Ariel's  P.O.V.

It's been a days, we went in amusement park.

It's been a days, Arnav came in Italy.

Arnav came our home almost every day, every time. This is his first home.

At first, Arjun and Aarav were didn't like that much but now it looks like they 4 were best friends.

I sighed.

Mom Dad also came back from their trip. Dad is very busy as he rarely at home, while Mom is at home now.

And you all know what, My exams were also over. And trust me, Papers were too easy.

Now, I am going in kitchen as I am thirsty.

(Kitchen ^^^)

When, I came in kitchen, I saw Arjun is coming out from kitchen.

“Heyy, little twin" He smiled, winked and ruffled my hair a little and left from there.

I huffed.

First he dare to ruffled my hair and then called me LITTLE ? How dare he ?

I entered in kitchen only to see Mom is cooking something.

“Hello Mom" I smiled at my Mom.

She looked at me and then again focused on her cooking.

My smile faded.

Why can't I be a good daughter ?

I sighed sadly, fake smiled and go towards freeze and took a bottle of water.

As I was leaving the kitchen, something caught my attention.

“Mom, your finger" I said, rushing to her side.

There is a cut in her finger. Blood is there too.

I panicked.

I took her hand and washed it with cold water. I immediately bring first aid kit and rush to her and started treating her finger.

“How did you get this cut ? You got this cut during cutting vegetables, aren't you ? You should careful mom. What are you thinking during chopping vegetables ? What if cut will be deeper ? Is it paining now ? Are you ok ? It is not paining, right ? Tell something , why are you not saying anything ? " I said now with tears in my eyes.

I looked up only to see, she is just staring at me.

Lina's  P.O.V.

(I think, this is first time, isn't it ?)

“Mary, I am hungry" Arjun said rubbing his stomach.

“Me too Mary" Aryan said too.

“Me three. Mary please give us delicious food made by you" Aarav said and winked at Mary.

Mary chuckled and agreed and left to kitchen.

Why they didn't talk like that to me ?

If they are hungry, they should have just told me.

I sighed.

I couldn't help but feel a jealousy from Mary.

I go towards kitchen and looked Mary who is cooking food humming a tune.

I cleared my throat to gain her attention.

She looked at me.

“Mary, Go and bring vegetables from Market" I ordered coldly.

She looked confused and said “But mam, we have all vegetables already"

“Then go and wash clothes" I again ordered.

“Mam, I already washed all the clothes in morning only" She said calmly.

“Then, Go and clean rooms" I told her annoyedly.

“But Mam, all rooms are cleaned by us in morning only" She again told.

Ughhh.

“Then, Go and take a leave today. And Take rest" I said to her frustratedly but still calmly.

“It's ok, Mam. I don't want to take rest" She said and bowed.

“Just Go and Take rest. End of discussion" I said to her sternly.

“O-ok I am going but kids are hungry so I-" I cuts her off in middle.

“I will make them their food" She looked shocked, then quickly nodded and left looking down.

Who does she think she is !

I am their Mother, not her.

I scoffed and started cooking for my kids.

After some time, Arjun came in kitchen.

“Mar-, Ohh Mom, you here ? Btw, Did you see Mary ?" He asked me.

What ? Why didn't he asked about me ? I am his Mother.

“Son, Mary took a holiday as her health is not good today. Don't worry, I know you all are hungry, I will cook food for you all and-" I cuts off by Arjun.

“What ? Mary is not well. What happened to her ? Is she ok ? What-" I cuts his sentence in middle.

“She is ok. Don't worry. I gave her holiday so that she could take rest" I told him calmly trying my best to control my anger and jealousy.

He nodded and drank water.

I was Angry and busy thinking that I didn't notice when I cut my fingers from knife while chopping vegetables.

“Ahh" a small scream escape from my mouth.

Arjun looked back at me and then at my fingers.

“Take care Mom. Work slowly. Actually, don't work or cook anything for us four. We are going out now at lunch. Byee Mom" Arjun said and left.

But before he left, Ariel comes in the kitchen.

He ruffled her hair lovingly and said something which I didn't heard and left from there.

My son didn't even looked at my injured finger.

I was cooking for them only and He-

“Hello Mom" a voice break my trance of thoughts.

I looked up only to see Ariel looking at me.

I ignored her and continuing my work.

She sighed and started minding her own business.

I rolled my eyes.

Suddenly, she shouted something and rushed towards me.

She saw my injured hand.

She washed my finger with cold water and ran from there and bought medical kit with her and started treating my finger.

And she started ranting.

But the whole time I was just staring at her.

For the first time, I looked at her this close. She has beautiful black doe eyes. She has naturally pink lips. She is not fat, but her cheeks are little chubby. She has my nose and chin.

She is beautiful.

‘But, she is still a brat'

She is innocent.

‘Bullshit.'

When your son didn't even notice your injury, she is the one who is not only noticed cut but also treating it.

‘I don't give shit but one thing is sure, I hate her'.

She looked up at me and I saw tears in her eyes.

Why she is crying ?

‘Acting, duh'

I take my hand back and thanked her coldly and left from there to my company.

I am not going to cook now.

Time Skip (After eating lunch, in restaurant)

Ariel's  P.O.V.

We are coming home from lunch.

Actually I am only one who is coming home because they three stopped at playground, which is only few minutes away from mansion.

They said and I quote “This is body and it requires fuel, which only comes from sports"

Didn't make sense , right ?

‘I know'

I rolled my eyes and came in home.

I was going to my room when I heard a thud coming from one room. I flinched.

I am not a stupid like a people from horror films who go to check where sound came.

I am not going to check where this sound came.

This is afternoon. Not a night.

‘And this is Mansion. Not a hut or house'.

I was going in my room when I again heard a sound of something falling down.

I don't know why but I feel scared , panicked and worried.

My legs automatically ran towards source of sound.

When I entered in the room, I froze in my spot.

“DAD"
