Lloyd POV:

It's been 6 weeks. 6 weeks since we defeated Morro...however it seems like his presence was still haunting me. It was almost like he somehow escaped and was plotting revenge. Which doesn't make sense since he was destroyed. My thoughts were cut off when I heard Uncle Wu come home after traveling for a bit.

"Hello Uncle Wu." I Said. The others quickly said their greetings and just went back to watching TV. I however saw Uncle Wu look around for something which doesn't make sense since everything an deveryone is accounted for.

"What's wrong Uncle?" I Asked.

"Where's Kai?" He asked. I quickly looked at everyone and saw that they froze for a bit before looking around for him with little success in the matter. 

"He's probably in his room. I'll get him." I Said. I quickly went to his room and knocked on the door expecting Kai to yell at me. My hopes of that were dashed when there was just silence. So I carefully opened the door and went in. Only to see that it was covered in dust..almost like he hasn't been in there for weeks.

When I went back, everyone looked at me expecting to see Kai with me. 

"Where's Kai, Lloyd?" Cole Asked.

"He isn't in his room. I checked and it was covered in dust which means that he hasn't slept in there for a while." I stated.

"Come to think of it...Has Kai been with us since we defeated Morro? I don't recall ever seeing him once we returned to the Bounty." Zane Said.

"I'm sure that Kai was with us for a while. Then....He..He...I don't remember what happened after that." I Said surprised.

"How did you forget about Kai? He could be anywhere in ninjago or even kidnapped by one of our enemies." Uncle Wu Said.

"Kidnapped? I'm sure that he couldn't have gone far. I mean...He could be in the forest." Cole tried to argue. We quickly went to the forest and came towards a lake where nothing seemed unnatural until we noticed a human sized dent on a nearby tree.

"What could have caused that?" I Asked.

"Who cares...Kai is missing and we haven't noticed until now. We're awful teammates and brothers." Jay Said.

No one argued against Jay's statement because it was true. We failed Kai. We failed Ninjago. Please be safe Kai...We's Sorry for everything. Just come back to us.
