Aryan's P.O.V.

My sister is suffering there and I can't even do anything. She closed her eyes saying 'Don't leave me, bubby'. My heart shattered when I heard that. Even I never wants to leave her. We are always together. This whole week, I feel like trash. I have never been this far from my sister.

People always thinks that Ari needs me. That's why we are always together. But what they don't know is I need her more than she needs me. I may be a Mafia King but I am brother too, whose life only revolves around his sister.

The moment I hugged her, I felt I get my missing piece back. Blood on my hands are dried now. We all are sitting in hospital from half an hour. We all are silent and in our own world. I can feel Arjun and Aarav are also thinking about Ari.

I feel someone's hand on my shoulder. I looked up to see Mary is watching me with sad eyes "Don't worry, she will be fine. She is a fighter, isn't she ?" She said.

I didn't said anything but I know she is correct. Nothing will happen to her.

My Ari is fighter.

She will be fine, I know that.

She endures every pain and face every problem of her life very bravely.

She will endure this pain too.

Once she will be fine, I am not going to leave her anytime alone. Yes, I will feed her. I will not let her feet touches ground and I will not let her to stand up from the bed. Hmm, I will take care of her and bec-

My thoughts stopped in mid when hospital room door barged open and a very panicked nurse came out.

"What happened ?"

"Is Ari ok ?"

"Why are you panicking ?"

"Let her speak boys" Mary stopped us.

"She is having a panic attack and worse from that she is having a nightmare and if she will not calm down soon, it will not good for her mental heal-"

I immediately rushed in the room to see doctors are surrounding her body holding her hands and legs tightly. And she is crying in sleep shouting “L-LEAVE ME, P-PLE-EASE"

I pushed Doctors away from her body and immediately hugged her. She started punching me in her sleep, but that doesn't matter. She is trying her best to keep me away from her. I know she is having a nightmare and thinking me as a Zeoni and tries to keep him away from herself but it still breaks my heart.

I decided to not to think that and focus on Ari now.

“Baby, calm down" I said softly to her trying to stop her from hurting herself.

“P-Please d-don't" She whispered crying, still pushing me. My heart shattered.

“Ari, Don't worry, calm down" I whispered to her now hugging her. I know she will acknowledge my presence if she will hug me and will relaxed. And it worked. She relaxed.

I started brushing her hair softly with my fingers trying to make her sleep.

“B-Bubby" She whispered in my chest and I know she is still sleeping. I wiped her tears.

“I am here, Ari. Don't worry" I muttered in her hair. She just tightened her hold and eventually calm down and slept.

“S-Sir, you have to go out now" Doctor said.

“No. I am not going anywhere. Do whatever you want to do infront of me" I spatted at them but in slow voice knowing Ari is sleeping.

Doctors gulped.

“P-Please sir, we c-can't" He again pleaded.

I glare at him “Didn't you heard what I said now" I told him coldly.

“Ryan" I feel Arjun's hand on my shoulder.

I looked at him coldly. But he looked at me pleadingly and I know very well that I saw tears glistened his eyes. I sighed.

I am going to apart from hug but she tightened her hold on me. I know very well that she don't want to let me go, I also don't want but I know I have to. I slowly opened her fist from my shirt and apart from the hug. I lay her down on the bed and kissed her forehead and left the room.

I know that Arjun also kissed her forehead and left the room not before saying something to Doctor in cold and stern voice, which I think I heard “I want her safe, Do whatever you want to do"

I came out of the room to see Mary's tears are streaming down to her cheeks. I forget to ask her how she knows how to use guns and what she is doing at Cebu but I decided to ask this later.

Instead, I asked Arjun “Where is Aarav ?"

He sighed and said “He can't see Ari like this so, he left from there".

I sighed. I know he loves her more than anything in the world, same goes with Arjun, but still Arjun is keeping himself strong because according to him, he is eldest out of all, so he need to take care of us. And Trust me, He is doing this job, greatly.

“I guess Aarav is on terrace" Mary said.

“Arjun ?" I called him.

“Hmm"

“I am going to Aarav"

“Hmm"

I stood up to go to terrace looking Ari from window last time.

Before I could go terrace, I turned towards Mary and whispered “I don't know what you are hiding from us. But now, Arjun wants Mother's love. He is trying to be a tough guy but I can see through it".

I left from there to terrace knowing that she know what I meant. I am in the end of the hallway when I looked back to see Mary standing infront of Arjun. I can't see their faces clearly, neither I can heard their voice, but I see how Arjun hugged her and started crying. I shaked my head and smiled a little and left.

I came to terrace only to see Aarav with a weed.

Without saying anything, I sit beside him.

He looked at me and then ignored me.

I also ignored him back.

We both sat in comfortable silence.

“Why are you here ?" He snapped at me.

I raised my one eyebrow “And Why shouldn't I ?"

He rolled his eyes, but said nothing.

“Everything is so messed up" He said after some time.

I hummed.

“Ari is not well, That Boss is nowhere to find, Mary is hiding something, Mom-Dad are not giving any fucks" He said quietly.

I again hummed.

He is right. Damon and Lina again choose their company over their children. When we call them to say that we got Ari back, they told us that Damon has important ‘business meeting' in Chicago. While, Lina has some work in Dad's company too. So they went Chicago.

I literally don't give two shit.

But I am sad for Ari when she will asked ‘Where are Mom and Dad ?' I don't know what to reply her.

I sighed. This is a question of another time.

“Ari will be fine, don't worry" He again said after some time.

“She has to" I said confidently.

This time, he hummed.

“You know Ari always tells me that ‘Everything will be fine, don't worry'. I don't know how she always keep up with that shit. But it definitely encourages me, I still don't know how ? I am trying this first time. I am never been good in encouraging people. I only know how to torture and kill people, that gives pleasure. So this is my first time telling that ‘Don't worry, everything will be fine'." I told him.

He looked at me weirdly and said, raising his eyebrow “So, you just made a long ass speech just to say these two lines ?"

I tried so hard to tell these lines and he ? He ju- just -

“Fuck off" I said rolling my eyes.

We again sat in comfortable silence.

“You know what, I want to heard that line from Ari" He whispered.

Me too man, me too.

A phone call interrupt our silence.

It is from Arjun. I immediately picked it up.

Arjun : Come here, fast. Bring that idiot with you too.

He said and immediately hanged the phone.

“What happened ?" Aarav asked.

“Don't know, Arjun called saying come down fast with y-" I didn't even complete my sentence, he immediately rushed towards exit of the terrace.

Idiot.

I also followed him almost immediately.

We both ran there only to find Arjun and Mary are standing with Doctor.

My heart dropped thinking about my sister.

Is she ok ?

‘Of course she will be ok. She knows that I need her'

She also needs you when she was been tortured, right ? But you are not there.

I pushed those thoughts out of my mind and go towards doctor.

“Is she ok ?" Aarav asked almost immediately after reaching towards them.

“She is fine. Her body has a slap, punching, kicking bruises but that's not that deep, so ointment will be work. But the knife that stabbed in her right thigh is bad. Pretty bad. We treated it but she shouldn't put pressure on her thigh. Don't let her walk till that heals. Keep changing her bandages. Give her rest." Doctor said.

“What about those drugs ?" Arjun asked.

Doctor sighed and said,

“That Drug weaks her immunity system. She will catches cold easily, if she will spend her more time in water or eat cold things. For the first few days, she will have fever and will throw up, it will get better slowly. And most important thing, she will be not that much hungry and will deny to eat anything, so make sure she will eat her whole healthy meal time to time. And remember one thing, This is not a eating disorder, this is only a side effect of the anti-drug, but unfortunately it will remain life time. So make sure, she will eat on time, regularly."

“You all can meet her, but don't wake her up" Doctor said and nodded giving us a small smile and left.

He don't need to tell me twice.

I immediately go in her room followed by Arjun and Aarav and Mary too only to see, she is sleeping peacefully.

I looked at her body to see cream and bandages. My blood boils.

“Don't worry Princess, they will regret the day when their Mom - Dad did Sex"
