Amelia's POV

I'm Amelia, my friends Val and Maddy are coming over tonight, even though it's Christmas tomorrow. I do everything I need to do, like preparing marshmallows, cookies and chocolate and lots of other delicious food and candy.

The doorbell rings. I run down the stairs, almost tripping and crashing into the wall.

I open the door, seeing my friends standing there, smiling.

"Hi!" I give them both big hugs, and let them step inside. "Ready for the most awesome sleepover ever?"

"Always," Maddy smiles. She's 16, a few years older than me, but we're close friends.

"A shame Annie couldn't make it, though," Val says, "she has to eat some family dinner, but she said she would come by tomorrow."

"Oooo great! Let's go surprise her about, ummm.... 6 tomorrow morning!" I say. We all laugh. "Do you think she would enjoy that? You know how much she likes to be woken up before 10."

Today is Christmas and we can't wait to see what we got. I hear whispering downstairs, so I grab two cups of ice cold water and dump them on Maddy and Val's heads "wake up, wake up, wake up! It's Christmas and I hear talking downstairs!" Val looks at me "is it a puppy?" I look at her "I don't think so." We all stand up and run to the stairs stopping halfway down looking at the people on the couch, I look at Nico di Angelo "oh", Maddy sees Percy Jackson, "my", Val spots Reyna Avila Ramirez Arellano sitting besides them "Gods." I trip on the bottom step, Val trips over my foot, and Maddy trips over Val's hand. We're laying in a pile at the bottom of the stairs. We hurry to stand again. I look at my own pajamas, a Camp Half Blood t-shirt I got on Amazon and Harry Potter pajama pants, then I look at Val's sweater and leggings that she slept in, and at Maddy's oversized t-shirt and black shorts. Percy smiles at us. "Nice pajamas." Reyna smirks, "and an even better entrance." I stand up and pull out my computer searching for fanart of Nico, Percy and Reyna.

After I find a good picture, I look at it then at the demigods sitting in front of us, "you look nothing like the fanart."

I see Nico sitting in the corner sipping his coffee and eating a cookie, "those are our cookies." Nico shrugs "I don't see you name on them." Val looks at Percy "you here, house in my?" Maddy looks at Percy "translation, you're here, in my house?" Percy smiles "something like that." I look at Reyna and Nico, "why are you here? Not that I'm mad or anything, we're are all super, super, super, super, super, super, super, super, super happy that you guys are here, why are you here though?" Reyna smiles at us "Merry Christmas."

Maddy looks at Percy and Reyna. "Can we hug you?" Percy shrugs. "Sure." Reyna smiles. "Why not?" Nico looks at Maddy. "No way in Hades will you get a hug from me." Maddy walks to Percy hugging him. Val walks to Nico, forgetting what he said and hugging him. Nico looks like he wants to kill Val, but he just takes a deep breath and pats her back.

I just stand in the corner silently fangirling. I look at everyone else. "No one will believe us when they tell them that we hugged Nico di Angelo. Can we take a selfie with you guys?" Percy shrugs. "As long as you tag us." I go to pull my phone out of my pocket, but I realize that I forgot it upstairs. "I'll be back." I run upstairs, grab my phone, run to the stairs, my phone flies out of my hand, the screen hits the wall and I can hear it crunch, I somersault down the stairs hitting my head on the wall at the bottom too. I stand up. "I'm okay." I pick up my broken phone, "but my phone isn't." Maddy looks at me "get over here, we will use my phone and take the best dam selfie ever." I smile and we take a great selfie. I hear a knock on the door, Val gets up and opens it.
