"Class today we'll be receiving a new student, they're not from around here and may not speak the same way to us. Nonetheless, I want you all to treat them with respect." Ms. G says from the front of the class.

"Is it a hot Norwegian babe?" Mark asks from behind me.

"No Mark, its a boy. He's from England." Ms. G rolls her eyes at the obvious player in her class.

"Is he cute?" A girl who dates a new guy every week questions, Kate. "I'll let you judge that." Ms. G says.

"Ciel, come on in." She calls though the door and I turn my gaze to my best friend Lexi. "You don't think...?" I mouth at her with widened eyes and she shakes her head mouthing back, "no way."

We both watch as the boy enters the room and our eyes widen as we look to each other, "no fucking way..." We mouth in shock. "Hello, I'm Ciel Phantomhive." He states with a straight face and I watch in pure amazement.

"No fucking way..." I repeat in a whisper. What surprises me is when he turns his gaze on me and smirks before walking over to my desk. 'No, no he is gonna walk to Kate's desk...I know it!' I think desperately to myself and look away as he comes closer to my desk.

Instead of walking past me, he stops at the empty desk beside me. "May I sit here?" I keep my gaze on my desk, acting as if I don't see him. "Next to Tayla? How about taking a seat next to Kate, you'd probably be more comfortable."

I feel my face burn in embarrassment but no one can tell with my dark skin tone. "I'll be just fine here, thank you." He looks at Ms. G in disgust before taking a seat next to me. "Hey, want to come sit next to me instead of the emo chick?" Macy questions from across the room and I sink into my seat.

"I'd rather sit next to her than you." Ciel states bored, I notice his eye patch being covered by his hair and I know this is a possible cosplayer but he looks so real!

"Very well class, since we don't have much to do this week, you all can socialize for now." Ms. G announces and goes to sit behind her desk.

As I glance at Ciel, he catches me looking and I quickly avert my gaze. "Hey SB, what's up?" My friend asks me and I look up at her and then pull out a notebook from my book bag and turn to a blank page.

T: You see him too, right?

L: You mean Ciel? Yeah, you think Sebastian's here too?

T: I hope he's not a cosplayer. Why'd he sit next to me anyway?

L: Dunno, maybe he liikkkkes~ you!

T: Shut up! Besides he can't, remember, you know exactly why.

Lexi begins to looks serious before continuing.

L: Yeah.... Look behind you. e.e

I read this and turn to see Ciel leaning on my shoulder as he reads what we're writing. I close the book quickly and he smirks. "So you think I'm some sort of 'cosplayer'?" Ciel is inches from my face and I shake my head furiously, not bothering to say anything.

"Alright Phantomhive, back up from my friend and show us your schedule." Lexi orders and I glance at her with a glare. She only shrugs her shoulders, taking the paper from Ciel. "Oh.....this is gold!" She laughs, "you both have the same schedule."

I feel my stomach drop as Ciel smirks even more and leans next to my ear, "isn't that great?" He whispers, his breath fanning my ear. I lean away from him and pull out a different notebook, writing as I ignore them.

"What's she writing?" I hear him ask Lexi but I ignore them. "No one knows, she always has more than one though and she hates socializing, that's why I'm her best friend but she hasn't even shown me the inside of her notebooks." Lexi explains and I glare at my notebook as I write.

"So you want to tell me what your writing?" I gasp and close my note book, holding it close to my chest and shaking my head no. "Hmmm, interesting..." He trails off and leans back to his own personal space, thankfully.

I watch cautiously as he plays with the ring on his finger with a sly smirk on his face. "Tayla! Staring at people is rude, just because he's new doesn't mean you can stare! Your punishment is to be his guide for this school." I feel a gloom cloud rest over my head as I accept my punishment.

Lexi tries to cover her laughs and I glare at her, making her laugh harder.

Beep, this is a modern Ciel and I just had this idea for a while and I could never find another notebook because if you know me, I'm always writing in multiple notebooks but, here ya go!!
