Aryan's P.O.V.

"Aww, your unicorn and candies life is over, little brother. This is a tough life, which you never get, till now." He again mocked and smirked.

"ENOUGH" I had enough of him.

"DO YOU THINK WE HAVE EASY LIFE ? At the age of 3 , we are kidnapped. Not knowing, where we were, not knowing, what will happen next, not knowing, next moment we will survive or not. How could you even imagine, kidnapped children would have easy life ?" I asked him in disbelief.

I can see guilt in his eyes but he still hold cold look. While, Aarav has a curious expression.

"And what are you asking me, why did I beat your dad ? I beat your dad because my sister is suffering because of your Dad. Your Dad brings her horrible memory back. The memory which she is forgetting slowly, which was fading slowly, again become fresh, only because of your so called Dad" I snapped at them.

"Which memory" Aarav said quietly but still coldly.

I chuckled.

"Why do you care ?" I asked him coldly.

"We care, because you blame all these on our dad" Arjun said coldly.

I scoffed but stayed silent.

"Ooo, so you are blaming this on our Dad because you can't protect your sister, huh ?" He smirked.

They are right.

You are nothing but a failure.

It hurts. It really hurts.

"I know it's my fault, I know I can't protect my sister. I was present there whole time, but I can't help her. I was unable to help her. They beat her, touch her, r-rape her, but I can't save her. I was helpless" I control my tears.

"W-what ?" Aarav asked shocked and furiously

"R-Rape ?" Arjun asked shocked and with guilty.

I again chuckled sadly.

"What happened ? Why are you both looking so pale ? You just heard this and this is your reaction. I saw this" I said with tears now, remembering those times. My heart became heavy.

"W-what ?" Arjun stuttered.

"Yes, You both will never understand what was going through with a brother who holds his teenage s-sister's n-naked body in his arms. I hold her. I cried for help. I was weak. I tried to help but I can't. I was helpless. I heard my sister's scream, when t-th-hey-" I can't complete myself, immediately two arms wrapped around my body and hugged me tight and started rubbing my back.

I hugged back without caring about how pathetic a Mafia King is looking crying. I never knew, someone other than Ari could comfort me.

"You both are so brave. You gone through this much, and here I was thinking we had a tough life. I am really sorry, Aryan. I am really sorry" Aarav said still hugging me.

It felt so nice after such a long time again hugged by brother.

I looked at Arjun who was standing there with guilt, shocked, angry, worried and most importantly sad face.

We both pulled out from the hug.

"Please tell us, how did you both escape, what happened exactly ?" Aarav said.

I nodded.

Now, no turning back.

"When you all went mall that day, I sat with Ari as she was ill. Suddenly, 2 men broke into the window and came towards us. I was scared so I screamed Grandma and Mary for help. Mary came towards us running. She tried to help us, but that one man stab her in her shoulder. While other started picking Ari up. I don't know what to do so I picked lamp and hit that man who picked Ari up. He cried in pain, but didn't leave Ari. She woke up till then and also cried when she saw Mary with blood. They both were going out but I hold Ari's hand tightly. She also hold my hand tightly. They both get frustrated and then I feel needle on my neck and darkness came over my eyes" I said to them.

"I opened my eyes when Ari shakes me. She was crying mess. We were in abandoned, dark and dirty room. That's when our unicorn and happy childhood snatched away from us" I continued.

[ Imagine this was that room ]

"But, we both sneak out from there. One nice lady found us on road side and adopted both of us. She loved us, as like we are her own. But we are only 5 years old, when she died due to accident. Then from that time, we were in foster systems." I said them.

They are looking at me with different expressions such as curious and shocked.

“One Nice man adopted us with his wife. We were happy there too but not even a month passed, that man was murdered by his wife. That woman cheats on him and killed him. After his death, she and her boyfriend Zeoni abused us. From that day, we were beaten up by them every day and night." I said his name in disgust and in anger, thinking what he did to my Ari.

“Umm H-He r-raped Ari ?" Arjun asked slowly fearing.

“No, he didn't. His son touches Ari but I was there that time" I said to him.

“From the age of 5 to 11, we were there with them, beaten up by them everyday, doing there chores everyday, Sleeping on cold floor, eating one time, even some days went without eating." I said.

“This was our childhood, where other Children learn how to play games, we learn how to do house chores, where other Children are studying, we learn how to look for ourselves, where other girls heard cute nicknames, my Ari heard bitch, slut, brat" I continued with tears in my eyes.

“At the age of 11, we were kidnapped from school again. And here starts our worst days. They tortured Ari physically and mentally, raped her  and made me watched it. I can still hear her screams for help, her crying in pain, her weak and limp body. This still gives me Nightmares. I-I w-want to help her, but they tied me, I was unable to h-help her. It hurts. It really hurts. I can't even p-protect my only s-sister. I was weak. But, now I will not leave anyone who dares to hurt her" I said with my firm and cold tone.

“We" Arjun and Aarav said.

“What ?" I asked confused.

“We mean to say We will not leave anyone who dares to hurt her" Arjun elaborates.

“But didn't you stopped me from beating Damon and saying that we are-" I cuts off by Aarav.

“That was a fake. I mean, it's Arjun's plan to know both of your past" Aarav said.

I looked at him wide eyed and turn towards Arjun , who is looking at floor.

“I am sorry Aryan for saying hurtful words to you before" Arjun apologize.

I can see guilt in his eyes, when he looked up.

“It's ok"  What could I say. It really feels nice, to share with them everything. Heart feels light.

I told them everything except Mafia part and one other incident.

I still remembered how we four always stay together in childhood. There were no secret between us. We share everything with each other, but now there are lots of secrets between us. It will takes time to make bond with them again.

Childhood is the best phase of life.

I wish we can make bond with each other like we had in our childhood.

We sat there in silence.

“Did you remembered us ?" Aarav asked confused.

I sighed.

“Yes, I always know that we are Quadruplets, we have Family. I remembered you both, I remembered Damon and Lina. But I don't know where you are all" I told them truth.

“Then, why didn't we know about you both ? And what about Ari ?" Arjun asked.

“You both have amnesia" another voice said.

We all looked at the door only to see Mary standing there.

“What ?" They both asked confused.

“After Aryan and Ariel were kidnapped. You both were crying mess. You both leave eating, sleeping and going school. But after a week, Sir and Mam forced you both to go to school. That's when you were returning from the school, your car goes in accident which makes you both forget your memories. And you didn't remember Aryan and Ari anymore" Mary sighed sadly.

They were shocked listening this too.

“But, what about Ari ? Why did she forget us ?" Mary asked confused.

I sighed again at that memory.

“Zeoni erased Ari's memory by giving her shock treatments. He was going to erase mine too, but I was saved by his other son. But Ari forgot everyone, even her past too. When she woke up, I was there, I told her, I was her brother. But, Doctor told that we can't forced her to remember her past, it will affect her mental health. That's why I never told her about you all. We were only 8, at that time" I sighed, remembering her screams when they were giving her shocks.

I don't even know, when tears glistened in my eyes. I came out of trance by someone hugging me again. Well not only one, two pairs of arms hugged me. I can't control and hugged them back.

I can't believe I was saying this but it feels good in my big brothers hug, again.

“Why are you standing there, we are Quadruplets, not triplets ?" Aarav asked suddenly.

We all looked at the door only to find Ari standing there, holding door for a support with a smile on her face and tears in her eyes.

We all opened our arms and she came running in our arms and we all hugged her, carefully of her bruises. 

We did group hug, just like we did 12 years ago, before we were kidnapped.

I can see from the corner of my eyes that Mary is smiling and clicking our pictures.

‘I will protect my Siblings, at any cost'.

I hope we will stay together, FOREVER.
