"God you look good in my clothes." I said and she blushed.

"Now I need pants." She said. "Look, I would give you mine but..."

"Take these." Betsy said and threw a pair of pants at me. "Thank you!" I shouted back and she gave me a thumbs up.

"There, now let's go." I said and handed her the pants.

She put them on and pointed to her feet. I handed her the boots from her suit then took a picture of her outfit.

This would be my new screen saver, once I figured out how to change it...

"I'm a sight for sore eyes." She laughed and I shook my head no. "No your not."

"Does my unwashed hair and baggy eyes turn you on?" She teased and I handed her the crutches in the corner of the room and grabbed her suit so she wouldn't have to.

"One thing I hate is that my armpits are always sore." She said and I laughed.

We walked to the parking garage and I mentally thanked Tony. One of his cars were parked right where Steve told me.

I helped Scarlet into the seat and the thanked me.

"So, we haven't eaten breakfast. Want to go somewhere?" I asked, hopeful.

"Could we go home first, I need to change and I smell horrible. Plus I can't go out in public looking like this, but I'd love to go for a late brunch?"

"I probably smell a little to." I said and she nodded. She scruff end up her nose and made a face, "Yeah, you do smell a little, but I can put it past me if you give me a kiss?" She said, I smiled and grabbed her hand then kissed it.

I focused on driving, but I could see her starring at me, and smiling. "Why are you smiling at me like that?" I asked. She just shrugged.

"You're so handsome." She mumbled and I felt heat on my cheeks. "And I can't believe I stuck with Kyle when the best man in the world was right beside me all along."

I was speechless, I was overjoyed she just said that.

"That's the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me." I said and she grabbed my real band.

"It's true, I can't believe I tried to pretend I didn't have feelings for you. Stupidest thing I've ever done."

"I can't believe you're saying these things." I gushed and she started playing with my hand.

"I mean every single word." She said and I smiled.

"I would kiss you right now but I might run us off of the road." I said and she kissed my cheek. "I'll take my chances." She said and giggled.

We walked into the Tower and the staff was running around as usual.

"I'll meet you back down here in an hour." She smiled and I nodded. "Take your time, if you need any help, I'm a call away." I offered.

"I know." She smiled then started to slowly make her way towards the elevator.

Scarlet's Point of View:

I showered and it felt so good, but my body had bruises, cuts, and the skin where the bullet cut through is so gross.

No one could ever love this, it's ugly and I just want to hide it from the world.

I hated how I always needed help. I feel like I hold the Avengers back, I'm weak, I don't have any super powers. I'm a burden to the team, and they all pretend I'm not.

But, I am good with technology and engineering. Everyone around here used to call me Tony's twin because of how much we think alike.

I know the team would do fine without me. I'm a deadweight.

I had a lot on my mind and kind of wanted to just sleep it off. But, I also want to go out with Bucky.

I put on a long sleeved black top and some skinny jeans and I braided my hair to the side. I put on a little bit of makeup and checked the time.

I had twenty minutes to kill.

I decided to go out in the halls and look around for anyone.

I found Tony. "Hey kid," he smiled and I smiled back.

"Hey," I answered. I didn't really have much to say, he seemed to be working on something inside the wall.

"Can you check this out, see what I'm missing?" I took a look and now that I had a full view noticed it was missing a few things.

"Maybe replace the green wire with a smaller one so that the input and output charges from the other wires won't burn it out. And the screen might compromise the whole system, if someone presses to hard on it then the wire could shift." I rambled on.

"I missed this, you and Barnes need to take a break. You guys are never around here."

"Yeah, but it's the right thing to do" I said and he nodded. Bucky and I easily go on the most missions, we both do it because we have the worst backgrounds, we both have done a lot of bad things in the past, but we are trying to bring some good back.

"So I'm guessing you heard about my last mission with him. Luther and Kyle?"

"Yeah, I was trying to avoid that, touchy subject. My cameras are searching for them, we will find them."

I knew we would I was just scared. Kyle knows all of my strengths and weaknesses and my secrets and what angers me and I'm scared.

I don't want to have to confront them. I don't think I can.

"I don't think I'm ready to confront them." I said and he handed me his tablet.

I looked down and it was scanning feed searching for them.

"You'll have all of us, we won't let you do it alone." He smiled and put a hand on my back.

"Now help me." He said and I checked the time.

"I have to go, but I'll help you later if you still need it."

"Where are you going?" He pried.

"Out with Barnes." I simply replied.

"Like a date?" He asked and I shrugged. "Don't make a big deal out of it. We are just getting brunch."

He rolled his eyes. "That's definitely a date." He said before I walked off. I was smirking to myself.
