified. I get my ear piece out so I can hear everything, he takes deep breathes and then starts talking, Katie Gardener, from the first day I met you, I knew that I loved you and will love you forever. This isn't a proposal but a promise, a promise that I will marry you some day and that I will spend the rest of my life with you, but only if you want to too. . .

She smiles and starts crying tears of happiness, she can't even spit the word yes out, so she just nods ferociously. He laughs and takes out a ring, from what I see, it's gorgeous! It's a rose gold ring that is shaped in an eternity sign and has the words Katie Kat & Travis engraved on the inside, she admires it with shock, but happy shock, happy doesn't even describe it though! He kisses her and she looks like she has just melted from. . .whatever it is she's feeling!

How could this day get any worse, for me anyway! I'll just have to be persistent, I'll never give up, Travis will be mine someday! But while I'm thinking that I feel someone come up behind me, I turn around and spot a girl that looks exactly like Katie, they must be sisters! "How are you?" I ask. She laughs and says, "Miranda Gardener, Travis just knew that you were going to pull off something like this!" She then closes the gap between us and before I could step away I felt a searing pain up my leg, I fall to the ground and shout some colourful words that I would not write down on paper. She then punches me right in the stomach! Miranda laughs and walks away, maybe Travis saw right through me the whole time, maybe he belongs with Katie! Haha, as if you would believe that! Oh, I'm still going!
